The only reason they didn’t get a 5 is because they forgot to hook up the coaxial cable to the box. We had another Geek come out and fix it.

We recently moved into our new home and wanted to purchase a TV for our great room. We contacted Best Buy for an in-home consultation. Our consultant, Michael Miller, was exceptional! He knew his products and provided great suggestions on what would be best in our large space. We purchased a Samsung 85" QN95B Neo QLED TV, Sonos Arc and Subwoofer. The installers were also exceptional! They arrived on time, were professional and they took the time to go over the use of the products after they completed the installation. And to top it all off, Michael followed up with a phone call a few days later to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. We were extremely pleased with the expert advice, products and service we received!
