Home advisory service needs improvement
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I used Best Buy's complimentary home advisory service to ensure the replacement of my washing machine and dryer would go smoothly. On the surface, this is a great service. But it lacked in thoroughness. While I was cleared by my tech, Juan, that the dimensions of the new appliances would work in my space, an important detail was overlooked. My old Bosch setup required only one outlet. The new Samsung appliances that I was purchasing from Best Buy required an outlet for both the washer and dryer. So this proved to be a problem during installation. I was able to make the situation work temporarily with an extension cord but had to hire an electrician to install an additional plug. Had Juan's initial visit revealed this, I could have been better prepared. So the lesson for Best Buy is to ask better questions about how the old appliances are connected to the power source and understand how the new appliances will work with the current electrical setup. I like working with Best Buy and thought Juan, otherwise, did a good job. But this was a disappointing result of a service that made me feel it was safe to use Best Buy and ensure a smooth installation.

Tv install

The installer left his name, phone number and email address. He said to contact him if I needed help. I called and emailed several times and never heard back.nim still having trouble adjusting the sound and I finally figured out how to download apps.
