    Best Best consultant/expert Tarek was so helpful as we upgraded our Sonos system in our home. He was both professional and personable . . . listened to our expectations and recommended the perfect solution for us - so pleased!

    Even though we had some issues with our installations and the long wait for product plus having to change what we ordered on a few occasions, Glenn was always very accommodating and professional. He was probably one of the best customer service professionals that I have had a pleasure to work with. Thank you for being there to try and solve all of our issues, Syndy

    My project was mostly an enhancement of entertainment audio. The existing television was already state-of-the-art. This process began in early June and is only now (September) resolved to my satisfaction. The rep. was polite, competent and cooperative. I spent $8,000 on Best Buy products, mostly of high quality. The techs have been great and helpful in resolving various points of displeasure. In balance, it just didn't produce the outcome of remarkable excellence I expected. In retrospect, I think I may have expected too much and asked for things that were clear in my mind, but which may not have been articulated very clearly to the rep. To satisfy my expectations required numerous emails/phone calls and several visits from persons I believe were of the greatest experience from the Geek staff. Complaints? I had to deal with lots of time off, vacations already scheduled and products sometimes not quite able to produce what I wanted. Convenient? Certainly more so than having to go make many trips to the store myself. Expensive? That's relative, but I felt I was paying a lot for the convenience (and that is most likely a fair thing to do.) Bottom line? If you have a big job that requires networking and overlapping of function, you pretty well need to use in-home consultation. If you are of an age placing you on the other side of the of the retirement hill (as am I) be prepared to switch to an entirely different paradigm and to revise your perhaps too high expectations accordingly. A bad thing? By all means, NO. Too expensive of an outcome? That's relative, but it isn't going to be cheap. As with any service like this, the solution will include only Best Buy products - which is only fair. Worth the hassle? Probably yes. Takeaways? Know what you want. Be clear in expressing your objectives and do not be afraid to say no, that's just too expensive. Don't stop until you feel the entire job has been completed to your satisfaction. Would I do this again? Yes, but on a more limited scope and with more reasonable expectations.

    Good job with a couple problems.

    They did a great job programming my new Logitech remote. They also (mostly) solved our new smart lock problems during installation. There is still an issue, but I think it has more to do with the brand of phone being used, rather than anything they did. They actually figured more out than the Yale help line. I wish they could actually connect wired components (cameras, lights, etc) rather than only just mounting wireless objects.

    We appreciated the individual attention as to our needs and concerns for the purchase of a 75” tv and receiver for our existing Bose System. We’re confident we made the right choice. We were debating as to what to do and the personal attention at our home made our decision clearer. Josh is very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you.

    We were experiencing much stress and frustration with our non-working telephone and computer. We had no clue as to how to fix this. we called Best Buy . Agents Joe and Algardo went to work on solutions. when they were done, a weight was lifted from our lives! Thank you for your great help !! We appreciate them very much.

    Alec knows his stuff it was great that he came to our home so that we did not have to go to the store. When we did have one minor problem with our purchase he solved it in a matter of minutes and again we did not have to go to the store.

    Best Buy sent a knowledgeable and technical person to my home. It is so helpful to have someone come in with expertise. I was having a difficult time trying to figure out if a double oven would fit and how I would modify the cabinet to get it to fit. Our consultant offered the advise and technical knowledge that I needed. I needed help and Best Buy's excellent person helped. It helped to move us forward. Thank you Best Buy for this service.

    Jessica was wonderful. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products, carefully measured the space so that installation will be seamless, and provided high quality, sophisticated advice. She made the daunting project of replacing my refrigerator, microwave, and oven easy and enjoyable. She was very sensitive to my budgetary constraints. I could rate her more highly!

    I always appreciate the Geek Squad. They are professional and listen to what I'd like to achieve. Dustin and Max were great because after talking through my goals, we decided to go with different technology. I so appreciated their recommendations - I now have a Sonos home theater. There is so much value with the Total Tech program!

    We needed help with wi-fi speeds and smart TV. Our consultant gave us fabulous advice including telling us we didn't need to change our service. He gave us a few great suggestions for additional items that would work for us and helped us with sale prices coming at Thanksgiving. I would do this consultation over and over. It was extremely helpful and so wonderful to actually have someone tell us what we have is pretty good!

    NOTE: This review is for the home consultant only. My installation experiences were different. The home consultant did a good job in assessing our needs for a home entertainment system upgrade. He asked questions about our viewing and listening preferences and identified what equipment/services would be needed to make that happen. He then placed the order during the consultation and arranged for the delivery and installation.

    I had some issues finding a washer/dryer to fit under an existing granite counter and whether the delivery team could make it up my 3 flights of narrow staircase of my condo. They sent Jared over to survey the challenges. He called me the same day with several options & arranged a special team to deliver & perform the install. Everyone was prompt, professional & the in-home consultant, JARED, was stellar. The consultation saved several headaches of the appliances not fitting up the stairs or in my laundry area.Thanks!

    I am very pleased with my new TV and soundbar. I had no idea of what TV to select that would best fit the room size. The items purchased were recommended by Matt.     Home Consulation - it's great!

    I used a home consulation for kitchen appliances and laundry appliances. I told them my ideals and received excellent advise on each of the appliances I needed. My advisor had great ideals and was very knowledgeable on the appliances. The warranty and Geek Squad was also explained to me. I did purchase all of the appliances, warranty and Geek Squad which also covers my computers. I will be requesting them again for a home security system

    Awesome experience using the Best Buy Consultant. She reviewed my needs and surveyed the room for my NEE Samsung 65 TV and sound system. May recommendations and also provide some additional ideas which I didn’t even thing of. Truly a great experience in guiding my purchase. Very pleased with the consultation along with the installation. Was completed exactly as detailed. Truly and awesome experience.
