We went in to compare prices and buy a washer and dryer. Your consultant, Emmanuel Rodriguez, was knowledgeable, knew the machines and what they could do, found exactly what we were looking for at the right price. From now on I will go to Best Buy first. If I hear of anyone interested in a washer and dryer, I would recommend Emmanuel to talk to.

We stopped in the store to ask about ways to expand our wifi. The sales associate told us about the free home consultation program. We scheduled for the next day while in store. We got an email with a picture of the consultant who was coming. She came on time and answered all of our questions about wifi, specific to our home. She gave us different ideas for products in various cost levels.

Jared is a star. From start to finish. He came to our home and made suggestions that not only fit but made sense. Sorry Tinsel Town I have a theater at home now. And the refreshments are cheaper. Thank you Jared Bradshaw and Best Buy.

We took advantage of the Best us consulting services and couldn’t be happier. We were going to add a 75” tv and mount two others. The in-home consultant went through all of our options to include advising us on the new 75” tv and the mounting of a 65 inch and a 55 inch. We ordered ever needed through the consultant and a week later the Geek Squad came to the house to install. Couldn’t be happier with the process and the end results. Love our new Samsung and having all 3 TVs mounted on the wall!

We purchased a new small tv from best buy and needed help with setting it up to our other speakers. The two guys that set it up did a fantastic job . We have purchased other tv's and appliances from best buy and have always had great service from them.

We needed help with limited space in built in wall cabinet, Francisco suggested to use Swivel tv mount to upgrade tv size upto 90" and he successfully installed 60" Samsung Q60 tv during Covid time. We're very grateful for all services and enjoying tv from last one year. I would suggest Best Buys install services for tv, for any situation. Thanks,

I wish I had discussed my security camera and system plans with this advisor before I purchased things and installed my system. Anthony was informed, experienced, and extremely helpful. He explained everything perfectly and gave me some suggestions and directions to fix my problems and get things back on a solid track. I will be back in touch with him. Excellent!

Emmanuel and Cesar came to install my new washer and dryer and they were great!!! This was the third time Best Buy guys came out to try to hook up my washer and dryer due to location of where they go. Part of install problems was due to me and part was install guys. Emmanuel and Cesar were the only ones who were able to hook them up. I am so happy.

So we are building a home and trying to figure out everything we need to have it wired properly during the build so we don’t have to go back later and cut everything open again. I told the consultant what I want and we figured what I can do during construction so all the infrastructure is there at finish. We even figured how to set it up so when new technology comes in the future it can easily be upgraded. Great brainstorming session!

We needed help finding appliances that not only fit in our new home but that also fit our budget Jack Green did an amazing job of making sure all our questions were answered and was very kind and patient. He did a great job in helping us pick what would work best to in our home.

Jorge measured the space available for the appliances I wanted and provided a quote quickly. The price was below what I found on the internet and below what I expected to pay. Jorge made it clear what to expect from the delivery. The in-home service was much better than what I could accomplish in-store because measurements were made on-site. Advice was given based on actual observations.

Angela and the install team did exactly what was needed. Our new 65 inch Samsung with sound bar looks and sounds great. They were efficient and left no boxes or trash....no fuss, no muss. Thanks Best Buy.

Tiffany came on time in fact alittle but early which was nice. Co.i g from NY you don't always get that. She was very personable explaining the process of what the workers were going to do went over the equipment we were purchasing All in all a great experience had a few laughs it was great. Will ask for her again!

We wanted assistance selecting speakers and installation, as well as a suitable cabinet for our pre-wired home theater. Joseph was perfect! He identified the best speakers, found sales and confirmed setup and installation. Seamless and responsive to our project.

Overall pleased from the sale to installation. On the day of install we discovered what was sold for one of the rooms would not work with the overall spund system. Was advised to return it on my own. Would have been nice for Geek Squad to return it on my behalf. Other than that the job was not left as clean as it was before they arrived.

We wanted to add a Bluetooth Transmitter and ear set, in addition to replacing our old TV. Patrick was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He understood our particular needs and recommended the optimum system that satisfied our requirements.

Aaron went above and beyond providing the best of customer service. He advised me on products that I needed without any pressure, and ensured that my home wiring was right for the devices I wanted. He even advised the Geek Squad while they were here installing devices. It was very reassuring for Aaron to have my back, ensuring all installations were done correctly.

Chris Yee was so great to work with when i did an initial installation at my house, that i reached out to him 4 years later when it was time for an upgrade. After that, when i needed additional work, i reached out to him immediately. He is responsive, and cares not only about the equipment choices, but how the work is accomplished. He has high standards and does a great job.
