Our sales person tried to pretended to care.

We thought Best Buy had improved its services since the last time we walked away from them 9 years ago. Our refrigerator is still in limbo. We were supposed to get a replacement on the 6th of November, but no one showed up or contacted us via e-mail. Now we are looking at November 22 2023. The crazy part was the delivery supervisor asked if we wanted them to leave it in the box. When I said that we paid for professional hookup on ice maker. Anyway, the refrigerator ended up scratched and missig a screw, thus it wouldn't close right. Sorry for venting. This survey will probably get trashed any way.

Service has been average after the initial consult

He suggested he would be our starting point for anything and everything going forward. That has not worked out as well as his upfront service. I still have a white Sonos bar that does not match my black components as he suggested we cancel the black and order the white to make it in time for a big party we were having.
