our built in microwave oven system went kaput. the width of the built ins was the problem. manufacturers no longer have what we need. Linsey came to the house and offered viable options as well as offering the most simple solution. Simply going with a countertop microwave and continue to use the convection ovens as is. (only the microwave stopped working.) Ordered what we wanted and it arrived next day! She is the best!

This is our second time using the services of our in-home consultant, Edge Cadet. We were impressed with his professionalism when we needed a Wi-Fi enhancer. Months later, we called him for help with our purchase of a new washer & dryer. His advice is much appreciated & he follows up to make sure we're satisfied. We wouldn't think of making a significant purchase without him

Oscar came to our home to assist our surround sound needs. He was very honest and told us that our receiver would accommodate what we were looking to achieve. He didn’t try to up sale us and we were very happy with the end results.

Brad Scalzo went out of his way and far beyond his job requirements to assist us when we first moved to Florida and we had some problems in selecting appropriate appliances. I thought it was time to update my 1980's receiver, turntable and CD changer. Jacob recommended the best components for the size of my room and use. I was able to compare different speakers and select those that produced the sound I wanted. Jacob's selection of the Marantz Cinema 70 receiver was spot on. I highly recommend this service.

Remodeling my kitchen with new appliances. Genesis was very helpful in reviewing my kitchen space and recommending LG appliances. The new refrigerator fit perfectly in the new space as well as the overhead microwave and stove. I selected the black stainless steel appliances and they fit perfectly to the color scheme of the kitchen.

He was very knowledgable and spent the time finding what matched our needs. He even helped to "price match" to get us the best pricing on our system. I am very happy with this service - just another Best Buy perk as I've always had nothing but excellent customer service and never any issues with returns or warranties! Henry Wong was on time, very friendly and relaxed yet very professional. He made measurements and we discussed options and then made and easy purchase through him. He followed up with a nice email too. It is people such as Henry, and service such as that provided by Best Buy that keeps me coming back over and over.

Thanks to Best Buy for helping with the setup of our new home sound system and Frame tvs. We were very happy with the in home consultation which was low key and practical. The install was done professionally and knowledgeably with instruction and guidance for us. We never felt pressured to buy or upgrade during the whole process.

The installation of a TV above a fireplace is technically challenging especially if you want to hide all the wires and connections. The Samsung Picture Frame TV has an ungainly sized "One Connect Box" where you make all your connections, (HDMI, USB, Network, etc). It is connected to the TV like an ambilocal cord. Getting all that concealed, in a properly vented space and out of site is challenging. The consultant help me solve and visualize how this might be done before I made the decision to purchase the TV.

Ronald came in, saw the space we had for the TV, made some suggestions which made good sense, we had never thought about some of them before. I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone; decorator, interior designer, space planner, family or one person. He treated our small job as the most important time in his day. The proposal arrived in the time he said it would. He is amazing at customer service and explaining all our questions. Thanks Ronald!

Eddie Shannon was our in home advisor, and he went over and beyond his customer service duties. He should be promoted to whatever he desires he is great valuable employee and asset to bestbuy. He was very knowledgeable in all the appliances and tv we purchased from bestbuy. We felt very comfortable with him that we even came back to purchase more items. The shipment of our appliances were excellent as well. They installed our washer and dryer fridge and I went ahead and bought a 65 inch tv and sound bar.

Contacting Charles was the best decision for my tv, and speakers installation. Charles knowledge of all the latest technology and products enabled him to find the perfect fit for my situation. The install crew Jesse & Mike also did an exceptional job. No regrets here, only gratitude!
