Denon - IN-Command Series 560W 7.2-Ch. With HEOS 4K Ultra HD HDR Compatible A/V Home Theater Receiver - Black replaced my old Phillips receiver. When I'm outside working, I like music that I can hear an 'acre' away, so I needed a system to carry quality sound out in the field. My consultant suggested this one, and so far I am happy. The only negative thing I can say is I'm not Tech savy, when the unit arrived, I followed the consultants instructions, and given a message to finish set-up...turn your TV on. 'ooops'... no TV out here. I had to call Geek Service and paying an additional fee, which I think Best Buy should have waived that. As far as the receiver...Quite Happy, and would recommend.

We are older and know nothing about electronics. Robert was so friendly and patient and extremely knowledgeable. My husband must have asked him a million questions and he patiently answered them all. I can’t say enough about Robert. You are lucky to have him. He was amazing. He made sure we could operate the tv and apps before he left. Robert told us we could call anytime if we forgot how to do something. Thank you Robert

Installed new TV and soundbar/headsets, got older units in new apartment set up with Apple TV, and and solved host of minor issues....all went extremely well and smoothly. And arrived right on time, too.

While the advisor was here for the consult he noticed that my plumbing was outdated and would not work with current dishwashers. He gave me a quote and I called local plumbers for a comparison. It was comparable so I asked if he could do the upgrade while he was here to save time on the install date. He had the equipment and did the upgrade. Having the consult prevented a plumbing surprise on the day of the install. I would highly recommend an in home consult prior to any major appliance installation.

The service provided was excellent from beginning to end. From the time the appointment was set up to the time the team left out home. I was kept abreast of the arrival time and the team was quite professional and explained the entire operating system to us to our satisfaction.

We needed to get wifi extended to our little mother-in-law unit, and put in ring cameras w/ security system. I had great experience w/ Ismael as my consultant, and then the gentlemen that came to do the installation (Matthew and Stan). Really happy with their knowledge and abilities.

Elvis was great to work with, super nice and easygoing but extremely knowledgeable and well-versed in sound technologies. We must have asked a hundred questions (or maybe just one question a hundred different ways) but he always had an answer and a smile. When making a large purchase, you want to feel confident in the products you are purchasing. Grant Nudo did an excellent job in explaining all the pros and cons of the washer and dryer I purchased for my parents. He answered every question and made me feel good leaving the store that I purchased the right products for my needs. I would definitely come back in the future.

We needed to find a refrigerator for a small space and there were a lot of options. We prefer to shop in person as opposed to online and it was so great to have a consultant who was both knowledgable and efficient. Michael helped us pick out the best appliance for our needs. Our home first needed a professional team that could assist us in thinking through the ideal scenario, configuration and setup of audio (with Sonos Amp, Sonos Port, Sonos Sub and multiple speakers - both Sonos and in-wall/ceiling) and video (ensuring we achieved “surround sound”) in two separate rooms. The Best Buy in-home service team was fabulous....knowledgeable, efficient, cost conscious and, from a technical perspective, excellent at helping us to arrive at the setup we desired.

I am a first time user of the Home Expert service with Best Buy and am very pleased with the communication and responsiveness of Jay Hill, our expert. Any questions or issues were responded to and resolved promptly. The appliance market is challenging and Best Buy exceeded expectations with service and response to unexpected product quality issues.

Literally - when the Sonos speaker I needed was backordered, I called the store, we had everything but the speaker! The advisor was already at my house doing other projects. Garrett drove up the highway in 35 minutes to deliver the speaker from the store! Installation went seamlessly. Just moved to a new home in April in the early stages of the pandemic. I waited for Best Buy to open because when they finally reopened, they got it done in record time and with courtey and great service!

I am always skeptical about “in house services” however, I must say...Nick at Best Buy Knoxville is literally like talking to family. I trust him in my home, I trust his advice, and now that we’ve installed 6 Eero WiFi/mesh network Pro units...I’m ready to take our home to the next level- the WORLD OF SONOS!!! Isaac was "amazing". Helpful and communicative with many options to consider. In the end, we received a tremendous system within our price guidelines., and we have options to expend if we deem so. In short, he took the time, did the teaching, showed us options, and closed the deal. Nuf said!
