    Nicholas and an assistant wall-mounted a new TV for me. Then, they cabled up all my equipment (satellite, surround sound, game console, etc.) and programmed the remotes. They were fast and efficient. Even though I changed the mounting height three times (before he drilled), he was patient. I can't think of a single thing they could have done better.

    Bill was exceptionally helpful. I didn’t realize how broad a product line I could choose from at Best Buy, so as an apartment owner and small developer, I now know I have a good alternative source for appliances I would not have thought to seek out prior to now.

    Aaron Kishman was very profeshional in meeting with us to explain what TV amd sound equipment would work best in our home. We purchased a 75" TV, Sonos sound bar, subwoofer, and speakers. We were very impressed with his knowledge and follow-thru. We had a great experience shopping thru Best Buy with Aaron's guidance.

    We needed help in selecting the proper wall mounts for two television sets and confirmation that one of the television's we selected had sufficient audio qualities not to need a sound bar. Everything worked out great.

    We have had cable for years but it was just getting too expensive. We wanted to start streaming but didn’t know what would be our best option. We have 1 smart TV and 3 not so smart TV’s. Anyway we knew we needed help to do this right. The home expert came in, assessed our situation and discussed our options. We purchased some Rokus’ and set up Geek Squad service for the next day. We couldn’t be happier!

    I needed help understanding options for setting up wireless rear speakers using my existing receiver. Chris offered me great advice and used his recommendations not only to upgrade components for my home audio in addition to the rear speakers but I got a new dishwasher and microwave. Chris was very knowledgeable and made the process easy. I’m very pleased.

    Andrew is a detailed, unhurried and caring advisor who guided us to equipment completely suited to our needs.     Greg, our home consultant was INCREDIBLE. He provided fantastic advice, was honest and blunt in his recommendations. He was not linked to one brand and was clear in pros/cons of various products. He has followed up after showing what a pro he is. I can't express how much we valued his thoughts and would recommend him to everyone else!

    We have had two great experiences with the Home Expert Consultants. Both were exceptionally knowledgeable and effective communicators. The Geek Squad installers were also incredible. We ended up with a TV and sound bar that was absolutely spot on what we wanted.

    My husband and I are technically limited. We needed help with a home sound system as well as new a new TV and kitchen appliances. Our home advisor was patient with all our questions and in giving detailed recommendations. Once the new system & tv was installed, he was very helpful in explaining instructions of use. It’s very comforting knowing we have someone who is tech savvy & knows exactly what we need for our house.

    Jessie came out to give a consultation for dishwasher replacement- he is super knowledgeable, as was the clerk at the store who suggested this service! I had complete confidence-the product was found to be available and communication was speedy, and within the month, we had the team here to install. They were great too- very capable. Good work Best Buy! I will recommend.

    Jeff was very helpful in the purchase of our fridge. I had concerns about the size we wanted and being able to move it through some narrower areas to get to the kitchen. He helped with measurements to ensure we were ordering something that would fit, and also made us feel comfortable that with the delivery policies we could return it if needed.

    The in-home consultation was very helpful. The Best Buy consultant helped me choose the appropriate new equipment, arranged delivery, installation, and haul-away of the obsolete stuff. I did have to run to the store to purchase some unforeseen cables in order to complete the installation but this was a minor inconvenience. The project was completed sooner than I expected.

    We moved into a new house recently and wanted to replace all of the appliances and buy a couple new TV's. Adam Pendergraft came to our house to measure everything and give us recommendations. He was amazing to work with and very responsive. Everything looks and works great. We are very happy with all of it!

    I highly recommend Best Buy in home consultant Austin. He did a comprehensive analysis of home security and tech equipment needs. Made the sale, delivery and installation process with Nick and Ty seamless . Nick and Ty were very patient and answered all my questions and cocnerns.

    We had a large TV and new sound system moved and had an 84" theater system installed in recently finished basement entertainment area. Everything thing went like clockwork. The installers were professional and courteous. Efficiency was the goal. We are thrilled with the finished product!

    Consultant OK Billing System Confusing- Terrible

    The in-home consultant was polite during this pandemic.  My experience was ok.  My last TV was purchased on Black Friday 2010 from Best Buy Online.  Thus TV evolution has been monumental, and I needed more info.  Salesman needed to: 1-Ask more questions RE what I understood about TV evolution during these past 10.5 years 2-Explain simply the evolution of TV pictures 3-Ask what I expected from the picture & sound.   4-Explain differences between latest expensive models of 55"  (as Samsung Q price is $xxxx VS an older less expensive Samsung model price is $xxx.)      I was confused and uncertain because: a)  I'm not very discriminating about the picture quality and b) I was concerned about sunlight from adjacent windows.   A friend later informed me that I needed less, not top of line, not a Q model.  Thus the original TVs were more than I needed.      I requested: 1st- that my account be fully credited, since I did not pick-up the original TVs and other items.  2nd- that a new bill be created with two TVs and the two other purchased items.  This did not happen.        All transactions appear to be on the bill that was sent by email.   My bill should indicate a refund and only the purchases of two less expensive TVs, a new stand, and a wall mount (4 items).  I cannot interpret the bill; I have never seen any business provide an extremely confusing convoluted bill as Best Buy has sent.  I believe that I have an overcharge.  Additionally, I lost the birthday coupon 10% discount.  I'm hoping that this can be resolved.  Additionally, I lost the birthday coupon 10% discount.  I would only recommend this service, if the salesman can fully assure that a new bill is created that has omitted the returns/refunds.

    We needed all new kitchen appliances, refrigerator, stove microwave and dishwasher. Paradise was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient.She answered all questions making sure our items would be delivered on the dates we preferred.Having the in home consultation took the stress and worry out of shopping. I highly recommend it.
