We needed help with adding some additional speakers to our pool area as well as finding some replacements for a set that quit working. Alex and Hassan were amazing and have always been just awesome everytime I’ve reached out. Alex came out and looked at everything, then came up with a plan! Saved us some money too by bundling some things . Thanks guys!!

We needed help in upgrading our WIFI and internet service so we went to Best Buy. I met with Charles Bailey at the store and the next day he came over to our house. I showed him what we wanted and the problems we were currently having. He did a thorough survey and asked the right questions. We are extremely pleased with the new WIFI system installed by the Geek Squad.

Greg did a excellent job. He truly understands TV's and sound systems. We appreciate the work he did. When Greg finished setting us up he introduced us to two of his favorite acuapella groups and with the Bose Surround working again it was delightful. Thank you Greg

Blake was very helpful in figuring out what tech solutions made sense for my rental property. Solar powered outdoor cameras work very well. You must buy a second battery for each camera, there is a slot for it and it keeps your camera powered up even if we had a long spell of no sun. Be sure to get the 2nd battery.

Magnolia team was excellent right from the consultation to finishing phase. We just started using the system and hoping the same level of service would continue to be there until we are fully comfortable with the system. Recommendations in picking the right models and best options provided to fit on our budget are noteworthy. Installation team was very professional and did a fantastic job in media rack setup and the rest of the equipment. We are very happy in the whole journey so far with the magnolia team at Best Buy.

We needed guidance with two TV purchases, and wall mounting advice. Our sales representative was very knowledgeable, and we were able to place the order, and set delivery/installation dates from our home.

The install went very well four new all mounted TV and Blue ray player and all the programming of the new equipment. However, the scheduling was not good. I received notification the instal would be from 12-3 pm on a certain day. then another notification it would be fro 3-7 pm that same day. No one ever showed up not called, texted, or received an email stating why they did not make it. It is not fun waiting for installers for 7 hours! They did show up the next morning. Called first and said they were heading my way. Once they got they arrived at my home, they did a great job!

We were lucky enough to have Michelle Lockhart as our expert advisor. She was AWESOME from beginning to end!! Very knowledgable, caring, great to work with and made sure we were taken care of. She went above and beyond to meet our needs. Best Buy is lucky to have her as an employee!! We highly recommend her.

I needed help purchasing a dishwasher for my older home. I wanted American made and quiet. I was presented with several options and chose the one I wanted. I was very happy with the experience.

Bill was exceptionally helpful. I didn’t realize how broad a product line I could choose from at Best Buy, so as an apartment owner and small developer, I now know I have a good alternative source for appliances I would not have thought to seek out prior to now.

Im glad we had consultation with Shaughn Winget. He helped us through the whole process from choosing the best appliances for our kitchen remodeling to resolving any issues we had with delivery or even helped us with saving money. I would recommend him to anyone needing consultation.

Jeffrey was very knowledgeable and provided amazing service and advice. I would highly recommend him to consult on your television and sound options, and he was very clear on timelines and schedules. He also got back to me incredibly fast with a quote as he knew I was hoping to get on the schedule as soon as possible. I really appreciated his precautions with COVID and the care he gave my home when entering.

This is the only way to shop for an appliance! Shawn Parker was very efficient and made it easy to find the fridge that would best fit in our space without leaving our home. He was very knowledgeable and punctual also.

Steve Ortiz was a huge help in securing a tv that wasn’t available yet in store or online. His help and general enthusiasm to his customers made it a pleasure to work with him. Even while waiting for him to finish with other customers in the store, it wasn’t just me but his overall attitude to helping customers have the best experience they could while shopping.

Cody Smith, of the Geek Squad was excellent in programming a remote and adjusting one of our audio systems. He has the patience of Job, and a superb knowledge of the necessary technology. He previously preformed the same service on our other system. We were so satisfied with his first work that we requested him for this most recent project. We highly recommend him. He's a great ambassador for Best Buy and the Geek Squad. They're fortunate to have him!!

We recently moved and needed advice on what type of tech equipment to purchase. Matt was able to make recommendations for WiFi improvements, ring security, a printer, myQ garage door equipment and more. If offered tips that helped to get my equipment up and running quickly. I can’t begin to tell how valuable his advice was. All the equipment I bought is available on Amazon but because of Matt’s availability and knowledge I am now a loyal Best Buy customer.

I wanted to remodel my basement and upgrade a home theater. An in home consultation and site survey helped plan out what services would be needed, and even suggested some ideas I had not considered. Since my basement theater was undergoing heavy duty renovation, getting the consultant and remodeling crew together at least once helped plan how the install would proceed. These steps gave me a fairly good idea of what to expect, and what I might be able to do ahead of time, all as part of a process making things straightforward

I needed all of my tv's and sound upgraded but just did not know where to start... Brian worked within my budget and needs and gave me exactly what I wanted... this is a first!!! I am used to people trying to wow me with their knowledge and not listen to me... he just got the job done!! Didn't try to confuse me and found solutions to my sound issues and made this very east.. I will work with him again.. and believe me I have put this off for several years because I just did not know the questions to ask.
