My wife and I tried out the new in home consultation service and found it to be an awesome experience. It really helped having a dedicated consultant who could look at everything from appliances to the internet. He made measurements and reviewed all the equipment we had and made recommendations on items to upgrade and ensured all would work together. I like having one person who now knows what we have that I can reach out to and add more items and help me versus having to describe what I have and need when I go to store. Ryan was awesome to work with.

Andrew was very helpful with our tv no wires or box showing instalation. Then he went over and beyond to schedule my Florida home with wall mount tv and waher and dryer installation all on the same day. Excellent job and perfect timing, Thank you Andrew

We needed information on ring camera and how they work. After we had a consultation with Delroy we bought what was recommended for our needs. Today the gentleman came out and installed everything. He was knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He did an excellent job. He explained everything to us.

I have used BB for several home theater projects in the past. I have always been satisfied with your service. Charles, however exceeded all expectations of my previous experiences. My consultation was actually in the store. I needed a recommendation on a gaming computer, and also wanted to understand my options for Smart TV's. An associate named Robbie D. actually helped me with both. I ended up buying both a Smart TV and gaming computer, as well as a mobile speaker. Robbie was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, spending alot of time with me and patiently answering all my questions. I was really happy with my purchases.

Bill Guzules has sold us our electric stove, refrigerator and dish washer over the past year. He knew each feature of each brand and explained them as if he worked for that company. He is so easy to work with and no pressure. Bill is the best consultant I have ever worked with. He is the spirit of Best Buy and you should be proud of him.

Needed help with consultation on home theatre. Instead of having to pay another home theatre installation guy or even business and pay large mark-ups on equipment and labor, I recommend highly subscribing to the Total Tech plan and having Best Buy consulting team work your project. They did outstanding job for me.

From start to finish, the experience of getting my old equipment replaced with a new set up was was wonderful. Will met meat the store and we decided on what I wanted, he confirmed it by a home visit. The set up crew led by Jacob was efficient, and accommodating to get everything installed and tested.

We were charged with design and installation of a bell chime system for our church. Contacted Adam requesting help. As always Adam came to our rescue. Currently components are on order for installation. Adam is always helpful, polite, knowledgeable and very competent. Highly recommend Adam as well as his installation team.

This is a great service for total tech members. My rep was able to bundle a few services to reduce costs. There was some unforeseen bumps in the road with product availability but at the end of the day I ended up with an even better TV and lower price. Install day was a breeze and the guys did a great job. I’ll definitely use the service again. Thanks Shamus!

Robert came to our home to measure our stove and double oven space. He was on time, polite, ensured he understood our concerns, and explained what he was doing. After the measurement, he submitted the order and scheduled delivery. Great service to make sure we got what we wanted and needed!

The home consultant, Curtis Turner, has been a great agent who assisted us from start to finish. Even after the appliances were delivered and installed, Curtis remained in touch with us. He should get a good raise and nominated for employee of the month and year.

My consultant was very knowledgeable and really listened to my needs and wants. After taking measurements of my room they emailed a detailed proposal on what they think would work best for me. What I like is that every item is itemized out. For example, the proposal includes installation by Geek Squad. I'm sure many people would use Geek Squad, but I'm more of a DIY kinda guy. Another benefit is that you now have access to some high end equipment that might not be available at your local Best Buy. I highly recommend this service. As they say, you have nothing to lose.

The Best Buy custom fridge expert did a fantastic job. Even though the fridge we needed was on back order he called us promptly when it was in and we had it installed the very next week. We love the fridge and it was well priced and perfectly installed. The whole team from front to back was exceptional. This is why Best Buy beats Amazon and big box appliance stores, they have actual experts and care about getting it right. Great service. Great team. Great products.

My consultation with Home Expert Brandon B was very helpful and informative. While I had investigated several refrigerators, he provided additional information so that the final one chosen would meet my specific needs. This was a great experience. I am very happy with my purchase and give a lot of credit to the Best Buy Home Expert program - it makes a difference!

I just purchased a home and needed to get my entertainment setup, as well as enhancing my internet services. Shane was great to work with, he stayed within my budget but made great recommendations for solutions for the different rooms. Planning to come back in a few months to upgrade some of my appliances because of Shane's help.

Terry and the instillation team did a great job helping me w/ WiFi, audio, and home automation. Terry educated me about the technology, options, and pros/cons in simple to understand terms. The install team did a great job getting things set up and ensuring everything worked correctly. I am enjoying my new “toys” and appreciated Terry and the teams help!

The 2 gentlemen that came to house were so courteous. Found out my wires to hardwire the Ring door bell was no where to be found. Somewhere over the years, my husband must have pulled it out when original doorbell didn’t work anymore. Have to have my electrician neighbor come and see if he can find them or install new wires. Wore their masks and put covers on shoes, Cant say enough nice things about them. Wish there were more people like them. Keep them, they’re dry valuable to Best Buy.

Multiple appliances purchased. Five for kitchen and new Clothes Washer and Dryer. Russ guided us the selection process and worked very closely on delivery and installation as well as offering an option for a product recall. Russ has always been extremely prompt and thorough with responses and suggestions and has been a source of confidence in our purchases. He certainly represents Best Buy extremely well!!!

I wanted to integrate audio throughout my house and the backyard. The advisor came to my house and provided exceptional service by explaining where I should place my speakers and what type I should go with for what I want. Additionally, it has been great dealing with him after the fact and being able to make purchases and kick around ideas being he knows what would work best in my house. I probably will never shop in store again because of the fact the in home consultation went so well!
