The gentlemen that installed my washer and dryer on december 12, 2022 were very professional, kind, pleasant and knowledgable. I would recommend them for installation any day. The men that came to try to install it the week prior were unprofessional, rude and didnt even bring a pipe wrench to remove the old washer hose or gas hose. They required me to pay a plumber for 1 minute of work. The plumber said it was probably a good thing those 2 didnt install if they didn't know how to remove a fitting. i could have had a gas leak or water leak. There were several other issues. I did not get an email to review their services. They did not want that review online. I feel people need to know. We are paying good money for equipment and installation and are allowing strangers in our homes. We need to be able to trust who comes in our homes. Hopefully the rest of their employees are as good as the 2 that came out 12/12/22. They were wonderful!
