I couldn’t redeem the coupon because apple said expired and email I got said expires 10/31/24 called customer service at Best Buy and they are closed during the hours I work so I’m REALLY UNHAPPY not worth the time or effort and I was really looking forward to trying it out because it’s the ONE subscription I don’t have and was going to cancel another if worth it but not worth it now! Don’t miss what you don’t know.

It has been a nightmare. Entanglement of accounts has been impossible to deal with. Apple One subscription is never transparent nor clear especially with iCloud account within Apple itself. It is never possible to distinguish AppleID, Apple Account, iCloud account, or the shopping bag Apple Account, ApplePay, or Apple Cash or is it Game Center ID. Then iCloud is NIT a subscription but it is a payment, a purchase, or something else depending on the weather. Furthermore, any Apple One thing provided by any other offer other than direct from Apple is totally invisible to Apple support, All Inclusive. It is just Lovely

Love the selection options and for the free intro period can’t beat it.

I had the free trial and the quality of the image and sound is good. As for the service content, nothing too interesting for me.

Was never able to use the product, the deliverers dropped my TV when going up the stairs , and no one wanted to take responsibility .. I was out both my money and an TV that I was never able to use. I will NEVER PURCHASE A BIG PRODUCT FROM BEST BUY EVER AGAIN.. I WILL NEVER BUY THAT BRAND OF TV AGAIN, and I am SHARING THIS EXPERIENCE WITH EVERYONE

Completely unusable. Despite the email I received from Best Buy stating that the code was valid through 10/31/24, when I tried to redeem my free 3 months using the link and code Best Buy provided, Apple's website said that the offer code had expired. I have never subscribed to Apple TV, so I should have been able to activate the offer, but Apple support refused to help me. I will never subscribe to Apple TV now.

I shop at Best Buy a lot and always get these "free" offers, but never use them because you will start to get charged monthly after the 3 month period has ended, and let's face it, I'm sure many people forget to cancel. This time I decided, what the heck, I'll activate it. This offer is not correct however in that it states it's for new or returning subscribers only. Oh well.
