This is NOT a SACD!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Extremely disappointing to open up the cover, and find out that this disc is a standard 44kHz CD, and not a SACD. I purchased six other SACDs with the Miles Davis disc, and they were all fantastic sounding SACD format, but this one needs to be returned. Chesky Records refers to this disc as a 'High Resolution Technology 96/24' and BestBuy lists it as SACD. My Yamaha BD-S667 reads it as a standard CD. My other Chesky Records purchase, 'Best Of New York Sessions 1' is indeed a SACD, and sounds great.
