I recently made a purchase of a kitchen appliance suite To replace some really old appliances in the house I just bought. After I made my preliminary selection I decided I better have an in home consult to verify everything fitting all right...Good thing I did, because I would have been stuck with a refrigerator that did not fit, as well as a stove that was not right for what Had been in there before....The consultant was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who is planning a large purchase

Overall Everything went well. The only concern was. The oven was dropped off with no extension cord. Other then that all was great. The consultation visit went well. The man was very kind.

Theron is amazing! Very knowledgeable and very patient with my lack of tech knowledge. He didn’t rush me took his time explaining everything. Because of him I will always go back to that specific Best Buy for all my needs. Thank you Theron!!!!

Knowing very little about big screen tvs and surround sound, i have to give Best Buy serious credit for a fantastic experience from the buying process through the installation. Not everything went smoothly buy in the end, it was perfect. Experience and knowledge of the products became key. We absolutely trust Best Buy.

We purchased a new small tv from best buy and needed help with setting it up to our other speakers. The two guys that set it up did a fantastic job . We have purchased other tv's and appliances from best buy and have always had great service from them.

I have installed my own TVs for the past decade at each new home. However, for our retirement dream home, I wanted screens over the fireplace and detailed for movie room so I solicited Geek Squad! The two Professionals did not disappoint! Extremely knowledgeable, timely and precise! All of which I appreciated as they respected my new home and time. Definitely want them for future jobs! Only challenge is they don't do tight spots with installations but that is understandable.

When Vasaf first came to the house it was great. He was knowledgeable and we liked his suggestions. We felt like we had known him for a long time. We then went to the store to listen to the equipment. We heard a couple of speakers. When we tried to listen to the surround sound everything quit working so we never got to hear anything else. We finally decided on what we were going to purchase. I gave a credit card number to purchase all of the equipment including the installation charge. It took days to get a receipt. We then were to receive all of the equipment. On the day we had an appointment for the delivery of the equipment it was to be picked up from the store and brought directly to our home because of what we purchased. Instead it went from the store on one truck delivered to the airport unloaded and they were not going to deliver it. Then it was reloaded onto a van then sent to our home hours after our appointment. We then had a date Friday February 7, 2020 to install all of the equipment. I touched base with Vasaf the day before and wondered why I never received a call confirming the appointment. Our appointment was never scheduled after all. The last text I received from Vasaf was Friday, February 7 at 12:18 saying he would call me in a few minutes. I then received a text at 1:31 saying to disregard any emails with a date of installation because it will be changed. I have received two emails saying we are scheduled on February 20. This is Tuesday, February 11, 2020 and I still haven't heard anything else. I am very disappointed. I am praying the equipment will be installed correctly the first time. I don't have a lot of faith at this time that it will. We didn't just buy a couple of things. We purchased $11,000. plus. We are still trying to make sense of this. Everything was paid for on Monday January 20, 2020. Equipment was delivered on January 30, 2020. Still no official date of installation. Before I answer the next question I want to see if the equipment is installed correctly.

Installation of new OverTheAir antenna two HD TVs (and wall mounts), and a BluRay player. Ryan Gage was our BestBuy Rep who helped us select the best components for our budget. Spot on work. Robert, our installer, was efficient, thorough, pleasant, and had everything installed and working in what seemed like only a couple hours. Great Job, even hauled away the packaging.

In home consultation is great. They are able to see your space and then sit and visit about the options. I had three needs and was looking for a higher end solutions. I purchased the eero beacons and a router so I would not have to rent from comcast any longer. After two weeks there really isn't a significant improvement to speed or a reduction in buffering but my primary goal was to be independent from the rental fee so I got what I wanted. I would certainly recommend an in home consultation it is worth your time and the consultation is free. I'm not sure yet if I will go forward with the security system and sound system but at least I now know how much it will cost to get what I want.

We've worked with Brian on several projects in our home. He and all the installers that have been here are the utmost professionals and do great work! I would not go anywhere else for electronic needs.

I’m home consultation would be a deal at a couple hundred dollars. For a free service it is the only way to go. I thought I k ew a little about home audio and was going to buy an amp and set up my whole home Audi and surround. Upon recommendation from a staff member I was set up with Dave. Dave is extremely knowledgeable and went out of his way to find package deals and other savings. In the end his awesome install team got me all wired up. This process was awesome and has changed the way I use my home daily. Great job

AS SENIORS WE NEED HELP FOR LITTLE THINGS. GEEK SQUAD GUYS WERE VERY FRIENDLY & HELPFUL. WE MUST ADVISE YOU HERE THAT DESTINEE (SALES CONSULTANT) IS AN OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEE AND AN ASSET TO THE BEST BUY. WITHOUT HER HELP & CONSULTATION, I DON'T THINK I WOULD HAVE ORDERED ANY ITEM FROM BEST NUY.

The consultation with Christopher was great! He was very courteous and gave many suggestions after listening to me explain what I wanted. He didn’t try to push anything I wasn’t asking for and helped with things I didn’t think about or knew were available such as an adjoining mount for my soundbar.

We wanted improved wifi. The Best Buy team gave us that! In addition, they gave us fantastic TV's with great sound systems in three different rooms and the ability to control lights and Hvac thermostats all over the house with a single remote or cell phone. We can do all these things even before getting out of bed. LOL!

When it comes to tech, consultation, install, customer service their is only 1 source to consider - Best Buy and Geek. A special big time thanks and true professional (and the best I have ever dealt with) was Rachel Dousharm in the Wilmington, NC store as well as David the install tech (don't know his last name) and he even called me the following day after my install.

We wanted to add a Bluetooth Transmitter and ear set, in addition to replacing our old TV. Patrick was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He understood our particular needs and recommended the optimum system that satisfied our requirements.

Our experience from the in-stores sales person, to the in-home consultation and the installation was fantastic - probably the best I've ever experienced. Every petson we worked with was so pleasant, professional, experienced and made us feel like they truly just wanted to set us up with the best home theater experience. Their recommendation were incredibly thoughtful and ultimately saved us a lot of money. Highly, highly recommend!

We were looking for help with our mini home theater design including type of TV, size, direction, placement, mounting, and seating. Sean is an experienced consultant and has good knowledge about type of rooms and walls as well acoustics. Sean gave us good recommendations and helped select the products from Best Buy to meet our needs.

David Kamyar is the best consultant we have ever worked with. Exceptional customer service, knowledgeable, professional and personable. Best part, David follows up to make sure everything is working fine for us. We are very satisfied with his product recommendations. A great humble guy to work with.
