Douglas Schreiber was our consultant for our recent purchases from our nearby Joliet Best Buy store. He came to our residence to understand and review our technology wishes. During this time and at our meeting at the store he was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. We would gladly recommend Doug, Best Buy and the Geek Squad anytime.

My experience with technology is horrible. I was very nervous about someone coming over making me feel dumb. Boy was I wrong. Johnny Williams came over and made me feel easy. He was very kind, intelligent, and was someone i could relate to. We discussed my media room, a better router, and may have even convinced my wife to get two TVs for our game room. He was very knowledgeable and when he didn’t know the answer he looked it up and didn’t guess. I am definitely going to buy something from Bestbuy. Y’all hit the Jackpot when you hired Johnny Williams!!!

We recently were in the market for a new TV and sound system for our house and our consultant Brian was fantastic at listening to what our needs/wants were. He was able to put together an excellent package for us and would highly recommend him and the consultation services they provide.

I didn't really know what to expect of our advisor, Michael, when he came to our home. However, I was really glad we ended up having him come over. He helped walk us through the options, discussed the pros and cons of certain decisions we were considering, and was conscientious in his follow up and making sure we were satisfied with everything. Michael also assisted us with a couple of post-installation questions we had. I highly recommend Michael and this service from BestBuy.

Don came out to our house and gave us a free home consultation for buying a tv and sound system. For our situation we loved what he recommended . Don is an asset to your company and we would definitely use him again.

We have had two great experiences with the Home Expert Consultants. Both were exceptionally knowledgeable and effective communicators. The Geek Squad installers were also incredible. We ended up with a TV and sound bar that was absolutely spot on what we wanted.

We needed help replacing a built-in refrigerator with another built-in vs a standard. Your expert was very good in recommendations. He took into account all the measurements, what would and would not work.

After our 19+ years old appliances started to break, it was time to replace them. During our in-home consultation, our adviser took the time to listen to our needs, took measurements and asked about budget, We selected our appliances in store based on our advisers recommendations. Feel he was very knowledgeable in all products. The whole process from selecting, purchasing, delivery and installation was great. I would highly recommend working with an in-home consultant. Our next purchase is going to be a TV.

My experience with my consultant along with the Geek Squad technicians was exceptional. I could not have asked for a better group of individuals to help design and install my TV's and surround sound system.

We met with IHC Rodney George to discuss options for smart home devices. His knowledge and willingness to help with these limited items led us to ask for his help with identification, purchase and delivery of five major appliances. In both cases, Rodney was helpful, congenial and particularly in the case of the appliances deliveries was able to cut through some considerable confusion about dates/times and provide clarity. Very high marks for Rodney George!

Rendee Snowdon gave us expert advice and always responded to every concern and text message quickly and with expertise and knowledge, She really has helped us navigate getting the right working refrigerator for our home. Rendee is kind and polite and a credit to Best Buy.

Knowledge, skills, and attitude ... Kevin Gross, the Geek Squad Agent, was terrific! Very efficient in the tasks (new PC setup and migration, printer setup, and an add-on software install). Pleasant demeanor and patient in dealing with my low-tech skills. I think he's a tech wizard! Because of my experience with Kevin, I am quite happy with my Total Tech package,

We totally changed our living room floor plan recently and Best Buy was an important part of that. Sam came to our home and consulted with us on TV locations and the pros and cons of those options. That helped us make our final decision and a month later we love it! Best Buy and the Geek Squad have become our new “go to”store.

We were looking online, all sorts of different vendors to figure out how to furnish our office space. Troy was very helpful in recommending products and locating the right items. He helped me streamline all to him which made my life easier. Troy also suggested we order our products earlier than we thought and that proved invaluable to us during this covid process. Because of his suggestion, we were able to be in our office building in time with our equipment. Thank you again!

We needed our old receiver/amp sound system updated for streaming audio but did not want to lose our high quality in-wall speakers. Jessie came up with a solution which allowed us to keep our existing speakers and also integrated our TV audio. He solved our problem with spotty Wi-Fi reception in the garage and other locations. Lastly he explained how I could still play my CD collection through the new components.

Mashia was extremely knowledgable and patient when trying to determine the best solution for a home theater setup. She made several excellent suggestions and gave us a lot to think about which provided a foundation on which we could make final decisions. We changed our minds on the location of the screen and speakers and ended up with a more simple but adequate system from Best Buy.

Moved to new home & wanted large TV for bedroom. Wasn’t sure what the best size & wall mount would be. I didn’t know Best Buy did in-home consultations but was in the store & someone told me about it. He came to the house, looked at the room, discussed the TV size. He showed me options for the wall mount. Very helpful. I was able to make informed decisions. We scheduled an installation appointment. The installers knew exactly what to do & consulted with me on the wall location & issues such as sunlight reflecting on the screen.

Glen came by for consultation for entertainment system and security system. He was excellent. He reviewed different options and even came back a second time to finalize. He consulted his installation crew eddie and mason to make sure what he was suggesting could be done. Installation was professional and am very pleased

We need help with selecting the TV with sound system. Best sent in a consultant with experience to our home and listen to our needs which resulted in purchasing his recommendation. Excellent system

We needed help with finding the right computers and iPads for a grant we received for our preschool and our advisor Quincy requested assistance from someone to help us along faster and someone knowing the products we wanted. We saved so much time and headache because we had their complete attention. This is the 4th time I’ve used Quincy and now I always call on Quincy to make sure I’m getting the best deals and information on what I need at the time.
