YOU HAVE TO EITHER OWN A IPHONE OR DOWNLOAD THEIR SOFTWARE ONTO A COMPUTER AND SIGN IN THERE TO GET THE 3 FREE MONTHS OR EVEN TO BEGIN A REGULAR APPLETV ACCOUNT. NO WEB BASED SERVICE... THEY WANT YOUR COMPUTER/PHONE INFORMATION EVEN THOUGH NOT NEEDED

We received this promotion by buying a new TV for our vacation home. Didnt get atound to activating until a month later and turns out it had expired. I was never told i had to redeem by a certain time frame and it was not stated on the receipt.

Tried to redeem this offer but was unable to because it requires you to register with an apple account. When I tried my apple account, it stated I needed a specific apple tv account. Wish they offered a choice of something else.

I havent been able to login. Apples forgot password process is ridiculous. I sold my old imac which is where i initially created the apple id. Apparently, i need to verify my id on that computer which i no longer have. Shows on appletv suck anyway.

I was sent a link to activate my trial. I spent over ab hour on the phone with support and it still isn't working. I was told this is because I don't have an iPhone or tablet. Don't offer it if not compatible with a Windows PC or Android phone.

When I purchased this 43in Samsung smart tv. It was supposed to come with 3 months f Apple TV Well, I have not been able to activate this. When I got to the app, it only displays a 7 day trial, and then it wants my credit card information.

Never used it. Things I wanted on Apple TV I still had to pay for. It is a nickel and dime concept you pay for the service and then you keep paying for a little bit there and a little bit here. It adds up.

Worthless...maybe I missed the boat on this one, but I don't see the point. You pay to get the subscription, and then pay for each show you want to watch EXCEPT for a FEW (and I do me FEW) freebies. Get Amazon firestick!

I love Apple Music but when I subscribed they only have me 1 month free. I didn’t want to rate this poorly because I love the side I e but I couldn’t rate it great because I didn’t get what was advertised.

I hate Apple. Very limited selection, and everything is either the same price as elsewhere, or way too expensive. Plus, you have to have Apple's App, apple's platform, Apple's account to use. It's all about the freaking Apple empire.

Apple is evil. Why does everyone have to try and have a streaming service. And then the first thing they make to try and get subscribers is always some TVMA wanna be game of thrones which is just their excuse to produce port.

You can’t use, hard to use, hard to install, it’s just a tricky hock ..... I you brought some tv just because they provided this Apple TV as a bonus.... no way. It’s not working the code, the app do have not room to enter that code

Impossible to use. Cannot signup through the app in my LG TV. Requires an CRAPpple web browser on a CRAPpple device in order to signup for the service to be used on the TV. Cannot use a regular standard open source web browser.

Was not able to use it. I tried entering the code over and over and would not let me use my subscription. I tried chatting but no one helped me. Everytime I try to use it on my tv it tells me I have to pay for my subscription.

We have not accepted the free for 3 months. I do not like free with a catch on anything. If I have to remember to cancel, this it is not for me. Should be Free, then we will contact you to see if you would like to renew.

I signed up for free trial, difficult to navigate and use. I tried calling Apple and they could not navigate me how to use and then tried to send me back to best buy. Horrible experience, I'm gonna cancel subscription.

I received a free 12 months scription when I bought my iPhone 12. I used it a couple times the shelves are pretty stupid. And I could get the same thing out of the other programming is free. Waste of time

Free because I bought a tv. Actually I can't stand apple products. Over priced for all the hype. Plenty of other products on the market. Just because it has an apple on it doesn't make it the best thing going.

Garbage. Almost nothing actually comes with the purchase. You buy Apple TV then have to buy nearly everything else you want to watch a la cart afterwards. The worst streaming service I’ve ever used, and it isn’t close.

I NEVER used it. Why can't this let me use that as an option?!? The more personal info I have to give away to get 'free' or cheaper things, the less I want to partake. Maybe its just me.
