Tiffany came on time in fact alittle but early which was nice. Co.i g from NY you don't always get that. She was very personable explaining the process of what the workers were going to do went over the equipment we were purchasing All in all a great experience had a few laughs it was great. Will ask for her again!

Several Months ago a store employee suggested a home consultant come to our home to asssist us with the purchase of a new washer and dryer! Jordan Vazquez Came to our home, was on time , helpful, knledgeable, professional and dreated the Best of our Purchasing Experience, Recently he came and assisted us in purchasing and having installed a new LLG Microwave! The experience was just as great as be fore!

Chris Lowe was a very pleasent, Intelligent, And very informative young man! I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of this project. He explained the new system to me and how it should function. He made recommendations that i am going to do. I called him an hour after our meeting to tell him how impressed i was of him. I had a great free in home consultation experience with Brett. He was very helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable. As a first time customer he went above an beyond to provide customer service. Brett is truly an asset to the Best Buy organization! Also Geek Squad member David Delgado who really stood out during the installation process. He was very knowledgeable and expressed true professionalism. He as well is a great asset to the Geek Squad team! I would definitely request David for future projects!

TOM GAGNON, is an excellent rep for Best Buy, he returns calls, comes out and measures areas when needed and recommends certain appliance. Explains things and Always a good experience.

I first purchased major appliances from Linsey quite awhile ago, and I've reached out to her twice since because she is trustworthy, knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, goes the extra mile and is HONEST. Others might lie or omit details to avoid extra work or benefit themselves, but that's not her.

Both techs (entertainment & Computer) that were here at the same time were really great. I'm pretty much over the "hump" regarding my ability to work with the really different architecture and appearance of the MacBook vs my old pc. I still have questions; and will probably use the tech service again.

We went in to compare prices and buy a washer and dryer. Your consultant, Emmanuel Rodriguez, was knowledgeable, knew the machines and what they could do, found exactly what we were looking for at the right price. From now on I will go to Best Buy first. If I hear of anyone interested in a washer and dryer, I would recommend Emmanuel to talk to.

Needed a new TV for new apartment. Walked in and was greeted by Ryan. He showed me TVs in my desired price range and took the time to explain the difference in each model available. Very knowledgeable and friendly. After deciding we talked about mounts and installation. The process was very quick and easy. I left feeling confident that I made the right choices.

We started a remodel kitchen project and decided to go with Best Buy for our appliance needs. Sean Callaway has been an amazing consultant throughout the project from availability to expertise and follow up! We would recommend Sean and would not hesitate to request his service again.

We've been in the market for a fridge and decided to return to Best Buy and purchase now while it was on sale. We had just purchased a dishwasher a week and a half earlier and only with our consultant Lorri. We could have waited until later in the year since our current fridge was still working.

We needed help with limited space in built in wall cabinet, Francisco suggested to use Swivel tv mount to upgrade tv size upto 90" and he successfully installed 60" Samsung Q60 tv during Covid time. We're very grateful for all services and enjoying tv from last one year. I would suggest Best Buys install services for tv, for any situation. Thanks,

As always Eric delivers again. I called him up letting him know I needed a tv setup for a family member that is staying with us. Eric provided great guidance on tv selection and got us on the schedule for install quickly. Couldn’t recommend Eric enough!

We looked at several washer and dryers online. We went into BestBuy with hopes to bring home a washer and dryer that day. They advised us to have one of their laundry advisor experts to come into our home so that they knew the type of space we were working with and could help us pick out exactly what we wanted and needed. The advisor was very knowledgeable and extremely polite and we are so satisfied with our new washer and dryer combo!

Justin came to my home listen to what i wanted in an outdoor sound system and then made suggestions by telling me about the different speakers, amp etc. i have since had the system installed and it sounds wonderful. Zach did the install and he has done other installs at my house by the geek squad. I am completely happy and will use the services again.

Bruno did an exceptional job finding a needle in a haystack. My oven has a unique width and is a gas oven. Through diligent searching around the So. Cal. area, he found "the one" oven that I wanted. One of the installers was very knowledgeable and was helpful in responding to my multiple questions.

Zach is the man! His help from the start is the reason I chose the equipment I did. He took the time to ensure all of my questions were answered and even made a site visit to my home before install; just to double check it would all work according to plan. I am happy with the result.

I am very happy with the service provided by Best Buy staff. Starting with initial consultation with Joseph, and the follow up with Tony. They both guided me through product selection, set up, and installation, which was done by their assigned expert crew. They are now doing an amazing job with post installation follow up and issue resolution. I appreciate it a lot.

Our consultant provided us with exactly what we were looking for and that is sound technology recommendations to meet our needs and interests. Our knowledge in this area is very limited at best so to have someone outline the options and what they would provide made our investment decisions comforting. The updates, availability, response times, and follow through as provided by our consultant was outstanding.
