I was looking to install a weatherproof projection system in my indoor greenhouse / poolhouse when the Home Expert showed me how an outdoor-rated big screen smart TV would work so much better for my purposes, and I could not possibly be more grateful for the expert advice I received.

Eric did a fantastic job at our house installing the TV over the fireplace. His expert opinion really made a huge improvement in our setup. We found him to be very polite, not rushed at all even came back a week later for some final touches. The best part was to see him do his job. He really really loves his job and cares for his clients!

Our Refrigerator that we had for twelve years finally gave out. We went to the Best Buy in Aiea, HI just to see what they had. The Consultant Quincy Clark was friendly yet professional and walked us through the different brands and models that were available. He made it easy for us to finally picking out a replacement Samsung refrigerator. Thanks Quincy.

We moved into a new house recently and wanted to replace all of the appliances and buy a couple new TV's. Adam Pendergraft came to our house to measure everything and give us recommendations. He was amazing to work with and very responsive. Everything looks and works great. We are very happy with all of it!

Aaron Kishman was very profeshional in meeting with us to explain what TV amd sound equipment would work best in our home. We purchased a 75" TV, Sonos sound bar, subwoofer, and speakers. We were very impressed with his knowledge and follow-thru. We had a great experience shopping thru Best Buy with Aaron's guidance.

I needed advice on my home theater and possible upgrade to equipment. Sameer and DanXavier were fantastic. I appreciated their honesty, and they did not try to upsell me. In addition, DanXavier scheduled another appointment and came back to assist with another project. I highly recommend these guys.

Angela and the install team did exactly what was needed. Our new 65 inch Samsung with sound bar looks and sounds great. They were efficient and left no boxes or trash....no fuss, no muss. Thanks Best Buy.

The service man did a excellent job. We determined the problem was in the electrical wall box. The service guy waited around for me to repair the box. He then reistalled the dishwasher. The problem is you sent out a installer not a repair man for a repair job.

Nick was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable in what he was doing and got us up and running in no time. He took the time to make sure we understood what he did and how to use it before he left. He was patient and understanding of questions I had, very helpful. I felt confident when he left.

We needed a new Samsung TV in our bedroom. Thomas suggested that the living room tv be moved to the bedroom and the new tv be placed in the living room. That is what was done. We really liked the suggestion. We also got new powerful antennas which work very well.

Chris Lowe Consultation by Geek Squad was definitely a "value added" service. He not only gave us the confidence that we were purchasing the correct units, but also assisted after the purchase when we ran into a problem with the 3rd Party installer. When we need to purchase any technology in the future, Best Buy will be the first store to come to mind.

I am anything but tekkie but I love my "toys" and was in need of updating my 8-9 year old TV in my sunroom. Christian looked at my sunroom which gets a lot of natural light which impacts TV watching during the day. The new TV is great.

Amazing personalized service, putting extra miles to come over the house to take the measurements to assist me in picking the right washer and dryer for the small space we had to work with., on the day that she was not feeling so well. I am so thankful. Vicky

Angel Diaz, the sales rep makes the difference. He goes to the extra mile to find what the customer is looking for. Even though the inconvenience BestBuy Puerto Rico have low inventory and variety on Laptops, Angel finds a way to satisfy the need even if it comes itneeds to be ordered in the States.

I found that the Best Buy consultant that came to our home was very friendly, professional and honest. I asked for her honest opinion and I truly feel that she did give it. Plus, I was having issues with the subwoofer that came with my Samsung sound bar that I purchased back in 2013. She was curious and pointed out on the Samsung Sound Bar remote control the command buttons that were set upon strictly for the sub woofer where I can raise and lower the volume of the sub woofer. I was never aware of this.

Tyler Petit is a fantastic Geek Squad consultant. He spent time explaining to us what would work best for our situation, and even secured some difficult-to-get items for us, e.g. Sonos Amp. He went above and beyond what is expected by picking up the last TV in Gilbert, AZ. We couldn't be happier with his work, and we think his team who installed our 3 TV's and Sonos system are superb!!

Omar has been a very knowledgeable, friendly consultant who is always very responsible providing excellent customer service. He will go above and beyond to help the customer anytime. Because of him only we did not have to shop for all my appliances and electronics, anywhere else other than Best Buy.

The Best Buy employee David was Very knowledgeable also very through with his assessment of needs and how best to proceed, my situation with my TV sort of resolved for the time being, but I will definitely purchase my equipment from him!

I have doubts with the size of the refrigerator and Héctor, the Home expert consultant, help me verify all the measurements to be sure that it will fit. Also gave me several recommendations of other appliances. So good he was, that I also bought an electric range. Excellent service, and excellent professional.
