The consultation was great. Got a call before he arrived. He gave me advice on what needed to take place for me to get better and more consistent WiFi throughout my house (including the role that my service provider played - he even knew that they were doing work in the area and what impact that might have when they were done). He gave me his card and told me to follow up any time if I had more questions or needed more assistance. AND - he was great with my dog. Couldn't ask for more.

We needed assistance deciding which oven with a built in microwave. Grace went over and beyond explaining very clearly to me and my husband exactly what we needed to do by measuring and what she would do to setup an installation date. All went extremely well!!

We had an In-Home Consultation for a Home Security System as the amount of brands and options felt overwhelming as well as being expensive. We wanted to make the best choice for our home and our money! The consultant was knowledgable and made the process easy! The installer was knowledgeable and respectful! and made the process easy as well. Overall, we are extremely happy with our purchase and the care these Best Buy Employees gave us! Honestly, it felt like we went back in time when the local business owner valued you as a customer.

We needed help with our home theater and the home expert took the time to visit our home for our consultation on a Sunday afternoon. He provided us with the information we needed ti improve the sound one TV and scheduled the installatio of a second TV we purchsed earlier.

I was overwhelmed with the brands, options, and levels of TVs available. Anthony took the time to figure out what I wanted and was able to walk me through the various models. I purchased the TV that we settled on and there has been no buyer's remorse about such a substantial purchase. The delivery guys were fast, efficient, and on time. They also did a super job. I needed to replace my old sound system. Patrick Spears was a great help in setting up my new Sonos system, including follow-up visits. Always supportive, friendly and patient. I am not a tech savvy person, so I really appreciate his patience. He always assures me he will be available anytime I need further assistance. That's a very good feeling.

Consultant Marie is an exceptional consultant. She is always courteous and professional. She has in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered at Best Buy, which is the reason I shop in store instead of online and with other retailers like Amazon. I return to best busy because of Marie’s excellent customer service.

My dealings with Best Buy had mixed results. I wanted to order a fridge The first consultant in the Appliance Dept was in a hurry because he should have been clocking out. The sale went ok but, in his haste, even though he gave me a delivery date, he forgot to schedule it. He also didn't terll me I would be contacted the day before with a 2 hr window, so I waited from 7am-7pm for the non-existant delivery. I wne to a different consultant on my next visit because I had forgotten to measure the depth and I needed "counter depth". In contrast, he was excellent, took his time explaining eveything and I ended up buying a "bundle" that was on sale: refrigeratore, stove, dishwasher and microwave. Deliver went well with the exception that all the appliances, especially the stove, were not leveled. When I place oil in a pan, it moves to one side. Other than the afrementioned, it was a positive experience.

We needed help choosing a new washing machine and dryer. It was a big purchase and Derek Haywood gave excellent advice. He showed me the appliances that exactly fit our needs with no attempt at all to sell me more than we needed. He also answered my questions in a straightforward manner in terms that I could understand. We consulted with him before about a refrigerator and dishwasher purchase and had the same good experience.

I needed help understanding the best options out there given my current setup. Hannah listened intently and I felt confident she understood my setup and what I was looking for in a new TV. She offered several options for me to choose from. I spent a little more than I originally planned but I feel the value the in home service provided and the product I purchased was well worth it. I am extremely pleased with the entire process and the product I purchased.

We needed help in selecting the proper wall mounts for two television sets and confirmation that one of the television's we selected had sufficient audio qualities not to need a sound bar. Everything worked out great.

Two representatives came to our house and gave us a report regarding replacing a current oven with a new applicance. They gave us a thorough review and suggested a good replacement. They also are going to update our recently purchased service policy so we can use it for this appliance installation. We appreciated the information and now are going ahead with the purchase and installation for a new oven.

Brian Goodwill has been extremely helpful during the quite elaborate process of creating a home movie theater from scratch. He has impressive knowledge and expertise, and has been personable and patient in answering my many questions. He provided much useful information and advice both from his home consultation in the Best Buy store. I highly recommend him as a consultant.

Excellent experience. My consultant kept our appointment, came right to my house and solved my tricky tv problem - showed me all of my options, then measured everything and arranged for Geek Squad to install and remove my old equipment. Very easy - no pressure.

Luis arrived on time and explained how he was going to install the wall mounted 65” Sony TV. Was very efficient and helpful throughout the installation and setup process. I was pleased to have the old TV taken away for recycling. He and his assistant were courteous and good ambassadors for Best Buy leaving me a satisfied customer.

The space where the new refrigerator was to be installed had no margin for error.. Jake did a fantastic job. According to my measurements his measurements would not fit, but it did. Great job and Jake was awesome to work with. Love my new appliance. Thankyou Best Buy for your great customer Service. I have shared my experience with all my friends. Can’t Thankyou enough.

We are building a new home and were looking for thoughts on all sorts of different tech options. From TVs, internet, speaker systems, and smart tech. Our advisor came to our future homesite and walk us through room by room as he heard our ideas, conformed our thoughts or suggested ideas of his own based on what we were looking for. It was a great experience, and we are now even more excited about the future in our new home! We will definitely be reaching out to out advisor in the future as more tech needs arise!

Needed help replacing an older soundbar (we needed to use 14 different rc cables to run everything (audio and video) no hdmi inputs. Thomas was very helpful going over our system and came up with all the answers we needed. He came out to our house went over our existing soundbar system and showed us what we could do to keep everything working correctly.

We needed help selecting and appropriately measuring a refrigerator due to unique space constraints. The consultant was thoughtful, collaborative, and helped us pick a refrigerator that works in our space. We are pleased with the service, and we look forward to working with this consultant again.

We needed help replacing and upgrading a TV in an existing Home Theatre setup, with minimum disruption to other components. We were very impressed with the knowledge and explanations from the Home Consultant. Also, it was great be able to meet the same consultant at the store to review options and finalize our decisions.
