Henry Wong was great!! He helped me find a solution for a small laundry space. And when I had an unrelated refrigerator issue, he quickly responded to help me out there, too. He followed up throughout my deliveries & installations to make sure everything went smoothly. I can't say enough good things about Henry!

We remodeled our house and needed help with whole house speakers, TV, and surround sound. Nick was very helpful and always available to answer our questions. He helped us put in landscape speakers around the pool which became the highlight of our backyard! The installation team was knowledgeable and professional. Great customer service!

Nick was great. I needed help deciding on TVs. He listened to what I wanted to do and made good suggestions to meet my needs. He explained what he was suggesting and didn’t try to oversell.

We needed help with wi-fi speeds and smart TV. Our consultant gave us fabulous advice including telling us we didn't need to change our service. He gave us a few great suggestions for additional items that would work for us and helped us with sale prices coming at Thanksgiving. I would do this consultation over and over. It was extremely helpful and so wonderful to actually have someone tell us what we have is pretty good!

NOTE: This review is for the home consultant only. My installation experiences were different. The home consultant did a good job in assessing our needs for a home entertainment system upgrade. He asked questions about our viewing and listening preferences and identified what equipment/services would be needed to make that happen. He then placed the order during the consultation and arranged for the delivery and installation.

Jacob was excellent. He clearly knew what he was talking about, took the time to explain options in non-tech terms, and spend the time to be sure we got what was best for us. He also followed up to be sure the install was satisfactory and again to check on our status. GREAT representative for BB.

This is the only way to shop for an appliance! Shawn Parker was very efficient and made it easy to find the fridge that would best fit in our space without leaving our home. He was very knowledgeable and punctual also.

I was so impressed with Brian Carlo. He was polite, professional and was excellent at explaining everything thoroughly. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions honestly and completely and made sure I understood everything before he left. I would definitely use him again and would highly recommend him to my friends.

mohamed was my in home consultation specialist. very knowledgeable about the products i had been contemplating buying. i had the in home consult to ensure that the items i wanted to buy would fit properly before purchase. he came in he measured. he assured me that the product would be stable on the wall that i chose and explained the entire process of the installation so that there were no surprises on the day of install. very happy with this service, would definitely use in home consultation again if the need arises.

We needed both a upgrade of our TV and our sound system. Matt Doak, Sr. Sales Consultant, provided us with excellent advice. Matt was shared his expertise within our specifications in a clear and concise manner. It is no wonder consultant and installation went well. Our needs were met and the execution was without error. We have already referred Matt Doak to other friends and family.

We needed a new Samsung TV in our bedroom. Thomas suggested that the living room tv be moved to the bedroom and the new tv be placed in the living room. That is what was done. We really liked the suggestion. We also got new powerful antennas which work very well.

Richard Merritt provided superb guidance and support in buying an entire kitchen and laundry appliance package. Friendly, expert and terrific customer service.

Don came out to our house and gave us a free home consultation for buying a tv and sound system. For our situation we loved what he recommended . Don is an asset to your company and we would definitely use him again.

The service man did a excellent job. We determined the problem was in the electrical wall box. The service guy waited around for me to repair the box. He then reistalled the dishwasher. The problem is you sent out a installer not a repair man for a repair job.

Amazing personalized service, putting extra miles to come over the house to take the measurements to assist me in picking the right washer and dryer for the small space we had to work with., on the day that she was not feeling so well. I am so thankful. Vicky

They called to say they were on their way & gave their ETA. They arrived early, were friendly, quick & very efficient. Explained how the machines worked & set up test cycles before they left. It couldn’t have gone any smoother.

I was tentative to schedule an in home advisor, fearful of high pricing due to up-sells and commissions. It was exactly the opposite. Devon listened to my project goals, and after a few questions and suggestions he was able to give me a proposal that not only exceeded my expectations for tech but also in pricing! Highly recommend an in home advisor. He thought of solutions to problems I didn’t even know existed. Had I tried to do this my self I would have met with frustration.

We had a problematic downdraft stove. Travis came to the house, analyzed the situation and came up with a solution that thrilled us. He was very friendly and professional, and working with him was a totally positive experience.

Awesome experience using the Best Buy Consultant. She reviewed my needs and surveyed the room for my NEE Samsung 65 TV and sound system. May recommendations and also provide some additional ideas which I didn’t even thing of. Truly a great experience in guiding my purchase.
