Working with Rendee was great. She knew so much about the product and more. Offered services I didn’t believe BestBuy had. Needed a washer and dryer set. She came in assisted with measuring and got the perfect units.

We needed to replace several kitchen appliances. David came to our home and helped us determine what would work based on our space and our wants. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Very patient and flexible through the process. Can’t imagine how we would have managed it all without him.

I was tentative to schedule an in home advisor, fearful of high pricing due to up-sells and commissions. It was exactly the opposite. Devon listened to my project goals, and after a few questions and suggestions he was able to give me a proposal that not only exceeded my expectations for tech but also in pricing! Highly recommend an in home advisor. He thought of solutions to problems I didn’t even know existed. Had I tried to do this my self I would have met with frustration.

First of all, Jason was top notch. Never had an experience like this before. I needed to replace my washer/dryer, and look at some other areas in my home. He was very knowledgable, professional, and helpful. Everything went smooth from the start. From picking out brands, colors, models, and specific features i wanted, all the way down to the awsome simple payment process, i could not have asked for better experience. Emmanuel and Cesar came to install my new washer and dryer and they were great!!! This was the third time Best Buy guys came out to try to hook up my washer and dryer due to location of where they go. Part of install problems was due to me and part was install guys. Emmanuel and Cesar were the only ones who were able to hook them up. I am so happy.

From the beginning of the sale with Santana to the installation of the products with Jake and Jason, the process was smooth, on time and on the mark! I had a bad experience prior to going to Best Buy with product purchase and installation. Santana and the Geek Squad made the purchase of my A/V equipment an excellent experience!

we looked on line and pretty much knew what we wanted but we wanted to see our options, live, in a store. We went into Best Buy and did see what we wanted but needed an exact measurement taken of our cabinet area. They suggested the in-home consultation for a measurement and to give us all of our options. It was free and no obligation. They guy came out and we made the purchase right then and there in our home .... with the best price. It was great!

Keshawn is excellent. We listened to our needs. To our knowledge of technology. He suggested different products (t.v.) to show us the differences. Not only in quality, user friendly and of course cost. He followed it thru from purchase to installation. He is the best ever.

I was so impressed with our advisor. The choice I made for my stovetop was incorrect due to measurements. Our advisor found an alternative that worked. He I also gave us a better dishwasher choice recommendation. He then added an additional Geek Squad visit for our home security system cameras since I had difficulty navigating this by the Geek Squad site online. He took care of all of our home needs. I highly recommend this service!

We needed a consultation for a home theater set up. Mitchell was absolutely fantastic and provided all sorts of considerations based on the room size. He helped out with choosing all of the equipment and set up meetings to test out equipment in store. He followed up numerous times to make sure our install and setup went according to plan. I would highly recommend using Best Buy’s home consultation for all of your media needs!

For several years we have made purchases with Best Buy…without a doubt Xavier C. Is always so helpful. He really knows the merchandise. He has helped us for several years now with many purchases.

Jacob was very helpful throughout the purchasing process; however, Best Buy coordination for delivery and installation was problematic. Please have Best Buy management call me to discuss the process beyond that of purchasing, which would include delivery and installation.

I wish I had discussed my security camera and system plans with this advisor before I purchased things and installed my system. Anthony was informed, experienced, and extremely helpful. mohamed was my in home consultation specialist. very knowledgeable about the products i had been contemplating buying. i had the in home consult to ensure that the items i wanted to buy would fit properly before purchase. he came in he measured. he assured me that the product would be stable on the wall that i chose and explained the entire process of the installation so that there were no surprises on the day of install. very happy with this service, would definitely use in home consultation again if the need arises.

We decided to cut the cord and called our InHome Advisor, Luca Varini, for guidance. Best Buy installed Roku’s on all TV’s and we upgraded and bought a new Samsung TV for the Living Room. We also set up an additional computer monitor in the home office and installed a MyCloud and downloaded our music via an external hard drive. Everything went great and we are always so happy working with Luca and the Best Buy team.

We needed counsel on a wide range of items from appliances to home theater (in 2 rooms) and even home gaming for our kids, along with whole house WiFi. Bryan Herrera is a rock star who knows so much about many departments. His advice is smart and practical. Thank you Bryan!

It was so nice to have someone with the knowledge and experience to guide us in what and how to make our TV install everything we wanted! He helped us understand the how's and why's of the options available so that we could benefit the most from our purchase.

Changed homes and new needed a number of items: new mount for existing TV, new TV for bedroom, new laptop, computer monitor and speakers. John helped me choose every component and set up convenient day to install. Love that I can get advice, arrange delivery and installation with ease.

The new computer, monitor, wireless mouse and keyboard, speakers and HP printer recommended by Matt are great and we are really enjoying this long overdue upgrade to our home computer system.
