I needed help with measurements for a GE over-the-range microwave which involved ensuring the existing height of the tile behind the range would work and not result in a gap. I got great advice and assurances from Best Buy and also a plan if the new microwave did not fit for some reason (GE over-the-ranges SHOULD fit, but we know how that goes). In the end, the new microwave fit perfectly.

This was my second time having Rodney to my house for a consultation. He is insightful, thoughtful and passionate about specifyirthe right products for the solutions I need. My house is electrified with sound of great quality. My family and I really enjoying watching movies and listening to music on our system. Additionally, Ronnie is a fabulous installer. He possess great knowledge about all components and is a master at cord management. He is very thorough and patient. I trust both ,Rodney and Ronnie with my home and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

I am in the process of remodeling my basement and I needed an expert opinion. I consider myself very tech savvy and I know exactly what I want, but I needed some help. I walked into Best Buy asking for some guidance was recommended to an In-Home Consultation. The member was VERY knowledgeable about what I needed, worked with my budget, and was available throughout the whole process. He was on time, courteous, and understood exactly what I needed. Will be requesting him for future purchases as well.

I had Best Buy come out and suggest an amplifier and surroundsound system for my new TV I bought during Black Friday. They installed everything for me. Quick service, excellent equipment, and a great media center now for the boys and I to watch our favorite shows and movies. Very happy. Also the amplifier was specked out to run a second channel for my vinyl collection. Haven’t set up the turntable yet but that will be very soon. Great experience.

Steve provided excellent service and follow up with my questions. The Geek Squad installed my TVs perfectly. I appreciate the care from start to finish.

We had a large TV and new sound system moved and had an 84" theater system installed in recently finished basement entertainment area. Everything thing went like clockwork. The installers were professional and courteous. Efficiency was the goal. We are thrilled with the finished product!

Matt Lidster was extremely knowledgeable and had some great suggestions for my project! Sergio and his installation team did an excellent, quick, and thorough job as well. When I bought a piece of furniture that required raising the TV an inch, they came out the next day and were done in 15 minutes. Great all-around service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Had old-fashioned stereos both upstairs and downstairs. Lacked flexibility for room to room sound distribution. Wanted to incorporate various parts of my older system. At my (older) stage of life I didn't want to go through the expense and permanence of hard wiring everything. Brian visited my home and came up with the perfect solution, arranging for installation of 2 Sonos Connects, , 2 play 1's, and a Play 3. Drew installed everything to my satisfaction, patiently answered questions, and now all is just as I had hoped. I couldn't be more pleased.

The consultation and subsequent installation was completed when scheduled. There were several implementation snags along the way but those were worked out with the installation crew, cable provider and with the store management afterwards. All devices are working satisfactorily and all costs, charges and residual issues have been sorted and reconciled with Best Buy. I would recommend this avenue to a friend conditionally depending on the scope and budget of the purchase and that individuals degree of technical knowledge and proficiency about the subject.

We had a house built with a floor to ceiling stone veneer fireplace wall and was hesitant about mounting a TV above the mantle. I wasn't sure if I would have to cut out a patch of the stone in order to find the studs since a stud finder couldn't penetrate through to find one. Our advisor gave us options that wouldn't require any cutting and are now scheduled to have the TV mounted next week (12/12/19). He also gave recommendations on screen size to give us the aesthetic look we were going for.

We needed appliances for our remodeled home. We worked with our consultant before and he was again great to work with and quickly understood our needs and wants. We worked together to identify and order our appliances.

Our old TV was 8 years old. It was time to upgrade our viewing experience. I visited our Park City Best Buy store and was delighted to hear that they provided in-house consultation. Our house has many windows and we did not want to block our view of the mountains with a larger television. Zachary came in and showed how a 65" would fit and with just a small adjustment in our furniture, we could have both. Then he set a Geek Squad appointment to set up our new system. Amazingly great experience!

We needed direction and help cutting the cord of cable TV. He was extremely knowledgeable and understanding of our needs. He also was a big help coordinating the router we chose and it’s delivery for Verizon installer.

Thoroughly enjoyed working with Mr. Barrie! He visited my home, properly probed to determine my requirements and made suggestions based on my answers. As a result, I chose the "Insignia 20.9 Cu. Ft. Refrigerator". Thoroughly love the unit! Feel I made the CORRECT choice!! Looking forward to working with Tony again when I am ready to purchase a new stove.

Charles was very professional and very helpful. He educated me on the best TV technology for our use-case, and he proposed a long term strategy/phase II for plussing up our outdoor sound system based off the technology we ended up purchasing from Charles/Best Buy.

Danny was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and made the shopping and purchasing process so easy. It was clear he was advocating for us in helping us find the best appliances that suited our needs and budget,

Chris helped us understand how to cut the cable and purchase the appropriate smart Televisions. He also helped us select a new refrigerator and dishwasher. His knowledge made our decision making so much more relaxed and informed than trying to do the same in the store with a distracted sales person.

We purchased a 65" Sony flatscreen with all the bells and whistles. The geek squad crew (2), were terrific putting up the mounting bracket and then mounting the tv. They also programed my IR - IF remote, made sure my Netflix, Disney +, Apple TV, Amazon prime were all functioning properly. They did not rush to explain the innuendos of the remote. They patiently went over all the buttons until my wife and I felt confident we could operate it properly.

Eddy, our technician, was extremely professional. He installed and set up our 55 inch tv and connected it to our surround sound system. All of our questions were answered and he instructed us on how to operate all of the tv and sound system applications. I highly recommend him to assist your customers in connecting their Smart TV and components. It was a pleasure to have him as our tech
