As a new Apple TV user, getting 3 months to try it is a major plus. I love most things I'm seeing on Apple TV. The trial makes it nicer to start a subscription.

This computer is fast, sleek, and has amazing battery life. It will be perfect for college.

So far it would be worth it for me as I am father of 2 little guys so they dig a lot of what is offered as far as shows cartoons movies etc etc etc...

However, if you have locally-stored video content purchased from Apple or playable by a physical Apple TV, it will not allow access to that library and those items cannot be played on it. Which I have a lot of because license rights change too often to depend on streaming availability.

I literally feel like I’m in a movie theatre with surround sound when watching tv/movies. The noise cancellation is as good as it gets when it comes to earbuds, I have traditionally used beats and after a while they are quite uncomfortable and also not great noise cancellation.

The choices of shows and movies are far better than some popular names. I would highly recommend this plus you can watch on your phone or iPad.

Also depending on other streaming service, if you have use other Apple product that streams you can use Apple TV to connect everything and know what your last episode was.

I can now charge my iPhone 14 and listen to music with my AirPods at the same time!

Quick between screens. Very useful remote with voice command. Best that I’ve used I’ve used plenty of tv streamers.
