Richard and Shawn were the best team that worked with me under my budget that I can tell you was half the cost of the estimate by others. Just an awesome team that cares for what you want. The consultant, Sean, at Tucson’s Broadway store, helped determine appropriate sizes, types, and mountings for two TV’s. After he saw the spaces where we wanted them, he then met us in the store and helped us choose the appropriate TV’s and sound-bars. We still have another challenging room to set up and will use him when we’re ready. We highly recommend this service.

Gary was off the charts. He really understood me as a customer and truly educated me on what I needed. We love our TV that he helped me choose. Such a professional was really a nice treat. Super knowledgeable, kind helped me get what I needed within a budget we could afford. Huge asset to Best Buy.

Originally, I thought I could buy my new big screen TV and mount it myself (with a little help from my neighbor). Then I thought about it; the TV I currently had was twelve years old, as was the receiver. Since the in-home consult was free, I decided to utilize it to see what the suggestions might be. Good thing I did. My receiver wasn't compatible with the new TVs, so I needed to upgrade that. And once I watched the installer do his thing, I realized I never could have mounted the TV and programmed the new TV myself.

Nick was great. I needed help deciding on TVs. He listened to what I wanted to do and made good suggestions to meet my needs. He explained what he was suggesting and didn’t try to oversell.

This was a followup service for some initial installation issues (speaker wire was too short and Sonos Port wasn't operating correctly). The service rep was prompt and addressed all issues efficiently and was able to clearly explain what the issues were that had been addressed.

I had a maddening issue with my home Wi-Fi system & with other electronic equipment, so while in the Magnolia Room in San Bernardino, I learned about the home consulting program, so signed up for a free home evaluation. I ended up getting a new TV, speakers, and amplifier, as well as a new hi-tech Wi-Fi system. Now my Ring doorbell system works properly, as does everything else in the house that uses Wi-Fi. Interestingly enough, this was after upgrading my internet service to the best service & equipment the provider could offer. Kudos to the Best Buy technicians.

We needed help buying a new TV and updating our surround sound. We met Jonathan in the store and then he came out to our house that day and with his knowledge helped us make our decision to have an amazing experience. Our best decision was to purchase from Best Buy. We received excellent guidance from Christian and his equipment recommendations were spot on. We also purchased the protection plan which included installation for under 200.00, Because the protection plan included price protection and our TV price went down and we more than doubled in saving the cost of the plan, pretty awesome!

We needed some advice on how to "cut" the Cable bill and establish a wireless system. As "old-timers" we were clueless as to what needed to be done. The Squad Tech began by giving us a simple explanation of where we were in the technology spectrum and then proceeded to make specific suggestions on how to make the "leap". It was a very professional presentation. The Tech followed all the Covid 19 protocols and we felt very comfortable and well informed with the visit.

Our in-home consultant came by and was extremely friendly. We'd just had two condos go up in front and in back of our house and it was messing with our phone and wifi. She checked the wifi strength from one end of our ancient apartment to the other and quickly deduced what was up. We told her our price range and she suggested the Orbi home wifi system. We put one at one end of the house and the second one at the other end, bolstering our signal at the far end of the house from 15 to 100 percent. It was easy to install and worked as a near-magical fix.

I needed a new sound system to go with my new TV set. Robert Rich came to my house and put together a plan consisting of all required parts and install. I was highly impressed with his knowledge and assistance. Installer Nathan was also top notch as he installed system quickly and efficiently. Very impressive group of people.

We needed help with the internet dead zones. The consultants were great! The consultant who sold us the meah system knew exacrlt what we needed and explained what was going on with our internet. The consultants who installed the equipment were great as well! They knew where to place the devices and walked us through each step and made sure we were up and running before they lwft.

Your two Geek Squad consultants did an excellent job of diagnosing and fixing a complex problem. They took the time in install the mesh router modules in optimal locations, but they also explained the sign-on and navigation procedures for all TVs. They definitely rate an A+!

After 21 years of having built in speakers in our home we can now enjoy music. Our surround sound is amazing. The control with the Sonos equipment is spectacular. Thanks to Mario and John for getting us all set up.
