After 21 years of having built in speakers in our home we can now enjoy music. Our surround sound is amazing. The control with the Sonos equipment is spectacular. Thanks to Mario and John for getting us all set up.

What a great experience working with the guys at BEST BUY. From the initial consultation at our home, to the end result of installation things went smoothly. All questions answered, keeping me apprised of our appointment for the install and the finished product, we couldn’t be happier. The surround sound that was installed works wonderfully well. Thank you BETS BUY.

We wanted to see that a TV we were looking at could be mounted over our fireplace. Matt came in and measured the space over the fireplace and checked for studs as well. He then said based on the size of the room that we should get a sound bar which we did. When the installation crew arrived the sound bar wouldn’t fit so we had to send it back. Matt should have made sure it would fit before he sold it to us.

We had a new microwave delivered and installed. The communication from the tech was excellent regarding the eta. The two techs were very professional and friendly. Have purchased appliances from Best Buy previously and will continue to buy from them.

Alex was very professional. He asked us questions to find out exactly what we were wanting in an entertainment system. He then told us everything we needed by giving us an in home consultation. We're definatly calling Alex again and using Bedt buy for our next job.

The only review that I can give Michael Murray is FANTASTIC & OUTSTANDING! He is the ONLY Best Buy person that provides IMMEDIATE & SATISFACTORY results/solutions!! * New TV problems… he has provided support. * New dryer/ washer.. dryer installed improperly. He handled IMMEDIATELY!! You can bet that I’ll go back to him for future service needs & refer to everyone in my 1,000 + home neighborhood.

Daniel proved to be a great BestBuy team member with a goal to help others meet their customer requests and answer their questions. Well done! He had an excellent knowledge of products and explaining how customers can use them. I can understand why his clients will become loyal BestBuy repeat customers as a result. Great job!

I wanted a TV/ sound bar recommendation considering my situation. Namely room size, lighting, no wifi and for a senior citizen with limited tech experience. I bought the recommendation which was well over my stated budget and I would say was one level down from top of the line. I was not able to find all the settings I was instructed to adjust, but the real problem came when the TV called for a software update. Advisor said I could go somewhere with wifi, load the update on to a flash drive, come back and load it on the TV. First of all I have never heard of a TV that needed a software update, second I don't have the equipment to go somewhere and load a flash drive and third it is way more than I can or want to get into.

Anthony was on time and very knowledgeable. He listened to what we were looking for in a tv and recommended the best tv for our budget. He represented Best Buy in a positive light. Would buy again from Best Buy.

We had Connor Zelasko come to the house and he did a great job advising us and quoting us the very best price. Would have gotten the 100 inch but Sony's price point (difference) for 15 extra inches was ridiculously way to high, like $45,000.00 plus... Connor also left me his cell number to call if any other questions we had later. Also, Alex Ramirez at the Orland store also pitched in. What a wonderful experience. Started with an Apple employee at Blaylock in Houston. The telephone scheduling people were terrific. The installers at the farm in Fayette County and at the loft in Houston were efficient and very helpful. Very positive experience! If anything else it would be a class on using the remote. I would attend one if were at one of your stores.

While in the store asking questions, I was told that an in home consult was free! I had no idea you offered this service! I scheduled immediately. I made a list of talking points. The consultant & I went thru all my old setups with everything! I mean everything! Gave me good, better & best choices! I'm armed to move forward this year! I've told my brother & my next door neighbor! They didn't know this was a free service either! Great service!!

It was great to have help understanding all options were this new tv would fit. Had 3 places to set it up, but which was right visually and financially. It was just wonderful to have knowledgeable experts be in the home.

My consultant was on point. I gave him my points of what I needed and how much I wanted to pay. He showed me what was available and what I requested. I picked out a TV from the ones that fit my wants, set up a time to return for it and added my son-in-law to the pickup person.

I was looking for a washer and dryer that would fit in limited closet space. I carefully selected a model and my advisor told me that they would fit in the closet though it would be a very tight fit. It took two different crews of installation to make this happen. It was great to see that my home advisor was there to help, connected me with the manager overseeing the installation and the manager came out twice to make this happened. I was quite impressed about the level of service to make this happen.

Jessie was wonderful and professional. Even was very friendly and understanding when the delivery team didn’t complete their job / do their job. He clarified and educated me on the policy and stated the delivery team was at fault and walked me through making the adjustments. Jessie was very knowledgeable and worked with some of my demanding requests. He was a pleasure.

Jorge has helped me with a built-in microwave and a dishwasher. He is great at listening to what I need and sending me options in my price range. He double checks the specs, gets installation set up quickly and helps point out any discounts that are available. I've had an awesome experience at Best Buy bc of him.

The final installation was stellar. We experienced difficulty reaching people prior--lay offs made the process more difficult. The original in home sales person was very helpful--much harder over the phone Again, installation team was great

The Best Buy home crew did an outstanding job installation my home theatre system and customizing my surround throughout the house. They were very thorough and detailed on the installation. The finished product is very clean and the picture quality and sound is great.

The technicians were knowledgeable worked diligently to install and connect all systems including sound throughout the house, outdoor sound system, Sonos systems, TV, DVD, WIFI network, game system, and universal remote. They kept the workspace clean and organized, wore shoe covers and masks throughout the installation process. Professional installation by competent technicians.
