My experience with my consultant along with the Geek Squad technicians was exceptional. I could not have asked for a better group of individuals to help design and install my TV's and surround sound system.

I had lots of questions about new technology and Paul was very knowledgeable and helpful. There was no pressure to purchase anything. When I did decide he asked me questions and showed me items in my price range.

We needed help replacing a built-in refrigerator with another built-in vs a standard. Your expert was very good in recommendations. He took into account all the measurements, what would and would not work.

My home presented some serious wi-fi issues since it has numerous brick and stone interior walls. The consultant determined that an Eero system would definitely help. Additionally, he provided excellent tips for the installation of Sonos wireless speakers to provide a nice sound system throughout the house. He helped order the equipment and set up an installation time. The equipment was installed and works beautifully. No more wi-fi issues and the sound is great.

I was so impressed with our advisor. The choice I made for my stovetop was incorrect due to measurements. Our advisor found an alternative that worked. He I also gave us a better dishwasher choice recommendation. He then added an additional Geek Squad visit for our home security system cameras since I had difficulty navigating this by the Geek Squad site online. He took care of all of our home needs. I highly recommend this service!

My wife and I had been researching for several months and we kind of knew what we wanted. The most important appliances were the refrigerator and then the dishwasher. The microwave and oven was the least important. Our advisor measured all the spaces to make sure what we wanted fit. He also measure the space in our laundry room for future purchase of washer and dryer. All in all it was a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Jordan demonstrates a high knowledge of the products and gave us a very good suggestions and build a smart home system for our new house. We got smooth and quick setup with experienced team which went above and beyond our expectations. After setup Jordan visited our home again to make sure everything is done correctly and work properly.

both of my built in convection microwaves must be replaced(planned obsolesence,) the tech came out and after much research made suggestions THEN the service guys came out and took the trim kit off, measured and said they would not work - not an ideal situation but it saved me a lot of hassle as the appliannces woud have come in and had to be returned

We needed a consultation for a home theater set up. Mitchell was absolutely fantastic and provided all sorts of considerations based on the room size. He helped out with choosing all of the equipment and set up meetings to test out equipment in store. He followed up numerous times to make sure our install and setup went according to plan. I would highly recommend using Best Buy’s home consultation for all of your media needs!

Chris Lowe was a very pleasent, Intelligent, And very informative young man! I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of this project. He explained the new system to me and how it should function. He made recommendations that i am going to do. I called him an hour after our meeting to tell him how impressed i was of him. Our consultant provided us with exactly what we were looking for and that is sound technology recommendations to meet our needs and interests. Our knowledge in this area is very limited at best so to have someone outline the options and what they would provide made our investment decisions comforting. The updates, availability, response times, and follow through as provided by our consultant was outstanding.

we had gotten to headache level on trying to figure out the right size microwave that also had an accompanying kit. Other stores just told us anything would work ( not true). At Best Buy they immediately offered the in home consultation. The consultant came out and listened to what we needed, measured and within a few days we had a list of good solutions to our problems. We made our choice, had a great installer come out that fussed to make everything fit and are so pleased with our microwave!

I needed help purchasing a dishwasher for my older home. I wanted American made and quiet. I was presented with several options and chose the one I wanted. I was very happy with the experience.

Anthony reviewed purchases already made at Best Buy, suggested several changes. When he left, we had made smart home decisions and equipment decisions. It took three more trips to our local best buy to get the equipment right and we're still figuring out how to use it, but we're on the right path. Anthony stopped by to check on installation and was available by phone for some consultation. He also went out of his way to deliver a piece of equipment from a distant store that we didn't have time to pick up,

My mounting of my Sony 950 4K TV was flawless. Mauricio was my installer and was very thorough and professional in explaining all my TV features, along with the full understanding of my mount. I have enjoyed working with my advisor Hunter Lewis, and my salesman Brad at the Legacy store in San Antonio. These guys are very informative with many years of experience in the business. My next project will be for them to install my Klipsch surround sound system.

I am anything but tekkie but I love my "toys" and was in need of updating my 8-9 year old TV in my sunroom. Christian looked at my sunroom which gets a lot of natural light which impacts TV watching during the day. The new TV is great.

We had 3 TV's that need to be wall mounted one of which needed to be connected to a receiver. Jacob guided us through the process. One really big thing Jacob did was to assist me in "cutting the cord". I had been RTC and Jacob patiently assisted me in how to stream. Jacob was very personable and knowledgeable. Kudos for job well done.

I need help with my network, ideas for a home theater and Nest information (doorbell and thermostat). Basically wanted someone to come in and tell me what I needed. Everything suggested was exactly what I wanted. Nothing was pushed to as an up sell. My budget was mentioned and not once did anything out of my budget come up. I walked away with a Nest thermostat, door bell and an Eeros mesh network. I highly recommend the in house consultation to anyone planning on upgrading the tech in your house.

We decided to cut the cord and called our InHome Advisor, Luca Varini, for guidance. Best Buy installed Roku’s on all TV’s and we upgraded and bought a new Samsung TV for the Living Room. We also set up an additional computer monitor in the home office and installed a MyCloud and downloaded our music via an external hard drive. Everything went great and we are always so happy working with Luca and the Best Buy team.
