Excellent Service on Sales, Delivery & Installatio

The delivery was on time, just as promised. The installer was probably the best man I've seen install something at my house.

Amazing - just lacking Lossless Audio

My only complaint is that it does not support Lossless Audio output and is limited to 24 but 48khz output (CD Quality). Otherwise it's perfect.

Apple tv + feels like a premiere streaming option. Whether it has options you are interested in or not is for you to decide. The quality of streaming on apple tv + is top notch.

Since purchasing the 1st Apple TV I have not had cable. The only thing I dislike about Apple TV is if you have a problem with it. Apple says they can’t fix it. Which is a disappointment because “How can’t you fix something you made” It is just a lie to make you buy another device. But I love the upgrade of the Apple TV 4K new features and the remote is a lot easier to use. Apple can do a better job at fixing the issues with the Apple TV firmware.

Good value but difficult to cancel

But at the end of 3 months, it was rather tricky to cancel the auto renewal. There is no way to cancel it through the app or through Apple support. It turned out that you need to go to Amazon and try to cancel the auto-renewal there, OUCH!
