The guys that came to our house were so professional and friendly. They made sure everything was set up correctly and that we felt comfortable with using our new TV's and sound system!!

Mohamed Kabir was my in house rep. This is the second time I asked Mohamed to help me. The first was his assistance in helping me to purchase my kitchen appliances. Both instances proved Mohamed to be a fabulous representative for Best Buy! He is kind, knowledgeable, respectful, patient, makes himself available and flexible to meet the customer’s schedule. His service was fabulous. Mohammed is going to be my go to person for any future purchases. I cannot day enough great things about him. Thank you Mohammed!

I was happy to have someone come to my home and give me advice about buying a new range. I had a downdraft model installed and wanted a similar model which narrowed the choices. I decided on the model and measurements were taken to insure the range would fit which was a big help. The person who came was very friendly and helpful and the only reason I am not giving him five stars is because the installation became a big problem due to the location of the downdraft. He could probably not have known this but because of all the installation problems I can't give him a five. Not all the problems are resolved almost two weeks after the original installation.

Lorri Shank provided Great Customer Service. She was friendly & knowledgeable. She addressed our questions & concerns, and make sure out fridge was being delivered to the correct address. If I have future purchases in the future, I'll come best visit Lorri.

Anthony Joseph did a great job! He took away all our anxiety as he did all the measuring for our new appliances. He offered us selections and we were able to get the appliances that work great for us. We are extremely pleased with Anthony’s professionalism, and the time he spent with us. Thank you Anthony! Marcus was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to stop by few times to make sure we were taking care off with setting up our home theater, living room, masters and my kids rooms. He made great suggestions for upgrades that made sense.

We wanted to upgrade our over the air TV recording system and improve the WiFi range. Austin, by phone suggested a package of devices to accomplish that. He quickly understood our needs and responded.

John is has fantastic expertise and explains things very clearly. He has excellent follow-up on questions. I would recommend him to anyone. He made the purchasing experience smooth and quick.

We needed help finding appliances that not only fit in our new home but that also fit our budget Jack Green did an amazing job of making sure all our questions were answered and was very kind and patient. He did a great job in helping us pick what would work best to in our home.

I visited my local Best Buy looking for a new refrigerator. The in store employees were very help and set me up with an in home expert that very day. He measured the area, showed me which models would work and I was able to purchase it in the spot. The process was so simple.

We needed both a upgrade of our TV and our sound system. Matt Doak, Sr. Sales Consultant, provided us with excellent advice. Matt was shared his expertise within our specifications in a clear and concise manner. It is no wonder consultant and installation went well. Our needs were met and the execution was without error. We had 3 TV's that need to be wall mounted one of which needed to be connected to a receiver. Jacob guided us through the process. One really big thing Jacob did was to assist me in "cutting the cord". I had been RTC and Jacob patiently assisted me in how to stream. Jacob was very personable and knowledgeable. Kudos for job well done.

Miguel is my go to person. I do not have time to shop at the store and He always answers my calls and is never busy to help me! It is because of him I shop at best buy as I do have a choice of where to shop! He is professional, honest, and really cares! Recently I was looking for a webcam and it was sold out, out of nowhere he calls me back a few days later and notifies me that he found a camera for me. Amazing he went out of his way for a simple webcam!!!
