Meh. Totally underwhelmed. Not worth the price considering the content. Additionally, much content requires additional fees to watch a movie or show. Totally pointless. If I pay for a subscription, everything searched should be free.

This Vizio tv had a great picture quality and was initially well worth the money. However only 14 months later the whole screen is white and unable to be used any longer. Disappointing

We have only found a few shows/movies on apple TV that we liked. Not sure it is worth the subscription. Does not compare to other streaming services. We will not keep the subscription after the free trial runs out.

Call me slow if you like but what’s the use of paying to have this app if mostly everything on it you have to purchase to watch!! Maybe I’m not understanding how it works but everything I clicked on to watch came with a fee!!

Confusing and not intuitive. We have multiple streaming services, and we won't be keeping this one. Multiple shows or movies would come up as available for purchase and it was unclear what was really included for free.

I don't personally use the free limited screening subscriptions unless they are at least a year long. I hate forgetting about it being activated and then I get charged when I only used it once or twice.

The worst experience ever for receiving and redeeming a streaming or any other kind of extra with a purchase. You have to use i-Tunes. It is not at all intuitive for this kind of thing. Best Buy needs to include specific instructions on how to get the free Apple TV for 3 months. All of the reviews for this extra are from frustrated people who either gave up or had a awful experience. This extra really deserves a rating of a quarter, not even a full star. I'm normally pretty savvy when it comes to this kind of thing. Without instructions, I found it to be an abusive process.

Never used this product sales rep did not give me the information for setup and I did not get email with instructions. Would have liked to try the free trial but was told nothing they could do
