We needed help with finding the right computers and iPads for a grant we received for our preschool and our advisor Quincy requested assistance from someone to help us along faster and someone knowing the products we wanted. We saved so much time and headache because we had their complete attention. This is the 4th time I’ve used Quincy and now I always call on Quincy to make sure I’m getting the best deals and information on what I need at the time.

Jeffrey was very knowledgeable and provided amazing service and advice. I would highly recommend him to consult on your television and sound options, and he was very clear on timelines and schedules. He also got back to me incredibly fast with a quote as he knew I was hoping to get on the schedule as soon as possible. I really appreciated his precautions with COVID and the care he gave my home when entering.

The consultation and subsequent installation was completed when scheduled. There were several implementation snags along the way but those were worked out with the installation crew, cable provider and with the store management afterwards. All devices are working satisfactorily and all costs, charges and residual issues have been sorted and reconciled with Best Buy. I would recommend this avenue to a friend conditionally depending on the scope and budget of the purchase and that individuals degree of technical knowledge and proficiency about the subject.

What a wonderful experience. Started with an Apple employee at Blaylock in Houston. The telephone scheduling people were terrific. The installers at the farm in Fayette County and at the loft in Houston were efficient and very helpful. Very positive experience! If anything else it would be a class on using the remote. I would attend one if were at one of your stores.

The team that installed my subwoofer and balanced my sound system were awesome. Best Buy’s value proposition is not just the service but the quality of people the employ.

I am in the process of remodeling my basement and I needed an expert opinion. I consider myself very tech savvy and I know exactly what I want, but I needed some help. I walked into Best Buy asking for some guidance was recommended to an In-Home Consultation. The member was VERY knowledgeable about what I needed, worked with my budget, and was available throughout the whole process. He was on time, courteous, and understood exactly what I needed. Will be requesting him for future purchases as well.

Jessie was wonderful and professional. Even was very friendly and understanding when the delivery team didn’t complete their job / do their job. He clarified and educated me on the policy and stated the delivery team was at fault and walked me through making the adjustments. Jessie was very knowledgeable and worked with some of my demanding requests. He was a pleasure.

Robert came to our home to measure our stove and double oven space. He was on time, polite, ensured he understood our concerns, and explained what he was doing. After the measurement, he submitted the order and scheduled delivery. Great service to make sure we got what we wanted and needed!

We needed help replacing and upgrading a TV in an existing Home Theatre setup, with minimum disruption to other components. We were very impressed with the knowledge and explanations from the Home Consultant. Also, it was great be able to meet the same consultant at the store to review options and finalize our decisions.

Alexandria reassured me that my appliance choices would work if a certain installer was ordered. She followed through and requested that installer for me. She was right. He worked magic and got everything to fit.

Oscar came to our home to assist our surround sound needs. He was very honest and told us that our receiver would accommodate what we were looking to achieve. He didn’t try to up sale us and we were very happy with the end results.

We needed our old receiver/amp sound system updated for streaming audio but did not want to lose our high quality in-wall speakers. Jessie came up with a solution which allowed us to keep our existing speakers and also integrated our TV audio. He solved our problem with spotty Wi-Fi reception in the garage and other locations. Lastly he explained how I could still play my CD collection through the new components.

We needed help in upgrading our WIFI and internet service so we went to Best Buy. I met with Charles Bailey at the store and the next day he came over to our house. I showed him what we wanted and the problems we were currently having. He did a thorough survey and asked the right questions. We are extremely pleased with the new WIFI system installed by the Geek Squad.

We went to the store looking for a refrigerator. Fernando provided a true professional presentation of the different options available. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Very friendly. Will definitely recommend him to anyone.

We needed help buying a new TV and updating our surround sound. We met Jonathan in the store and then he came out to our house that day and with his knowledge helped us make our decision to have an amazing experience. Our old TV was 8 years old. It was time to upgrade our viewing experience. I visited our Park City Best Buy store and was delighted to hear that they provided in-house consultation. Our house has many windows and we did not want to block our view of the mountains with a larger television. Zachary came in and showed how a 65" would fit and with just a small adjustment in our furniture, we could have both. Then he set a Geek Squad appointment to set up our new system. Amazingly great experience!

We had a house built with a floor to ceiling stone veneer fireplace wall and was hesitant about mounting a TV above the mantle. I wasn't sure if I would have to cut out a patch of the stone in order to find the studs since a stud finder couldn't penetrate through to find one. Our advisor gave us options that wouldn't require any cutting and are now scheduled to have the TV mounted next week (12/12/19). He also gave recommendations on screen size to give us the aesthetic look we were going for.

I needed a new sound system to go with my new TV set. Robert Rich came to my house and put together a plan consisting of all required parts and install. I was highly impressed with his knowledge and assistance. Installer Nathan was also top notch as he installed system quickly and efficiently. Very impressive group of people.

We purchased new Night Owl cameras and had them installed was very pleased with the service we received from the . Techs that were here and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was up and running properly bedore they lefy

Jack was able to confirm that the equipment requested was suitable for the space and that necessary cables and outlets were in place. He went above and beyond when asked to speak to my out of state brother who was making the purchase!
