    Chris helped us understand how to cut the cable and purchase the appropriate smart Televisions. He also helped us select a new refrigerator and dishwasher. His knowledge made our decision making so much more relaxed and informed than trying to do the same in the store with a distracted sales person.

    Installation of new OverTheAir antenna two HD TVs (and wall mounts), and a BluRay player. Ryan Gage was our BestBuy Rep who helped us select the best components for our budget. Spot on work. Robert, our installer, was efficient, thorough, pleasant, and had everything installed and working in what seemed like only a couple hours. Great Job, even hauled away the packaging.

    Nick was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable in what he was doing and got us up and running in no time. He took the time to make sure we understood what he did and how to use it before he left. He was patient and understanding of questions I had, very helpful. I felt confident when he left.

    I needed advice on my home theater and possible upgrade to equipment. Sameer and DanXavier were fantastic. I appreciated their honesty, and they did not try to upsell me. In addition, DanXavier scheduled another appointment and came back to assist with another project. I highly recommend these guys.

    The Best Buy Concierge service the best thing since sliced bread! I've been extremely happy with Mikie Linyard, my personal "In Home Expert". He makes shopping at best buy simple, and easy. Mikie has been "spot-on" with his recommendations, and suggestions. As long as this service is available, I will continue to use it! I couldn't be happier!

    Chris and Chris are the A++++ team. They were exceptional in setting up our TVs and all the equipment related there to. Neat, personable , on time, knowledgeable, explained everything, polite and anything else one can think of. We could not have be more pleased!

    I have doubts with the size of the refrigerator and Héctor, the Home expert consultant, help me verify all the measurements to be sure that it will fit. Also gave me several recommendations of other appliances. So good he was, that I also bought an electric range. Excellent service, and excellent professional.

    When it comes to tech, consultation, install, customer service their is only 1 source to consider - Best Buy and Geek. A special big time thanks and true professional (and the best I have ever dealt with) was Rachel Dousharm in the Wilmington, NC store as well as David the install tech (don't know his last name) and he even called me the following day after my install.

    We are disappointed not to have had a response to our requests for having the upright freezer door reversed. We would really appreciate having you respond to our request to have the freezer door reversed. Please call to us schedule an appointment to have that done.

    My Advisor went above and beyond to understand my needs and identified opportunities for me to take advantage of the best A/V and security options for my budget. I still can’t believe the level of service Gabi provided and Best Buy invests into their teams and customers. I won’t go anywhere else due to the level of service I have been provided and have already referred this team and company to several others looking in similar areas of interest.

    Turnkey audio and video design and installation

    Johnathan and the installation team did a great job helping me select the the equipment to complement the existing equipment. The installer did an equally good job and got the old and new equipment working seamlessly. It’s a huge advantage to get a very capable team to provide a very successful “turnkey” project.

    Omar has been a very knowledgeable, friendly consultant who is always very responsible providing excellent customer service. He will go above and beyond to help the customer anytime. Because of him only we did not have to shop for all my appliances and electronics, anywhere else other than Best Buy.

    We were in need of new home theater speakers and adjustments for our existing system. Consultant listened carefully and quickly designed and quoted a fee to meet our expectations. We've had previous experiences with Best Buy's Home consultants and have always been happy with the results. This time was no exception and I will not hesitate to call upon them the next time I'm in need of advice.

    Angel Diaz, the sales rep makes the difference. He goes to the extra mile to find what the customer is looking for. Even though the inconvenience BestBuy Puerto Rico have low inventory and variety on Laptops, Angel finds a way to satisfy the need even if it comes itneeds to be ordered in the States.

    I had some issues finding a washer/dryer to fit under an existing granite counter and whether the delivery team could make it up my 3 flights of narrow staircase of my condo. They sent Jared over to survey the challenges. He called me the same day with several options & arranged a special team to deliver & perform the install. Everyone was prompt, professional & the in-home consultant, JARED, was stellar. The consultation saved several headaches of the appliances not fitting up the stairs or in my laundry area.Thanks!

    My project was mostly an enhancement of entertainment audio. The existing television was already state-of-the-art. This process began in early June and is only now (September) resolved to my satisfaction. The rep. was polite, competent and cooperative. I spent $8,000 on Best Buy products, mostly of high quality. The techs have been great and helpful in resolving various points of displeasure. In balance, it just didn't produce the outcome of remarkable excellence I expected. In retrospect, I think I may have expected too much and asked for things that were clear in my mind, but which may not have been articulated very clearly to the rep. To satisfy my expectations required numerous emails/phone calls and several visits from persons I believe were of the greatest experience from the Geek staff. Complaints? I had to deal with lots of time off, vacations already scheduled and products sometimes not quite able to produce what I wanted. Convenient? Certainly more so than having to go make many trips to the store myself. Expensive? That's relative, but I felt I was paying a lot for the convenience (and that is most likely a fair thing to do.) Bottom line? If you have a big job that requires networking and overlapping of function, you pretty well need to use in-home consultation. If you are of an age placing you on the other side of the of the retirement hill (as am I) be prepared to switch to an entirely different paradigm and to revise your perhaps too high expectations accordingly. A bad thing? By all means, NO. Too expensive of an outcome? That's relative, but it isn't going to be cheap. As with any service like this, the solution will include only Best Buy products - which is only fair. Worth the hassle? Probably yes. Takeaways? Know what you want. Be clear in expressing your objectives and do not be afraid to say no, that's just too expensive. Don't stop until you feel the entire job has been completed to your satisfaction. Would I do this again? Yes, but on a more limited scope and with more reasonable expectations.

    Excellent in-person consultations with Neeko (works on Magnolia side) on a few different major home electronics purchases. He is very knowledgeable, professional, honest....and just genuinely nice (bonus). Grateful to have him at my BestBuy home store!

    Miguel is my go to person. I do not have time to shop at the store and He always answers my calls and is never busy to help me! It is because of him I shop at best buy as I do have a choice of where to shop! He is professional, honest, and really cares! Recently I was looking for a webcam and it was sold out, out of nowhere he calls me back a few days later and notifies me that he found a camera for me. Amazing he went out of his way for a simple webcam!!!
