We were trying to figure out how to install a flat-to-the wall TV in our den. Our consult rec'd a Frame TV. We also bought a basic TV mounted in another room. Getting the full rec took over a month despite initial expectations set at ~1 week. When the installers came out, they were unable to install the Frame TV. The issue they identified should have been seen in our home consult. Still had them install the 2nd TV. I'm left having paid excessively for a basic TV installation b/c the custom team installed it (as a TotalTech member this would have been no charge, otherwise). They were unable to install the TV that actually required them. Cancelled TotalTech and will do my best to avoid BBY for electronics moving forward. Bad experience, though the installers themselves were knowledgeable and professional.

Great job! I got exactly what was needed for the TVs.

We purchased all new kitchen appliances and once delivered, I was unhappy with the size of the microwave. I contacted the home expert rep and she was supposed to get back to me with options over a week ago and never heard back. I'm not sure that I'd use this service again. There are no samples of the appliance finish to look at; don't know what the appliances are going to look like.
