The 2 gentlemen that came to house were so courteous. Found out my wires to hardwire the Ring door bell was no where to be found. Somewhere over the years, my husband must have pulled it out when original doorbell didn’t work anymore. Have to have my electrician neighbor come and see if he can find them or install new wires. Wore their masks and put covers on shoes, Cant say enough nice things about them. Wish there were more people like them. Keep them, they’re dry valuable to Best Buy.

We wanted to improve our internet stability and speed. Add arrived on time he was polite and professional reviewed our situation and made a recommendation. I was skeptical but he promised I would be pleased. We're very pleased with the performance of our new mesh network.

My consultation was actually in the store. I needed a recommendation on a gaming computer, and also wanted to understand my options for Smart TV's. An associate named Robbie D. actually helped me with both. I ended up buying both a Smart TV and gaming computer, as well as a mobile speaker. Robbie was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, spending alot of time with me and patiently answering all my questions. I was really happy with my purchases.

I wanted to integrate audio throughout my house and the backyard. The advisor came to my house and provided exceptional service by explaining where I should place my speakers and what type I should go with for what I want. Additionally, it has been great dealing with him after the fact and being able to make purchases and kick around ideas being he knows what would work best in my house. I probably will never shop in store again because of the fact the in home consultation went so well!

I thought it was time to update my 1980's receiver, turntable and CD changer. Jacob recommended the best components for the size of my room and use. I was able to compare different speakers and select those that produced the sound I wanted. Jacob's selection of the Marantz Cinema 70 receiver was spot on. I highly recommend this service.

When making a large purchase, you want to feel confident in the products you are purchasing. Grant Nudo did an excellent job in explaining all the pros and cons of the washer and dryer I purchased for my parents. He answered every question and made me feel good leaving the store that I purchased the right products for my needs. I would definitely come back in the future.

The Best Buy custom fridge expert did a fantastic job. Even though the fridge we needed was on back order he called us promptly when it was in and we had it installed the very next week. We love the fridge and it was well priced and perfectly installed. The whole team from front to back was exceptional. This is why Best Buy beats Amazon and big box appliance stores, they have actual experts and care about getting it right. Great service. Great team. Great products.

The consultation was great. Got a call before he arrived. He gave me advice on what needed to take place for me to get better and more consistent WiFi throughout my house (including the role that my service provider played - he even knew that they were doing work in the area and what impact that might have when they were done). He gave me his card and told me to follow up any time if I had more questions or needed more assistance. AND - he was great with my dog. Couldn't ask for more.

Working with Ben Prevost was a fantastic experience. He is very knowledgeable about all electronic products and helped us select the best products for our home. He is kind and was very patient with me, answering all of my questions…and I had a lot. Ben will be my go-to person for everything home electronics and appliances in the future!

We needed to find a refrigerator for a small space and there were a lot of options. We prefer to shop in person as opposed to online and it was so great to have a consultant who was both knowledgable and efficient. Michael helped us pick out the best appliance for our needs. He explained total tech to us and set up delivery and everything! He was great! Thank you!

Finally getting a TV upgrade, Craig & Brad stopped by the house to analyze our needs. Suggested a TV and sound bar that would fit our space. Installation was swift and courteous. Had one glitch, called Brad who responded quickly (even though he was on vacation), Craig called to set up an appointment with a technician who was scheduled to come out to the house. Great job guys!

We didn’t know where to start with making home theater/ gaming wall and appliances. Christian was very helpful from the start. All we had to do was express an idea/ vision and he made it come to reality and then some! Kept us updated on products and has been on top of it all from the start. We are thankful and happy with Christian and his team. Not going anywhere else after this experience, that’s for sure!

I had a maddening issue with my home Wi-Fi system & with other electronic equipment, so while in the Magnolia Room in San Bernardino, I learned about the home consulting program, so signed up for a free home evaluation. I ended up getting a new TV, speakers, and amplifier, as well as a new hi-tech Wi-Fi system. Now my Ring doorbell system works properly, as does everything else in the house that uses Wi-Fi. Interestingly enough, this was after upgrading my internet service to the best service & equipment the provider could offer. Kudos to the Best Buy technicians.

We are building a new home and were looking for thoughts on all sorts of different tech options. From TVs, internet, speaker systems, and smart tech. Our advisor came to our future homesite and walk us through room by room as he heard our ideas, conformed our thoughts or suggested ideas of his own based on what we were looking for. It was a great experience, and we are now even more excited about the future in our new home! We will definitely be reaching out to out advisor in the future as more tech needs arise!

Any home electronics needs I highly recommend you visit my friend Craig at Best Buy. This will be a 1st class experience. I purchased and had installed Sonos, tv and home theater system, sound bars, ring home security system and washing machine. All with excellent salesmanship, installation and to my satisfaction.

Remodeling my kitchen with new appliances. Genesis was very helpful in reviewing my kitchen space and recommending LG appliances. The new refrigerator fit perfectly in the new space as well as the overhead microwave and stove. I selected the black stainless steel appliances and they fit perfectly to the color scheme of the kitchen.

Rosendo helped us design our new system and was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. He helped us pick the right components, keeping in mind our budget and desired outcome. Highly recommended.

Originally, I thought I could buy my new big screen TV and mount it myself (with a little help from my neighbor). Then I thought about it; the TV I currently had was twelve years old, as was the receiver. Since the in-home consult was free, I decided to utilize it to see what the suggestions might be. Good thing I did. My receiver wasn't compatible with the new TVs, so I needed to upgrade that. And once I watched the installer do his thing, I realized I never could have mounted the TV and programmed the new TV myself.

Brad Scalzo went out of his way and far beyond his job requirements to assist us when we first moved to Florida and we had some problems in selecting appropriate appliances. His perseverance and knowledge made it much easier for us to select and ultimately purchase our appliances and his post-delivery follow up was excellent.

Darryl was an excellent Home Expert. He listened patiently to me while I explained my needs. He made excellent and perfect suggestions for my 2 TV's, sound bar, wall mount and their placement, Darryl is honest and I value his expert advice. I would not hesitate to contact him again when the need arises.
