I had lots of questions about new technology and Paul was very knowledgeable and helpful. There was no pressure to purchase anything. When I did decide he asked me questions and showed me items in my price range.

We needed a previously purchased blu-ray player added to our system along with some cleanup of cables and equipment. The home advisor and especially the technicians did an excellent job determining the proper cables, routing of cables, and equipment for a very neat and efficient system layout. The technicians were very helpful in explaining operation of the system.

After my house was hit by lightning, most of my electronics were wiped out. I utilized Best Buy’s free “In Home Consultation” service and found it to be an excellent decision. When the consultant came to my house I explained what happened. He put together a detailed recommendation based on my preferences. Soon after I decided to move forward with his recommendation the installation team arrived and installed the new equipment. The installer was knowledgeable andprofessional. He took as much time as needed to explain everything to me.

Excellent in-person consultations with Neeko (works on Magnolia side) on a few different major home electronics purchases. He is very knowledgeable, professional, honest....and just genuinely nice (bonus). Grateful to have him at my BestBuy home store!

When building a new home, Total Tech is the way to go. Jesus was our advisor and came to the home while under construction and advised us on what would be best for TVs, wifi, sound systems, etc. based on room size, lighting, and sound. He was spot on. Installation was seamless and we are thrilled now that we have moved in. Thanks Jesus!

They called to say they were on their way & gave their ETA. They arrived early, were friendly, quick & very efficient. Explained how the machines worked & set up test cycles before they left. It couldn’t have gone any smoother.

My Consultant (Keith Taylor) came in & didn't waste any time identifying my concerns, assured me I'd be taken care of, & con't to offer access to contact him w/any add'tl questions. Outside of my appreciation for his patience w/me, he addressed everything I'd ask & then some. He never made me feel I was bothering him & that's important, as a Senior!

Nick was great! He had come to my house to measure for a new fridge and also provided suggestions. He also answered all of my follow up questions along with his coworker. Nick also got back to me about my follow up question for an additional haul away. In less than a day, he was able to schedule everything for me.

We had a problematic downdraft stove. Travis came to the house, analyzed the situation and came up with a solution that thrilled us. He was very friendly and professional, and working with him was a totally positive experience.

Thomas was very professional and patient. He measured the spaces for the appliances that I was looking to upgrade and provided several options. Thomas also followed up with timeframes of delivery to accommodate my schedule! I have always gotten excellent service from Best Buy and really appreciate this hands on service!

We are disappointed not to have had a response to our requests for having the upright freezer door reversed. We would really appreciate having you respond to our request to have the freezer door reversed. Please call to us schedule an appointment to have that done.

William is the best. He knows rich details of all the BB products (and those not carried by BB) to add value to every discussion. Plus, having worked with him for years, he knows me and as a result we don't have to cover the same things over and over. If you work with Bill, you're in great hands!

Our home theater system was not working properly anymore. The Best Buy consultant, Krystal, came to our home and helped us in selecting a replacement system that would be appropriate for our space. Along with that, because we have the TotalTech membership, we had a couple technicians bring the system out and install it for us.

Matthew took the time to look over our issues and told us that our WiFi issue was something that could easily be handled. We then asked about our thermostats being WiFi as well. He found a great option for that as well. Since he was very knowledgeable on those 2 main issues we had, we decided to get his advice on a new smart TV. We wanted a Sharp TV and he informed us that Sharp no longer makes TV, but referred us to another brand. He was not pushy and was very patient with our needs.

I highly recommend Best Buy in home consultant Austin. He did a comprehensive analysis of home security and tech equipment needs. Made the sale, delivery and installation process with Nick and Ty seamless . Nick and Ty were very patient and answered all my questions and cocnerns.

At time of purchase the consultant handed me a roku device and said to give it to the installer. The installer said to take it back to the store which I did I purchased a number of items recommended by the consultant including two Samsung TVs and a Samsung blue ray player. The installer installed a Sony blue ray player instead.The store said the items were the same price so there was no need for a price adjustment The installer handed me a remote control for the sound bar but said to put it away and not to use it.We still sometime hear rolling thunder like noise and I would like to be able to make adjustments. I notice the sound bar shows a Bluetooth icon but I don’t know how to set it up

We have used in house consulting to purchase multiple TVs, a gas grill and a microwave. Each time Mikey Linyard came to the house to walk us through all of the details. Extremely happy with Mikey’s expertise throughout all of the processes. Would highly recommend Mikey to any one who is interested in buying from Best Buy.

We used Best Buy's Home Expert consultation service to help set up our family room TV and sound system. My advisor came and gave me honest and great advice. Picking out our TV and sound system was easy. Installation went great and we are very happy with the product. Would definitely use their home consultation service again in the future!

Chris came to the appointment fully prepared to answer any questions, concerns and discuss the best options for what we wanted to achieve. He advised us of the best system for the room size and esthetics. He spoke with clarity and on our level because, let's have it we're not tech savvy. Within the same week, we had a system that we LOVE.

Michael Gatzke, our consultant, was extremely helpful in walking my wife and I through the process of deciding what size of TV we could mount above our fireplace. He also recommend what sound bar would work best for us. I liked that we could write up the order and pay the bill at the time of the consult.
