Geek Squad: A Homerun!

The first was 15 years ago when we purchased a 60 inch flat screen, and associated components included a tuner, a DVR, and custom installation of eight speakers. We got great use out of the system and decided to upgrade to an 83 inch OLED television. We contacted the geek squad and they sent out a consultant, Carlos Ortiz. he was very professional and very knowledgeable and offered us great advice. We then finalize the project, and they sent out Isaiah to finalize the connections. Once again, the communication was excellent. The service was outstanding. I would recommend them to anybody and everybody.

Poor After the Sale Service

Best Buy was very good during the initial design and sale, but hard to reach after the sale for follow-up questions. Installers upsold me on new TV and Apple TV and Harmony remote, but not responding to an issue after the fact. Gave me wrong information on a wi-fi expander order. Left it up to me to return item to store and figure out correct part at store.
