Moved to new home & wanted large TV for bedroom. Wasn’t sure what the best size & wall mount would be. I didn’t know Best Buy did in-home consultations but was in the store & someone told me about it. He came to the house, looked at the room, discussed the TV size. He showed me options for the wall mount. Very helpful. I was able to make informed decisions. We scheduled an installation appointment. The installers knew exactly what to do & consulted with me on the wall location & issues such as sunlight reflecting on the screen.

The consultant, Sean, at Tucson’s Broadway store, helped determine appropriate sizes, types, and mountings for two TV’s. After he saw the spaces where we wanted them, he then met us in the store and helped us choose the appropriate TV’s and sound-bars. We still have another challenging room to set up and will use him when we’re ready. We highly recommend this service.

After my house was hit by lightning, most of my electronics were wiped out. I utilized Best Buy’s free “In Home Consultation” service and found it to be an excellent decision. When the consultant came to my house I explained what happened. He put together a detailed recommendation based on my preferences. Soon after I decided to move forward with his recommendation the installation team arrived and installed the new equipment. The installer was knowledgeable andprofessional. He took as much time as needed to explain everything to me.

We were charged with design and installation of a bell chime system for our church. Contacted Adam requesting help. As always Adam came to our rescue. Currently components are on order for installation. Adam is always helpful, polite, knowledgeable and very competent. Highly recommend Adam as well as his installation team.

I didn't really know what to expect of our advisor, Michael, when he came to our home. However, I was really glad we ended up having him come over. He helped walk us through the options, discussed the pros and cons of certain decisions we were considering, and was conscientious in his follow up and making sure we were satisfied with everything. Michael also assisted us with a couple of post-installation questions we had. I highly recommend Michael and this service from BestBuy.

I needed to replace my old sound system. Patrick Spears was a great help in setting up my new Sonos system, including follow-up visits. Always supportive, friendly and patient. I am not a tech savvy person, so I really appreciate his patience. He always assures me he will be available anytime I need further assistance. That's a very good feeling.

We needed help in possibly upgrading our home theater. Jeff was wonderful going through all the options. He helped tremendously in enabling us to come up with a plan. He also responded quickly by phone when I had followup questions.

The consultation was great as the options were presented very clearly with pros, cons, and recommendations. Consultation to order to installation were clear, professional, and easy. Highly recommend and will request Joe in the future.

Richard and Shawn were the best team that worked with me under my budget that I can tell you was half the cost of the estimate by others. Just an awesome team that cares for what you want. Great quality of music that you would enjoy for years with your loved ones….every note, every tune. I cant thank them enough for the teams care for my needs. Thank you folks.

Bryan Roy was excellent. But Best Buy has a poor process with its install contractors and that made this experience very frustration. Bryan Roy did all he could do, but your contractors do not seem to coordinate well with Best Buy and Best Buy does not coordinate well with them and what our requirement were.

Our best decision was to purchase from Best Buy. We received excellent guidance from Christian and his equipment recommendations were spot on. We also purchased the protection plan which included installation for under 200.00, Because the protection plan included price protection and our TV price went down and we more than doubled in saving the cost of the plan, pretty awesome!

I just purchased a home and needed to get my entertainment setup, as well as enhancing my internet services. Shane was great to work with, he stayed within my budget but made great recommendations for solutions for the different rooms. Planning to come back in a few months to upgrade some of my appliances because of Shane's help.

Best Buy and Geek Squad make a great team! Jeff helped us pick out the best receiver for us and Timothy did an awesome job installing the equipment, programming the remote, and teaching us how to use everything. Both Jeff and Timothy were great communicators. Now our surround sound is working without a hitch!

The install went very well four new all mounted TV and Blue ray player and all the programming of the new equipment. However, the scheduling was not good. I received notification the instal would be from 12-3 pm on a certain day. then another notification it would be fro 3-7 pm that same day. No one ever showed up not called, texted, or received an email stating why they did not make it. It is not fun waiting for installers for 7 hours! They did show up the next morning. Called first and said they were heading my way. Once they got they arrived at my home, they did a great job!

We needed help with the internet dead zones. The consultants were great! The consultant who sold us the meah system knew exacrlt what we needed and explained what was going on with our internet. The consultants who installed the equipment were great as well! They knew where to place the devices and walked us through each step and made sure we were up and running before they lwft.

Needed help replacing an older soundbar (we needed to use 14 different rc cables to run everything (audio and video) no hdmi inputs. Thomas was very helpful going over our system and came up with all the answers we needed. He came out to our house went over our existing soundbar system and showed us what we could do to keep everything working correctly.

Cody Smith, of the Geek Squad was excellent in programming a remote and adjusting one of our audio systems. He has the patience of Job, and a superb knowledge of the necessary technology. He previously preformed the same service on our other system. We were so satisfied with his first work that we requested him for this most recent project. We highly recommend him. He's a great ambassador for Best Buy and the Geek Squad. They're fortunate to have him!!

The only review that I can give Michael Murray is FANTASTIC & OUTSTANDING! He is the ONLY Best Buy person that provides IMMEDIATE & SATISFACTORY results/solutions!! * New TV problems… he has provided support. * New dryer/ washer.. dryer installed improperly. He handled IMMEDIATELY!! You can bet that I’ll go back to him for future service needs & refer to everyone in my 1,000 + home neighborhood.

Super happy with our experience of buy all new appliances for our kitchen and laundry room. We worked with Tony and Shane at the Best Buy in Downers Grove, IL. We had a bit of a complicated order and they took such good care of us. Tony even gave me his cell and we texted a lot, such a good guy!
