Delroy Vassel is the best representative that Best Buy could ever have! Del is honest and very informative with a wealth of knowledge. I look for Del when I need to make an appliance, computer or tv purchase. He is the best ever! I'm thrilled with all my purchases because of his help.

We've had two fairly recent deliveries with installation, a new TV and a washer-dryer combination. The two teams responsible for everything involved - including a full education of how to use the items properly! - were patient, enjoyable to work with, and utterly professional from start to finish. Kudos all around!

We've been wondering what's the best option for us in choosing the best appliance. With our consultation with Brian was very helpful. He gave us a lot of ideas and let us decide what to choose and before delivery he made sure everything will be ready and taken care of.

Our in-home consultant came by and was extremely friendly. We'd just had two condos go up in front and in back of our house and it was messing with our phone and wifi. She checked the wifi strength from one end of our ancient apartment to the other and quickly deduced what was up. We told her our price range and she suggested the Orbi home wifi system. We put one at one end of the house and the second one at the other end, bolstering our signal at the far end of the house from 15 to 100 percent. It was easy to install and worked as a near-magical fix.

We needed help with security cameras. Nathan G and co worker came to install security system. They were extremely helpful, courteous, and attentive. They explained in detailed how the cameras, internet and TV were going to work. Had a slow WiFi and were advised to get a faster WiFi and we did.

Thanks to Best Buy for helping with the setup of our new home sound system and Frame tvs. We were very happy with the in home consultation which was low key and practical. The install was done professionally and knowledgeably with instruction and guidance for us. We never felt pressured to buy or upgrade during the whole process.

Christian has been my consultant for several projects. He is open, honest, and listens to his clients requests. Christian is always available to answer our questions and provides excellent guidance. I would highly recommend having Christian provide an in-home consultation!!!!

Everyone in the process was responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. The recommendations in the initial consult were honest and helpful. The installation crew was kind and respectful, quick, helpful, and improved recommendations from their experience that I couldn’t have done on my own.

I am a first time user of the Home Expert service with Best Buy and am very pleased with the communication and responsiveness of Jay Hill, our expert. Any questions or issues were responded to and resolved promptly. The appliance market is challenging and Best Buy exceeded expectations with service and response to unexpected product quality issues.

Rob Buchanan visited my home, listened to my concerns and wants, and helped me to order the correct equipment for my home stereo system. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. It was so easy to shop without leaving my house. The technicians, Andrew and Tyler, installed the sound bar and sub woofer and programmed my remote. They were also very friendly and professional. I love my new system.

We experienced a thunderstorm that affected our receiver. On Christmas Eve, we realized no volume was coming through any of our newly installed speakers in our media room. We had a house full of guests, and we were distraught. We called Alex Osborn. He came and installed a new receiver within a few hours on Christmas Eve!! Alex deserves a raise.

So far so good. Sales and installation went thru beautifully. Our salesmans' recommendations made our home theater a wonderful experience. Wifi also works well in all areas of our home. Tech team worked quickly and efiiciently makingvsure all was up and runnung before they left.

I needed help understanding the best options out there given my current setup. Hannah listened intently and I felt confident she understood my setup and what I was looking for in a new TV. She offered several options for me to choose from. I spent a little more than I originally planned but I feel the value the in home service provided and the product I purchased was well worth it. I am extremely pleased with the entire process and the product I purchased.

Henry Wong was on time, very friendly and relaxed yet very professional. He made measurements and we discussed options and then made and easy purchase through him. He followed up with a nice email too. It is people such as Henry, and service such as that provided by Best Buy that keeps me coming back over and over.

I wanted a TV/ sound bar recommendation considering my situation. Namely room size, lighting, no wifi and for a senior citizen with limited tech experience. I bought the recommendation which was well over my stated budget and I would say was one level down from top of the line. I was not able to find all the settings I was instructed to adjust, but the real problem came when the TV called for a software update. Advisor said I could go somewhere with wifi, load the update on to a flash drive, come back and load it on the TV. First of all I have never heard of a TV that needed a software update, second I don't have the equipment to go somewhere and load a flash drive and third it is way more than I can or want to get into.

We had Connor Zelasko come to the house and he did a great job advising us and quoting us the very best price. Would have gotten the 100 inch but Sony's price point (difference) for 15 extra inches was ridiculously way to high, like $45,000.00 plus... Connor also left me his cell number to call if any other questions we had later. Also, Alex Ramirez at the Orland store also pitched in. I have had questions and needed advice several times in the recent past. Austin has always been very responsive, knowledgeable. and taken care of the issues quickly and efficiently. He is an asset to Best Buy and the main reason I keep my total tech support subscription.

We bought a house with a wall oven and microwave and a separate cooktop which we’ve never had before. Our advisor was very helpful in advising us on products that would work well in our space and prepared us for possible hiccups (most of which did not occur, but we were glad we were prepared). The only reason I’m not rating a 5 stars is because our advisor promised some perks based on current promotions that didn’t actually work with our transaction when it was all said and done. The in-store sales people were left scrambling to try to piece together a deal that resembled what we had been promised by the advisor. That said, we are happy with our purchases and the overall experience.

Multiple appliances purchased. Five for kitchen and new Clothes Washer and Dryer. Russ guided us the selection process and worked very closely on delivery and installation as well as offering an option for a product recall. Russ has always been extremely prompt and thorough with responses and suggestions and has been a source of confidence in our purchases. He certainly represents Best Buy extremely well!!!

Elvis was great to work with and gave great advice as to which products would suit my needs. He followed up promptly when problems came up along the way and helped finding solutions. Alex took care of the installations efficiently and without problems. One last item turned out to be defective but was replaced and reinstalled by third party without a hassle.
