The sales and installation teams were knowledgeable and took their time to make sure we were understanding the options and setup. I felt like I was getting the service and solutions best fit for our needs and not a sales pitch. The salesperson kept in contact with us throughout the entire process. The overall experience was fantastic.

After 21 years of having built in speakers in our home we can now enjoy music. Our surround sound is amazing. The control with the Sonos equipment is spectacular. Thanks to Mario and John for getting us all set up.

It was great to have help understanding all options were this new tv would fit. Had 3 places to set it up, but which was right visually and financially. It was just wonderful to have knowledgeable experts be in the home.

Charles was so helpful in helping me pick out the perfect sound system for my new TV. He didn't push me in one direction, rather showing me all price point systems and explaining the pros and cons of each. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone with technical questions or in purchasing the right equipment for their home.

Best Buy sent a knowledgeable and technical person to my home. It is so helpful to have someone come in with expertise. I was having a difficult time trying to figure out if a double oven would fit and how I would modify the cabinet to get it to fit. Our consultant offered the advise and technical knowledge that I needed. I needed help and Best Buy's excellent person helped. It helped to move us forward. Thank you Best Buy for this service.

I had a great free in home consultation experience with Brett. He was very helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable. As a first time customer he went above an beyond to provide customer service. Brett is truly an asset to the Best Buy organization! Also Geek Squad member David Delgado who really stood out during the installation process. He was very knowledgeable and expressed true professionalism. He as well is a great asset to the Geek Squad team! I would definitely request David for future projects!

They did a great job programming my new Logitech remote. They also (mostly) solved our new smart lock problems during installation. There is still an issue, but I think it has more to do with the brand of phone being used, rather than anything they did. They actually figured more out than the Yale help line. I wish they could actually connect wired components (cameras, lights, etc) rather than only just mounting wireless objects.

When moving into a new home we needed assistance in determining the correct Televisions, sound system, security system we needed to meet our needs. Mikie Linyard consulted with us in a very professional and helpful manner. He is very knowledgeable about his products and his install team. He made our transition very smooth. We recently moved to a new house and the team (especially our consultant, Joseph Ledoux) was very helpful in handling all our electronic needs, including installation of a home theater and multiple TVs. Everyone was efficient/effective/professional, and it was great to have it all done under 1 roof.

Knowing very little about big screen tvs and surround sound, i have to give Best Buy serious credit for a fantastic experience from the buying process through the installation. Not everything went smoothly buy in the end, it was perfect. Experience and knowledge of the products became key. We absolutely trust Best Buy.

We wanted improved wifi. The Best Buy team gave us that! In addition, they gave us fantastic TV's with great sound systems in three different rooms and the ability to control lights and Hvac thermostats all over the house with a single remote or cell phone. We can do all these things even before getting out of bed. LOL!

We needed guidance on the height and location of a frame TV over a fireplace on a stone mantle. The technicians were super helpful and we are more than satisfied.

I used a home consulation for kitchen appliances and laundry appliances. I told them my ideals and received excellent advise on each of the appliances I needed. My advisor had great ideals and was very knowledgeable on the appliances. The warranty and Geek Squad was also explained to me. I did purchase all of the appliances, warranty and Geek Squad which also covers my computers. I will be requesting them again for a home security system

I needed guidance selecting a new television, installing it, and setting it up to handle all our applications. Seth did all of this, answered all my questions. He even installed and set up my bedroom television with my firestick to enable streaming. He exceeded my expectations.
