I have doubts with the size of the refrigerator and Héctor, the Home expert consultant, help me verify all the measurements to be sure that it will fit. Also gave me several recommendations of other appliances. So good he was, that I also bought an electric range. Excellent service, and excellent professional.

We needed expertise to update our home theater system. We had cut the cable cord and were left with limitations due to a not-so-smart TV. We had a consultation with Denford Tavares and Cesar Calle. They made a thorough analysis and came up with most cost-efficient recommendations. I expected stress but they made the process a pleasant experience.

We were purchasing a large capacity washer and dryer. Our sales associate, Anh Le, was incredibly professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He showed us all options, answered our questions and guided us in making the right choice for our needs. When we later discovered we needed risers, he again was quite helpful. He made the entire process quick and easy.

I needed guidance selecting a new television, installing it, and setting it up to handle all our applications. Seth did all of this, answered all my questions. He even installed and set up my bedroom television with my firestick to enable streaming. He exceeded my expectations.

Our Best Buy experience began with Will Mouat. He came to our home to give us an estimate for the cost of the project. Will was prepared, patient and professional. Also, we appreciated the fact that he did not pressure us. After we made our decision, he arranged for installation. During the course of the subsequent time waiting for the equipment to be received, Will steadfastly answered all our questions in email or text. He was very responsive.

We are so pleased with the service we received from best Buy. From the original consult to the install everything went great. The Geek Squad technicians were very professional and neat. The equipment we purchased is excellent. Would definitely use them again.

Johnathan and the installation team did a great job helping me select the the equipment to complement the existing equipment. The installer did an equally good job and got the old and new equipment working seamlessly. It’s a huge advantage to get a very capable team to provide a very successful “turnkey” project.

I'm thankful that Todd, the in-store audio/video employee, recommended in-house consultation. The in-house consultant, Hunter, was courteous, prompt, communicative, and very helpful prior to appointment, during appointment, and follow-up after appointment. Hunter even provided me with a number in the event that I had any questions on the equipment that I purchased. I did call him once to which he immediately responded and resolved an issue with the equipment that was due to my lack of tech knowledge. Kudos to Hunter and Todd. I hope Best Buy continues with this program as it is a huge help for people who are willing to purchase but may lack the tech knowledge for equipment needs, set-up, etc. Thank!

Greg, our home consultant was INCREDIBLE. He provided fantastic advice, was honest and blunt in his recommendations. He was not linked to one brand and was clear in pros/cons of various products. He has followed up after showing what a pro he is. I can't express how much we valued his thoughts and would recommend him to everyone else!

Holly was a fabulous help in ordering all our new kitchen appliances and four new TV’s. Her knowledge was valuable. Especially when the refrigerator was canceled four times. Not in stock. Her help with delivery of four items only also helped.

Nicholas and an assistant wall-mounted a new TV for me. Then, they cabled up all my equipment (satellite, surround sound, game console, etc.) and programmed the remotes. They were fast and efficient. Even though I changed the mounting height three times (before he drilled), he was patient. I can't think of a single thing they could have done better.

Once again, great service from Will in sales and Brendan, the service tech. They converted our system from satellite to streaming, with the result being a significant cost savings overall. Thanks for the support.

Was a good experience. Jeremy Thurber was the consultant and helped a lot with various options that I had to correct my problem. And when he asked Daniel and Daniel from the Geek Squad to come and repair the problem, they came the next day as a work in and put everything in place and spent extra time to explain to me how to work the remotes and the apps. I am so appreciative for their expertiffe in this matter. Would certainly use them again.

Adrian was most helpful in making decisions about our best options! We are an older couple and he didn’t mind answering all our questions and concerns. We appreciated his advice! Highly recommend Adrian to help others that struggle with technical issues.

The two text that came in and did the install were absolutely professional. They made suggestions that were smart and easy to implement to make the most out of my viewing and a listening experience. I would definitely recommend the geek squad anyone that has any doubt about that technical abilities. These guys cover it all.

We needed all new kitchen appliances, refrigerator, stove microwave and dishwasher. I wanted to replace my refrigerator with a counter depth, stainless French door model. I had been to many stores but was not able to find one that fit my space. Finally, I landed upon Best Buy’s Home Consultation. The young lady who came out was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and she found me the perfect model! She advised I get the frame of the cabinet above trimmed by 3/4” which I did and it fit perfectly. And, it matched my new range and microwave. An excellent service. Thank you Best Buy!

Jeff was very helpful in the purchase of our fridge. I had concerns about the size we wanted and being able to move it through some narrower areas to get to the kitchen. He helped with measurements to ensure we were ordering something that would fit, and also made us feel comfortable that with the delivery policies we could return it if needed.
