Get message saying I’m not eligible for the offer. Why have me believe this is part of the purchase.

Notorious Screen Issue

I'd turn it on & only the sound worked. Restarted & the screen would kick on until recently. It's now 1.5 years old & the screen not longer works. Not worth repairing so back to square one again.
