We experienced a thunderstorm that affected our receiver. On Christmas Eve, we realized no volume was coming through any of our newly installed speakers in our media room. We had a house full of guests, and we were distraught. We called Alex Osborn. He came and installed a new receiver within a few hours on Christmas Eve!! Alex deserves a raise.

Nick was able to efficiently evaluate our home to create practical suggestions with results which exceed our expectations. He was obviously knowledgeable in his assessment and then provided multiple options in various price ranges for us to ultimately make decisions. He was not high pressured to sell us more than we need and he freely offered practical advice. We would definitely ask for his recommendation again!

Finally getting a TV upgrade, Craig & Brad stopped by the house to analyze our needs. Suggested a TV and sound bar that would fit our space. Installation was swift and courteous. Had one glitch, called Brad who responded quickly (even though he was on vacation), Craig called to set up an appointment with a technician who was scheduled to come out to the house. Great job guys!

Our double oven went out and we needed to replace it. Not wanting to go to a store to look for a double oven due to the pandemic we decided to try an in-home consultation. Our advisor showed up, measured the space and made recommendations to us. We picked out a double oven based on his recommendations and he set up the order, delivery and installation over the phone. The double oven arrived, fit perfect and works great! We never had to step foot in a store. We will definitely use this service again.

The geek squad Cody being one of them that came to install the TV were efficient and did a good job of installing the TV. The only disappointing part was that Dave was totally wrong in telling me that the people who brought the TV would install it and do the electrical work to hide the cables. I had to hire an electrician to do this.

Our stacked washer and dryer needed to be replaced. It was very helpful to have a knowledgeable representative come to your house to help determine which new washer and dryer would fit in the space of our old one.

It was so helpful in getting the exact mount, tv and stand that worked for our needs. I had been researching, measuring and comparing ... so time consuming. But with a visit with Kyle problems solved and explained. It made the day of installation run smoothly. He also suggested purchasing Euro and that will be our next purchase

I needed to replace my dishwasher and wall oven and needed to be sure the new ones would fit. Joe came to my home and verified that they would work for me. He saw me through the ordering, scheduling and installation process. He always answered my phone calls and answered every question. Thank you Joe!

Eu-John did an excellent job finding multiple televisions and mounts for our home. He definitely deserves a raise Best Buy. Whatever you're paying him it's not enough. Pay him more money, he deserves it! If you are fortunate enough to get Eu-John as your home expert, consider yourself lucky, you may have well just won the lottery!

Everything was set up pretty good and they made sure it was all working before they left (ring devices and phone applications). The only 2 issues was they didn't know how to make my ring doorbell work with my home doorbell (I figured it out later). Also, they said an electrician had to set up my ring security adapter to make new ring devices work with current alarm system, after watching YouTube videos that was not the case so I paid $60 for an electrician to come out and tell me he doesn't need to do anything and they shouldve connected it. They also installed a keyless entry which works real well.

I needed help confirming the details of my computer/home entertainment set up. Specific connection capabilities were essential. Jeff was a good listener, was knowledgeable, and helped identify the appropriate components.

Buying a new TV can be a very confusing process with so many types and brands available. After doing much research, I visited Bestbuy and met Tom McDonnell. He spent a lot of time with me and patiently answered all of my questions. He suggested an In-Home Consultation which was scheduled for the next day. During the consultation, I finally made my decision to order my new Sony. Tom made the experience very pleasant and personal. It was like buying a TV from a friend. I would highly recommend the In-Home Consultation for any type of purchase at Bestbuy!

Brittany and techs were very knowledgeable and helpful in getting the right replacement oven for my home. I’m very pleased with the product. Disappointed that product was on back order and took 30+ days during thanksgiving and Xmas holidays to install.

Consultant was very helpful in reviewing the products and options for our needs - indoor/outdoor cameras, TV's, wi-fi and lighting - and spent enough time to understand what we needed/wanted. He was very knowledgeable and understood the products and functionality. I gave it a 4 rating because he seemed to push a particular brand product that did not get great reviews on BB's website. Other brands had better reviews. He wasn't pushy but he seemed more knowledgeable about the brands he recommended than others with better ratings. Overall he was very helpful. Also gave it a 4 because we left 2 follow up messages and did not get a call back. We bought some of the products directly from the retail store with assistance from sales staff in the store.

Our tv was only 2-3 yrs old (Best Buy), headphones much older (Best Buy) & stereo even older. But our tv only had 2 hdmi ports. How to get rid of the old stereo which the headphones were plugged in to (for tv watching, don't ask lol) Thanks to Anthony, a new tv was not the answer! New headphones, wire & change in settings! Awesome! Plus he helped with Ring Doorbell (Best Buy) & Amazon Show (I think that's what it's called, you know where you talk to Alexa) as well. Awesome! Love Geek Squad!

We needed help with deciding what additional cameras and where to place them with our current Ring system. I contacted Max that previously helped us. He is friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable with the products offered by Ring. Max was patient in explaining the options available and was able to give us the pros/cons. He is also able to sell us the equipment (put in order) and pay right without ever leaving our home! We would highly recommend BEST BUY Home Consultations!

We needed guidance on the height and location of a frame TV over a fireplace on a stone mantle. The technicians were super helpful and we are more than satisfied.

I was looking at projectors to replace the one that was about 5-years old. Was looking at 4K vs the current 1080P, brands, mounting distance and so on. We had an in home consultation and selected the perfect projector. I paid for it in my theater as opposed to the store and it was shipped to the home in a couple of days. A major upgrade and perfect buying experience. Not sure I'll ever go to the store for equipment upgrades based on how great this experience went.
