Works as expected

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After we purchased Apple TV 4K unit we noticed signal slowed down due, probably, to higher definition streaming, so we had to upgrade our Wi-Fi (Orbing Tri-Band) and that fixed the problem. Not all programming is 4K, of course, but it seems that some channels stream 'best resolution available' when signal is not strong. One of our HGTV shows started showing in what seemed like ancient resolution. I'm not sure if that was the provider or the Apple unit. None of these are defects of course. The main reason we got this is to match our upgraded TV.

Surprised but needs more

It's relatively limited at this time, but production value of original content is good and I can't argue with the free price. Hopefully post-COVID they will add new content. I don't like how they feature content from other subscriptions that you don't have. I go to specific sources for available content and dont need one app with every available subscription service. Save that for Apple TV box. I may unsubscribe if more original content does arrive soon.
