    We have had cable for years but it was just getting too expensive. We wanted to start streaming but didn’t know what would be our best option. We have 1 smart TV and 3 not so smart TV’s. Anyway we knew we needed help to do this right. The home expert came in, assessed our situation and discussed our options. We purchased some Rokus’ and set up Geek Squad service for the next day. We couldn’t be happier!

    Henry has been amazing to work with. We were in the marker for new refrigerator, range and dishwasher. From the home consultation to the purchase of the items, he has made it an easy process. He was worked through our limitations to effectively schedule separate delivery and installation. We are looking forward to our new appliances.

    I need help with my new remote and overall review of my home theater. Anh did a really outstanding job for showing up promptly communicating clearly, and doing an outstanding job of Customer Service, both programming, my remote, and determining my needs. I appreciated his professionalism and expertise!

    Best part is the convenience of the service. Being able to speak to someone that specializes in what your needs are to include recommendations within your budget, to make your dollar work at its best with current technology. Flexibility, of the technicians schedules and attentiveness to your needs. Backing up every product recommended, with reviews, personal experiences, best practices, and best bang for your dollar. The service truly provides flexibility, learning for what you are buying , convenience, and much time saved overall.

    needed help with a number of things in our home such as security (ring devices), outdoor TV, internet speed, mounting TVs's etc ... and the overall experience was awesome. worked with a very knowledgeable sales consultant at best buy who guided us thru the process and was helpful every step of the way. the installation crew was awesome as well.

    I was so impressed with Brian Carlo. He was polite, professional and was excellent at explaining everything thoroughly. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions honestly and completely and made sure I understood everything before he left. I would definitely use him again and would highly recommend him to my friends.

    Christian O. was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Although the product he suggested, Eero mesh system, ultimately didn’t work, it had nothing to do with him, it was a result of a conflict with a cell phone extender at my house that even had the Eero engineers stumped. I wish it had worked because aside from that conflict it met all my needs which has been difficult to accomplish. In addition to his networking help, he was also willing to help me with other questions and product ideas.

    The consultation was easy to set up and great. When I ordered the dishwasher on my own I ordered the wrong one and it was a mess. So I was thrilled when I went into Best Buy and this service was free. The consultant was prompt and on time. We were switching from electric to gas so he checked everything out to make sure I was looking at the right appliances. He did measurements and was done in 10 minutes. We ordered our stove and love it. It fit perfectly and works great. I will definitely use this service again.

    We remodeled our house and needed help with whole house speakers, TV, and surround sound. Nick was very helpful and always available to answer our questions. He helped us put in landscape speakers around the pool which became the highlight of our backyard! The installation team was knowledgeable and professional. Great customer service!

    My husband and I are technically limited. We needed help with a home sound system as well as new a new TV and kitchen appliances. Our home advisor was patient with all our questions and in giving detailed recommendations. Once the new system & tv was installed, he was very helpful in explaining instructions of use. It’s very comforting knowing we have someone who is tech savvy & knows exactly what we need for our house.

    Chris and Chris are the A++++ team. They were exceptional in setting up our TVs and all the equipment related there to. Neat, personable , on time, knowledgeable, explained everything, polite and anything else one can think of. We could not have be more pleased!

    The service was a perfect way for us to get the right size built in microwave. Camille was excellent and professional. He went above and beyond to help when I had installation problems (again). BB uses a 3rd party installer and I can't say I have been impressed. It's more like stuck on stupid. The installer was 2 hours late and never called. Getting information was so frustrating I won't be buying from BB again despite my excellent rating for the in home consultation.

    Overall pleased from the sale to installation. On the day of install we discovered what was sold for one of the rooms would not work with the overall spund system. Was advised to return it on my own. Would have been nice for Geek Squad to return it on my behalf. Other than that the job was not left as clean as it was before they arrived.

    Home Theater Upgrade

    We were in need of new home theater speakers and adjustments for our existing system. Consultant listened carefully and quickly designed and quoted a fee to meet our expectations. We've had previous experiences with Best Buy's Home consultants and have always been happy with the results. This time was no exception and I will not hesitate to call upon them the next time I'm in need of advice.

    Consultant OK Billing System Confusing- Terrible

    The in-home consultant was polite during this pandemic.  My experience was ok.  My last TV was purchased on Black Friday 2010 from Best Buy Online.  Thus TV evolution has been monumental, and I needed more info.  Salesman needed to: 1-Ask more questions RE what I understood about TV evolution during these past 10.5 years 2-Explain simply the evolution of TV pictures 3-Ask what I expected from the picture & sound.   4-Explain differences between latest expensive models of 55"  (as Samsung Q price is $xxxx VS an older less expensive Samsung model price is $xxx.)      I was confused and uncertain because: a)  I'm not very discriminating about the picture quality and b) I was concerned about sunlight from adjacent windows.   A friend later informed me that I needed less, not top of line, not a Q model.  Thus the original TVs were more than I needed.      I requested: 1st- that my account be fully credited, since I did not pick-up the original TVs and other items.  2nd- that a new bill be created with two TVs and the two other purchased items.  This did not happen.        All transactions appear to be on the bill that was sent by email.   My bill should indicate a refund and only the purchases of two less expensive TVs, a new stand, and a wall mount (4 items).  I cannot interpret the bill; I have never seen any business provide an extremely confusing convoluted bill as Best Buy has sent.  I believe that I have an overcharge.  Additionally, I lost the birthday coupon 10% discount.  I'm hoping that this can be resolved.  Additionally, I lost the birthday coupon 10% discount.  I would only recommend this service, if the salesman can fully assure that a new bill is created that has omitted the returns/refunds.

    I was recently in the market for a new home theater system. I went with the in home consultation. Once I new what would work, my consultant took care of everything right there at home! No need to go to the store to purchase anything. I did it right there with him and paid for everything. When it came to the installation, my tech was totally professional and very friendly! He did an amazing job and I couldn't be any happier. I loved the whole experience and would not hesitate to recommend this to my friends

    When moving into a new home we needed assistance in determining the correct Televisions, sound system, security system we needed to meet our needs. Mikie Linyard consulted with us in a very professional and helpful manner. He is very knowledgeable about his products and his install team. He made our transition very smooth. He is a great asset to the Best Buy team.

    Extremely helpful experience with Seth! He guided me through the options when it came to freezers, while still keeping in mind the parameters that I set when asking. I wanted to stay away from chest freezers, and he explained the advantages to me but kept my preferences in mind when it came to the final decision. Highly recommend!
