But when an issue arises regarding delivery and install, I expect an answer. I get it that my issue was out of their control and weather related but I had 2 appliances slated to be delivered/installed the same day but they had to split them up. I texted my "Home Expert" - Calvin Young - and he responded that he'd look into it on 2/4. I never heard a peep out of him again and I texted him again afterwards. I don't expect him to move mountains and make it all work, but a response that there was nothing he could do would have been enough for a 5 star review. But leaving me hanging? 2 stars. I only went back to him because he told me he was on commission so I tried to do right by him and this post-sale lack of follow-up has ensured that when it comes time to replace my fridge and washer/dryer, he will not be getting my call.

Home Consultation A Waste of Time

The consultant verbally talked about two options but ultimately sold me the pricier one of the two. I don't feel his interests were focused on my need. He never mentioned that I'd have to purchase HDMI chords for the installation. I tried to communicate via text regarding another receiver I saw on sale and he (Jason) never answered me. I feel the home consultant (Jason Porter) and consultation appointment was a waste of my time. Apparently he is overwhelmed with the customers he is assigned to and needs help.

When we received the unit there was NO cleaner fluid given to us.. We needed more help than you were able to deliver. In addition there are scratches that cannot be gotten rid of on the glass.
