Game purchase

I purchased the game but once my children opened it up on Christmas Day the game was missing. I was completely upset, and my children was looking forward to playing that game. Thank goodness they were able to play online. I have never seen anything like that.

When I got to the store I was told that they didn't have it in stock and said that they could ship it to me in a couple days .Its been 2 weeks now and still no game.I didn't give a star because I didn't receive my order.

He just has to link accts and that is not at all true! This was useless and did not work

My son opened this gift Christmas morning and it's nothing except an EMPTY box. There was no game inside. He was SOOO upset. Never shopping at best buy again. what a let down
