Wrote them, and to their credit, they sent me a new gen 5. I've had it about two years and the battery just stopped charging. That's back-to-back failures within three years. So why 3 stars instead of one? When it worked, it was awesome. Loved the look, loved the functionality, just loved the watch. Even right now, I'm weighing on is it worth it to buy another one knowing it will only last a maximum of two years. If I was sure these two were just flukes and the next one would last, I would definitely buy it. As it is, I may have to give in and buy an apple watch. Yuck. Hate them, but they last.
