We needed guidance with two TV purchases, and wall mounting advice. Our sales representative was very knowledgeable, and we were able to place the order, and set delivery/installation dates from our home.

Extremely helpful experience with Seth! He guided me through the options when it came to freezers, while still keeping in mind the parameters that I set when asking. I wanted to stay away from chest freezers, and he explained the advantages to me but kept my preferences in mind when it came to the final decision. Highly recommend!

We are so pleased with the service we received from best Buy. From the original consult to the install everything went great. The Geek Squad technicians were very professional and neat. The equipment we purchased is excellent. Would definitely use them again.

Erin, our in home consultant came to our house to assure us that we were getting the right size TV for our space and the right TV for our family. He also assured us that we were purchasing everything we needed to get our TV installed quickly. He was right on all accounts. Very personable, professional and helpful! The following week, when the Geek Squad came to install, they were amazing as well! Neat, friendly and professional. I would recommend Best Buy services to all of my family and friends.

We looked at several washer and dryers online. We went into BestBuy with hopes to bring home a washer and dryer that day. They advised us to have one of their laundry advisor experts to come into our home so that they knew the type of space we were working with and could help us pick out exactly what we wanted and needed. The advisor was very knowledgeable and extremely polite and we are so satisfied with our new washer and dryer combo!

Justin came to my home listen to what i wanted in an outdoor sound system and then made suggestions by telling me about the different speakers, amp etc. i have since had the system installed and it sounds wonderful. Zach did the install and he has done other installs at my house by the geek squad. I am completely happy and will use the services again.

Anthony Joseph did a great job! He took away all our anxiety as he did all the measuring for our new appliances. The consultation with Christopher was great! He was very courteous and gave many suggestions after listening to me explain what I wanted. He didn’t try to push anything I wasn’t asking for and helped with things I didn’t think about or knew were available such as an adjoining mount for my soundbar.

First of all, Jason was top notch. Never had an experience like this before. I needed to replace my washer/dryer, and look at some other areas in my home. He was very knowledgable, professional, and helpful. Everything went smooth from the start. From picking out brands, colors, models, and specific features i wanted, all the way down to the awsome simple payment process, i could not have asked for better experience. we looked on line and pretty much knew what we wanted but we wanted to see our options, live, in a store. We went into Best Buy and did see what we wanted but needed an exact measurement taken of our cabinet area. They suggested the in-home consultation for a measurement and to give us all of our options. It was free and no obligation. They guy came out and we made the purchase right then and there in our home .... with the best price. It was great!

We were incredibly pleased that we chose Best Buy to install and mount of 75" t.v. as well as sound bar. They needed to add a cable outlet and we're glad we chose to have them do this over the cable co. They were very thoughtful with where they put the wire so that it wouldn't be seen. John was incredibly helpful. He answered all of our questions and didn't leave until he was sure that we all understood how to work the universal remote and all the gadgets that he hooked up for us. Very pleased with the service!!!!!!

Excellent service! Gerard did an amazing job. I actually didn't even know about this service but when I purchased my new phone at best buy the sales associate( also wonderful) told me about the in home service..I didnt feel rushed at all I felt important and like Gerard really liked his job.When someone loves there job and is exceptional at it like he is it shows!! Anh did a really outstanding job for showing up promptly communicating clearly, and doing an outstanding job of Customer Service, both programming, my remote, and determining my needs. Jessica was wonderful. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products, carefully measured the space so that installation will be seamless, and provided high quality, sophisticated advice. She made the daunting project of replacing my refrigerator, microwave, and oven easy and enjoyable. She was very sensitive to my budgetary constraints. I could rate her more highly!

Several Months ago a store employee suggested a home consultant come to our home to asssist us with the purchase of a new washer and dryer! Jordan Vazquez Came to our home, was on time , helpful, knledgeable, professional and dreated the Best of our Purchasing Experience, Recently he came and assisted us in purchasing and having installed a new LLG Microwave! The experience was just as great as be fore!
