Richard Merritt provided superb guidance and support in buying an entire kitchen and laundry appliance package. Friendly, expert and terrific customer service.

Super happy with our experience of buy all new appliances for our kitchen and laundry room. We worked with Tony and Shane at the Best Buy in Downers Grove, IL. We had a bit of a complicated order and they took such good care of us. Tony even gave me his cell and we texted a lot, such a good guy!

Elvis was great to work with and gave great advice as to which products would suit my needs. He followed up promptly when problems came up along the way and helped finding solutions. Alex took care of the installations efficiently and without problems. One last item turned out to be defective but was replaced and reinstalled by third party without a hassle.

We didn’t know where to start with making home theater/ gaming wall and appliances. Christian was very helpful from the start. All we had to do was express an idea/ vision and he made it come to reality and then some! Kept us updated on products and has been on top of it all from the start. We are thankful and happy with Christian and his team. Not going anywhere else after this experience, that’s for sure!

I needed a microwave but didn't have the measurements when I was in the store. No worries, the Best Buy employee assured me as he scheduled a free in-home consultation for me that week. The agent came to my house, took the measurements and showed me the options on his computer tablet. We picked out one according to my specifications. The whole process took about 10 minutes. It was fast, easy, and so very convenient!!! I absolutely love this option that Best Buy provides. It takes the hassle out of the whole process!

Gentlemen who came and and installed our “smart TV’s”, sound bars, and dvd player were professional and efficient. They answered all of our questions and didn’t leave until all the relevant apps were installed and functioning.

Jason Valdez is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He has answered all our questions and helped guide us to other purchases. He is professional and not high pressure which we appreciate.

I measured the location for a new microwave oven combo and didn’t find any units that would fit my space. I finally decided to have a consultant come to my house to measure and found out that I could get a new unit installed even though measurements didn’t quite match options. The consultant knew how to get the custom order for me.

Bryan Roy was excellent. But Best Buy has a poor process with its install contractors and that made this experience very frustration. Bryan Roy did all he could do, but your contractors do not seem to coordinate well with Best Buy and Best Buy does not coordinate well with them and what our requirement were.

Mr. Muchino was very knowledgeable and helpful per our request to see if we could install a security camera system. It turned our internet was not able to host such a system. Mr Muchino showed us why this was so. We are working on another system. We hope to consult with Mr. Muchino again soon.

Best Buy and Geek Squad make a great team! Jeff helped us pick out the best receiver for us and Timothy did an awesome job installing the equipment, programming the remote, and teaching us how to use everything. Both Jeff and Timothy were great communicators. Now our surround sound is working without a hitch!

I really appreciated Daniel, not only did he help me with the purchase of our new washer and dryer while my husband was away at work. He is very knowledgeable, and friendly. Daniel made me feel very comfortable with my decision.

Matt Sparling, my In Home Advisor, was outstanding!! He handled everything from the purchase (LG 55” OLED TV) to the delivery to the installation... START TO FINISH!! He was patient and answered my many questions. He did NOT try to oversell items I did not need. We discussed my wants and selected the best product for my current situation as well as future products. Matt was professional, understanding, pleasant, humorous, and did NOT talk “above” me ... he talked in words I understood. VERY pleasant experience. I would trust Matt with my future purchases.

This was all done over the phone during Corono Virus stay at home quarantine. We had looked at a number of TVs & had questions about how a certain model would fit in our existing builtin space. Would the base / stand stick out over the edge & by how much? How could we stabilize the TV to keep from having it tip forward onto a grandchild? Ray had solutions / answers for all of our needs. After my son & I had installed the new TV, everything worked out just like Ray had described & everything is great.

Matt made the experience of purchasing a OLED smart tv as well as a sound system and then arranging for the installation and programing a "slam dunk". With streaming, and connectivity details I was really concerned about doing it and all of the stress was removed when Matt arranged everything. Five stars for Matt and the Best Buy team

Jared spent the time to answer all our questions and suggested products and features that would fit our vision of our new kitchen. There was absolutely no pressure to select a given product. When he left, we were confident that we would have a great kitchen. Now that it has been installed, it is all we had hoped. Thanks, Jared!

Rob Buchanan visited my home, listened to my concerns and wants, and helped me to order the correct equipment for my home stereo system. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. It was so easy to shop without leaving my house. The technicians, Andrew and Tyler, installed the sound bar and sub woofer and programmed my remote. They were also very friendly and professional. I love my new system.

Both Technicians showed up on time, and were respectful of my home (wore masks, "booties" and gloves). They could not have been more pleasant, professional, and helpful. I could have sat there and talked to them all day. They obviously had other calls, and I had to get back to work, but they took care of my issue fast enough so I could get back to work within 45 minutes of leaving the office. I've used Geek Squad for several things at home, and they've always done a thorough, fantastic job.

We were just hooked up with high speed internet. Now the object was to unplug from directTv. We were needing help on what way we should go to update our great room equipment. Plus whatever way we went we needed help installing all the pieces without melting down on high tech units. James helped us immensely.

David did a wonderful job assessing our current audio/video set up and helping us step up to the next level. He also encouraged us to purchase new routers for our home which has substantially improved the performance of all digital devices. He was very responsive when a slight correction needed to be made to the system as installed. I would definitely recommend him to others.
