Santiago Restrepo was extremely helpful for in-home consultation— knowledgeable, courteous, patient in explaining and presenting the options. I bought two televisions and a sound bar, including a television with unique dimensions which Santiago found after noting that my furniture unit’s shelf length would not accommodate standard television feet.

Never done an IHA before and Kevin was phenomenal. Very knowledgeable and recommended everything based off of what works best, not on a sale point or dollar amount. Would highly recommend to anyone that wants a more personal touch on getting what's right for their home. I had never even heard of the service but am thankful for it now. Won't even step foot in another Best Buy now, knowing the level of service I can receive from Kevin or someone of the same caliber. He really went above and beyond and has even kept in contact with me weeks after the sale. Thanks for everything!

Received the bid for Sonos speakers and instruction session - $1679.88. Seemed high, but I went to Best Buy, bought the speakers, got the new router which Brendan recommended. Emailed Brendan to schedule an appt with the Geek squad. Brendan was out of town and delayed getting back to me, but when he emailed me in November, I asked if I could have an appt with the Geek squad on November 16. I never received a response. I have tried to set up the speakers and download some of my CD's by myself, but I have not been successful. My goal when I began contacting Best Buy was to have Christmas music through this house by mid December. It is December 12, and my Sonos speakers are not yet functioning to their potential as I had planned. Very disappointing.

Darryl was an excellent Home Expert. He listened patiently to me while I explained my needs. He made excellent and perfect suggestions for my 2 TV's, sound bar, wall mount and their placement, Darryl is honest and I value his expert advice. I would not hesitate to contact him again when the need arises.

Kiron was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with my wife and I. He was well informed with all the different products we were interested in, ie. washer, dryer, TV and routers. He worked us into his schedule and was never in a rush. His service sold us the product. The company has a valuable employee. Additionally, the sales consultants at the Best Buy Landstown were very helpful and friendly. They seemed to work as a team with each other on the floor and with Kiron. I will continue return to Best Buy since I received such great service.

James Bakeman along with the Geek Squad have been terrific. When I purchased the TV, sound bars and equipment I mentioned that it may be too large for the room. After install it certainly was. James came over, extremely patient, and will assist in downsizing when ready.

Bryan Roy was the best. He took care of our kitchen renovation project from helping with selections, contacting me when they went on sale, and lining up home delivery. He got back with us quickly and we felt like a valued customer. Thank you,Bryan.

Alex was a huge help in our purchase of a new LG TV and new kitchen appliances. He provided excellent suggestions in the features we needed and how our needs were met by the products offered by Best Buy. Having the ability to speak in person to an expert on the technology and products was the primary reason we purchased from Best Buy.

6 yrs ago, Daniel was my consultant when I remodeled. Because of the level of his expertise and helpfulness, I sought him out, and was fortunate enough to work with him in re-selecting appliances following a fire in my home. There is no one that I would chose to work with. Daniel has the knowledge to resolve any appliance problem that comes up.

Any home electronics needs I highly recommend you visit my friend Craig at Best Buy. This will be a 1st class experience. I purchased and had installed Sonos, tv and home theater system, sound bars, ring home security system and washing machine. All with excellent salesmanship, installation and to my satisfaction.

Our planned consultation with the Home Expert, Mike in the Appliance Section of the Green Bay, WI store, was a VERY Pleasent Experience for us. Our Expert New Everything about washers and dryers that we needed. There was not one thing he could not answer. We were totally happy without any doubts whatsoever with our decision to purchase what we did. The Store should be very very happy to have such an informed person working for them. Nothing but A+A+A+A+A+A+!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

John was excellent, very knowledgeable and responsive. I was impressed with his flexibility and his "aim to please" attitude. I would not hesitate to work with him on future audio needs and to recommend him to others.

the contractor Justin did a great job. He set up the 65", 50", and hung the 36 inch we owned. The two from Best Buy were nice, hung one 46" tv and installed a dvd. None of them tied all the wires together to where one item we could place would cover them. Fortunately my Son came over and tied them together professionally cause he does this as part of his job with a Tech Company. Now a Planter covers the 65" wires which had a sound bar too.

Our selection of a new fridge was the easiest we've had. Our Best Buy Home Expert, Sam Huisman helped us out a lot in making our choice. Showing us available models to meet storage and physical size considerations saved us a lot of time and headaches. His help and expertise made this a very good experience. Delivery and setup were timely and smooth. Couldn't ask for more.

Brandon was incredibly helpful! His has knowledge and insight into so many options...I wish I had made contact with him prior to todays consult...would have saved me HOURS of research on my computer! I understand why Best Buy has had him on the payroll for 16 years!!!

We've had two fairly recent deliveries with installation, a new TV and a washer-dryer combination. The two teams responsible for everything involved - including a full education of how to use the items properly! - were patient, enjoyable to work with, and utterly professional from start to finish. Kudos all around!

Jacob and the entire team helped plan and set up our new home with Security, TV's, sound, smart lights and computer assistance! He was extremely helpful with ordering and returning equipment that we needed. Scheduling was done with ease. Very knowledgeable and professional. Accessible when I have questions, and truly a pleasure ot work with.

The outstanding guidance that I received from Alexander Bragg made all the difference. After a few months of internet research, as well as, the expert advice from Mr. Bragg, I decided to buy the Michi X3, Kef R11 speakers, Panasonic DP-UM9000, Rotel SCD-1572 MKII, and all of my AudioQuest interconnect cables. My 2.0 Home Theater system is perfect!!!

Finding the right counter top stove was important. From the very beginning of the process Best Buy was very professional. The installers made sure the stove was installed correctly and that we knew how to operate the stove. Thank you Best Buy!

You should hire Lisa Evans - I don’t care what your business is but you need her. Her professionalism, emotional intelligence, technical focus, company advocacy, and customer focus is unparalleled. The advice and consultation was so beyond (unexpectedly so for Best Buy) my expectations I didn’t even consider price checking or comparing wit other shops. Best Buy should reward employees like Lisa and I am happy to talk in person about why that is the case. Thank you Lisa and I hope you see this review.
