This is a phenomenal watch with many versatile features. It is rugged and durable enough for workouts, yet classy for more formal functions like business meetings. Sometimes rubber watch bands just don't look good. This watch has it all. With Google Fit, you are ready to go!!

The only thing I had an issue with was trying add service. I thought I would be able to but still haven't been able to figure it out. Overall love it. Easy to use and definitely helps when working but can't take my phone out. Just simply look to see if the message is important or need to answer asap.

This is a beautiful watch and it wears well. Coming from the Galaxy series of smartwatches, I just could not get use to the WearOS interface.

I owned and used multiple Android watches, including some Fossils. This one if my favorite. In fact, this one is more interactive than my AppleWatch 4 and as a hearing-impaired person, this watch helps me tremendously with different Google and Android tools. I highly recommend this generation and model.

For being such a tech fanatic, I can't believe I've never owned a "smart" watch before. I guess because most of the first generation devices from years ago were... Well.... Gimmicky. Luckily now, especially with this watch, I find it a integral part of my daily wardrobe. As everyone else has mentioned, the watch band is big/long. I'm a big guy, and I could safely say I could take 2 links out and still be a bit loose. Only reason I haven't yet, is this takes a specialty tool which I don't have. Is the large size a bad thing? No, not when you get right down to it. I can only imagine the disaster it would be if they all shipped too small with no means to customize. The watch is also heavy, but still lighter than my similar style Fossil "dumb" watch. With that out of the way, I have to say this watch is very sharp looking. It would equally fit in with a pair of jeans and a t-shirt, or a full business suit. It was very simple to set up the watch. I'm an Android fan, so the ability to interface with my phone is a giant plus for me. Make sure to download all the updates before making your mind up about this watch. Lots of little annoying bugs got fixed. It took literally no time at all before I was downloading, installing, and tweaking different "faces". The fact that you can download additional apps from the app store is a giant plus as well. Battery life is ok. Not having anything to compare it to, the fact that it gets thru the whole day on a single charge works for me. This makes me sound kind of weird but I get some weird satisfaction out of snapping the magnetic charger onto the watch at the end of the day. The only reason I have docked one star is that the watch doesn't (or I haven't been able to figure out how to) charge when powered off. If the charger is connected and you turn off the watch, it boots right back up. Likewise, if it is off and you then connect the charger it turns can't on too. There is no lag with the interface. Font sizes are good, if not a tad bit small. But just like everything else with this watch, it can be modified. Do I regret writing off the whole smart watch category until now? Yes and no. No, because I have a feeling that if I did jump on the bandwagon early on, I never would have discovered this fantastic watch. Therefore, as I wrote in the subject, this is a very solid, rugged and sturdy watch. If like me, you never had a smart watch before -give this one a try instead of the cookie cutter brand(s).

Speaker and microphone doesn't work out of the box. After reading reviews seems Fossil absolutely knows about this issue. For me not why I bought the watch but for the price I expected more. So, not worth shipping it out for repairs. As a piece of jewelry that lets me check my messages easily and track fitness throughout the day works great. Beautiful watch! Fossil I expected more.

Love this watch. It was a replacement for my previous watch. Even though it was technically a downgrade, it has been like having an updgrade. I still have all of the functionality of my previous watch and still very stylish. It also seems lighter and more durable.

My son wanted this watch. Allows him to check texts, answer the phone, and many other things. He likes the ease of use as well as the battery life.

Got it on sale. Love the speaker function! Feels like we're catching up to apple watch users. I was hoping it would be bigger like my husband's gen 4 watch, but I'll live. Feels smoother than my Sport. Hopefully we get some transgender and gay pride straps for this watch

Prons: The round dial design is good. Big display. supports android and iphone Cons: not satisfied with wrist strap quality.

my husband is very happy with his watch. a little he uses it from time to time having issues with the modern technology though

Love my Fossil watch. Gets the job done with wonderful features and integrates nicely with mg Google Pixel and Pixel Buds. Happy with the purchase. Battery life gets me a day and a half still. Notifications are seamless and customization is great

I've had a Moto 360 and an LG Watch Sport. This is hands down the best watch operating on Wear OS. It has great battery life. Operates smooth without any glitches and the improved chip makes an enormous difference. I've always been attached to Google so this was the best option for me and my wife.

Connects very easy. screen is a bit dark, but otherewise its a very functional watch. connects also with bluetooth.

Stylish smart watch. Does everything I wanted and then some. Synced easily with phone. Size was a bit larger than I was use to but after a couple of days it was fine. Nice bright face for viewing in sunlight. Decent battery life. Definitely would rebuy. Bought my son one for a gift also.

After looking at dozens of other watches and even purchasing one that promised full Android compatibility but failed. I decided on the Fossil Gen 5. Pleased with the display size and Android functionality. Easy to install watch faces and apps from the Google Play Store,

Ok smart watch, not great battery life. Not real user friendly either.

I love the watch although I have had problems connecting it to my phone right out of the box.

Great smartwatch with a great display and functions. Wish Google OS had a few more options but still better than my old smartwatch.
