The Apple TV offer is good; works as it should, no restrictions, easy access & use, and can extend or cancel with no issues. Issues is the amount of content available on Apple TV is somewhat limited. There are some decent programs but a lot of shows I have NO interest in. So, the offer is solid and worth checking out.

I am no TV expert. I had quite an aversion to TCL after a friend had a terrible one years ago ( it would make phantom decisions, volume up randomly, Netflix turn on or off with do direction to do so, etc.) However, I chose this TV after doing a bit of research and this TV came highly recommended for the price point I was looking for. I have a Samsung TV, an LG TV and formerly, two Vizios. Best Buy doesn’t have Vizios anymore and by the research, it didn’t seem that Samsung was the best option - and LG seemed to be a bit dated. The picture quality on this TV is pretty good. Cartoons are hard to watch at first with the way the screen moves, but you get used to it. The backlight is BRIGHT. I mean, I have it set to 20 out of 100 and sometimes that is too bright. 100 is blinding on a sunny day. The good: The google TV makes it very easy to use, and you can use the remote on your phone which has no lag. You can customize a lot of the experience to your liking. The bad: The sound quality is absolutely atrocious. No matter what settings you change, the reality is that the speakers installed in the TV are absolute garbage. I have a sound bar but I don’t want to use it for every day TV use. With the quality of the built in speakers, I almost have to. I don’t expect TVs to have the same sound quality as a sound bar, even without a woofer. I have almost every JBL product on the market. The sound out of this TV is of very poor quality. Which is disappointing at this middle-of-the-road price point. Another annoying feature is the recommended options on the Home Screen. I have nearly every streaming service available. However, if a show that is featured on Paramount Plus, and also featured on Pluto, Quibo, Tubi, or any of the other less popular platforms, it will always recommend the less popular platforms first. None of the featured recommendations on the Home Screen are populated for the streaming services I pay for. Overall: this TV feels like a discount experience that should have cost even less than what I paid. Returns are a hassle and I will keep in my living room until I can afford to upgrade sometime in the next year.

This was included with a Sony Subwoofer purchase. I did the steps to enroll, but it had an issue where when I logged in my account showed it was a 7 day preview and it would be charged to my credit card. I called Best Buy support per the instructions and spoke with Jose, who seemed to be doing dishes in the background. He was distracted and worthless, so I asked to speak with someone else. After being bounced around several times, Best Buy support transferred me to Apple support, which world of difference. I told her that the card was a promotional deal for buying a Sony subwoofer, which we both agreed was odd - but she was more than happy to help. She saw that I was in the system, but the promotion was not applied. After a few minutes and several emails, she was able to get it working for me. Thumbs up for Apple support, thumbs down for Best Buy suppirt on this one!

I’m an Apple guy. Nothing against android or PC I just grew up in an era when Apple/Macintosh was on a rise. Everything fits me and my family lifestyle from music to movies and the arcade is perfect for the kids. Everyone has their own IPad. This purchase was at a perfect timing with the sale and all. It’s an Upgrade for my wife since she forfeited her mini over to the kids a while back. They now have new gen and she was like “what about me?” lol I hope she likes it… maybe i should’ve looked and see if they had a pink mini?!?! Oh well.

I bought this small iPad specifically for travel but l use it for reading at home. I wanted a place to transfer my travel photos from my phone so they were more accessible, could be enlarged, and I could use them in my daily trip journal. It was also very useful in place of heavy books so I had interim entertainment and was able to research while traveling. I prefer the larger screen to a phone-sized screen. I chose an iPad in a bright color so it would be visible and not easily taken in error or theft. It was portable, easily accessible, and met my needs.
