We recently moved to a new house and the team (especially our consultant, Joseph Ledoux) was very helpful in handling all our electronic needs, including installation of a home theater and multiple TVs. Everyone was efficient/effective/professional, and it was great to have it all done under 1 roof.

I was looking to better my WiFi signal throughout my home and had no idea how to go about it. An in home consultation was suggested by a sales person at my local store. A few days later Brian showed up and easily answered all my questions and made excellent suggestions. We ended going with one of his suggestions and had everything installed. We have been very happy!

I'm not sure how many Home Expert consultations I had during 2020, but at the end of 2020, I have much better internet and wi-fi, a mesh network to assure quality access throughout a rambling house and new TV's (mounted), All of these were facilitated by Best Buy Home Experts and Geek Squad. And all were totally satisfactory. Home Experts are excellent communicators, before, during, and after the appointment, capable and professional.

I needed help understanding options for setting up wireless rear speakers using my existing receiver. Chris offered me great advice and used his recommendations not only to upgrade components for my home audio in addition to the rear speakers but I got a new dishwasher and microwave. Chris was very knowledgeable and made the process easy. I’m very pleased.

Jay was excellent at finding a solution for my needs. He was also easily accessible and was able to answer all of my various questions. Will 100% use Jay for ALL my home needs going forward!

Jacob was excellent. He clearly knew what he was talking about, took the time to explain options in non-tech terms, and spend the time to be sure we got what was best for us. He also followed up to be sure the install was satisfactory and again to check on our status. GREAT representative for BB.

both of my built in convection microwaves must be replaced(planned obsolesence,) the tech came out and after much research made suggestions THEN the service guys came out and took the trim kit off, measured and said they would not work - not an ideal situation but it saved me a lot of hassle as the appliannces woud have come in and had to be returned

The Best Buy Concierge service the best thing since sliced bread! I've been extremely happy with Mikie Linyard, my personal "In Home Expert". He makes shopping at best buy simple, and easy. Mikie has been "spot-on" with his recommendations, and suggestions. As long as this service is available, I will continue to use it! I couldn't be happier!

Very knowledgeable about our entertainment system we have and what needed to be corrected for the new 75” TV. He also took the time to evaluate our dishwasher as to repair or replace. He is keeping us on notice when the new Bosch are on sale. As soon as he returned to Best Buy he placed the order for the new TV and whatever new wiring we needed, sent us an email receipt and had our installation date set. We had problems with installation and he followed through getting everything corrected.

I had done a fair amount of research into TVs and soundbars. Even so, Stephen's advice and perspective added significant value and helped me feel confident in the specific selections we made. He provided an excellent general overview as well as specific important details such as why a particular screen size would be best for my viewing area. Just as importantly, Stephen responded promptly to follow-up questions I messaged to him after our consultation. Highly recommended!

the agent was on time, friendly, and new the Best Buy line well. As it turns out, I am not getting anything just now from Best Buy, but I have in the past and expect to in the future. I bought the Geek Squad 200/yr option--watching for a new computer when SSD comes down in price. By the way, my experience in the Pentagon City story was not as good--very good and helpful salesman for a washer/dryer, but the Best Buy pricing policies, extras, credits for future buying were annoying and confusing.

Our consultant was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She was very helpful in explaining the differences in the quality of similar items. Any questions we had were answered to help us understand what we wanted to buy. After installation, she helped us navigate the new tech to us. Always cheerful and pleasant tow work with.

The sales and installation teams were knowledgeable and took their time to make sure we were understanding the options and setup. I felt like I was getting the service and solutions best fit for our needs and not a sales pitch. The salesperson kept in contact with us throughout the entire process. The overall experience was fantastic.

Jessie came out to give a consultation for dishwasher replacement- he is super knowledgeable, as was the clerk at the store who suggested this service! I had complete confidence-the product was found to be available and communication was speedy, and within the month, we had the team here to install. They were great too- very capable. Good work Best Buy! I will recommend.

John did an absolute incredible job. From start to finish he went above and beyond to assist us in finding our appliances....even when they were out of stock, backorder does, etc. He also took ALL of the stress out of scheduling delivery and installation- not easy considering our home is still under construction no exact completion date! And, he was able to save us hundreds of dollars on the actual cost of the three large appliances we purchased.

Both young men were exceptional. They took the time to check my home and ensure that tbe speakers fit inside designated areas. They worked carefully ensuring not toxda.age my home and the equipment.

Charles was so helpful in helping me pick out the perfect sound system for my new TV. He didn't push me in one direction, rather showing me all price point systems and explaining the pros and cons of each. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone with technical questions or in purchasing the right equipment for their home.

The in-home consultation was very helpful. The Best Buy consultant helped me choose the appropriate new equipment, arranged delivery, installation, and haul-away of the obsolete stuff. I did have to run to the store to purchase some unforeseen cables in order to complete the installation but this was a minor inconvenience. The project was completed sooner than I expected.

Henry Wong was great!! He helped me find a solution for a small laundry space. And when I had an unrelated refrigerator issue, he quickly responded to help me out there, too. He followed up throughout my deliveries & installations to make sure everything went smoothly. I can't say enough good things about Henry!
