My wife and I had been researching for several months and we kind of knew what we wanted. The most important appliances were the refrigerator and then the dishwasher. The microwave and oven was the least important. Our advisor measured all the spaces to make sure what we wanted fit. He also measure the space in our laundry room for future purchase of washer and dryer. All in all it was a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Callagan listened to our objective carefully and "got it". He found the product that meets our needs, didn't try to "over sell" and when we checked out he found all of the benefits and bonuses that we were entitled to. Good work and a pleasant experience.

Erin, our in home consultant came to our house to assure us that we were getting the right size TV for our space and the right TV for our family. He also assured us that we were purchasing everything we needed to get our TV installed quickly. He was right on all accounts. Very personable, professional and helpful! The following week, when the Geek Squad came to install, they were amazing as well! Neat, friendly and professional. I would recommend Best Buy services to all of my family and friends.

Eric Roadruck was awesome! I was torn between the 85" Sony and a home projector. He assessed my basement gave me the best options that would give the best picture quality and sound. He even found the tv on sale so I got so much more bang for my buck! We don't get out to the movies hardly anymore but it feels like we are at an actual theatre! He was spot on and my family and I absolutely love our home theatre!!! Thank you Eric!

Glen skillfully guided me through the process of selecting a refrigerator and dishwasher. When they arrived, they fit perfectly thanks to his accurate measurements. I very much appreciate his expertise.

We stopped in the store to ask about ways to expand our wifi. The sales associate told us about the free home consultation program. We scheduled for the next day while in store. We got an email with a picture of the consultant who was coming. She came on time and answered all of our questions about wifi, specific to our home. She gave us different ideas for products in various cost levels.

Nolan and Ethan did a fantastic job in taking down our recently installed Sony 77" TV and adding a Sonos ARC soundbar. They then fine tuned the output and explained how to operate the new sound system. Their technical expertice coupled with their people skills made this a very nice experience.

Our expert, Luis Delgado, was very helpful especially because he is bilingual! He listened to us, answered all of our questions, showed us a lot of options until we found what we wanted. He is kind, very professional, and excellent!

My home presented some serious wi-fi issues since it has numerous brick and stone interior walls. The consultant determined that an Eero system would definitely help. Additionally, he provided excellent tips for the installation of Sonos wireless speakers to provide a nice sound system throughout the house. He helped order the equipment and set up an installation time. The equipment was installed and works beautifully. No more wi-fi issues and the sound is great.

We needed assistance with selecting TV's, air conditioners and washer and dryer. His guidance was well within our budget and his knowledge was fantastic as he explained all the options the equipment had. Great experience from the purchasing to installation. Thanks again!

We got everything installed for us, but unfortunately we still don't have the enhanced sound quality that we are supposed to have. Instead of being connected through the eARC HDMI cable, we are currently connected through an optical cable.

Excellent service! Gerard did an amazing job. I actually didn't even know about this service but when I purchased my new phone at best buy the sales associate( also wonderful) told me about the in home service..I didnt feel rushed at all I felt important and like Gerard really liked his job.When someone loves there job and is exceptional at it like he is it shows!! I will purchase all my items for my new home at Best Buy and you can thank him for that.:) Great program you guys put together. Thank you

Excellent knowledge of tech! Very friendly. His understanding of our home stereo system and audio integration helped us troubleshoot something that 3 others in store plus the manager could not figure out.

My mounting of my Sony 950 4K TV was flawless. Mauricio was my installer and was very thorough and professional in explaining all my TV features, along with the full understanding of my mount. I have enjoyed working with my advisor Hunter Lewis, and my salesman Brad at the Legacy store in San Antonio. These guys are very informative with many years of experience in the business. My next project will be for them to install my Klipsch surround sound system.

We needed a new printer. The whole process from help in store to select the right one for our needs, the scheduling of delivery and install, checking out at the register and then actually having someone deliver and install the printer on the day and time we selected was flawless. Each person was helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Kudos to the whole team!

We were incredibly pleased that we chose Best Buy to install and mount of 75" t.v. as well as sound bar. They needed to add a cable outlet and we're glad we chose to have them do this over the cable co. They were very thoughtful with where they put the wire so that it wouldn't be seen. John was incredibly helpful. He answered all of our questions and didn't leave until he was sure that we all understood how to work the universal remote and all the gadgets that he hooked up for us. Very pleased with the service!!!!!!

Kelsey was top shelf, caring, helpful, kind, knowledgable, went the extra mile, and was just a terrific human! I am so glad that I had the opportunity to work with him and really he did the work! He saved me money, helped with little issues and coordinated timely delivery. God bless him and his family and all who have the opportunity to work with him.

Aaron went above and beyond providing the best of customer service. He advised me on products that I needed without any pressure, and ensured that my home wiring was right for the devices I wanted. He even advised the Geek Squad while they were here installing devices. It was very reassuring for Aaron to have my back, ensuring all installations were done correctly.

These folks know what they are doing! Brad was courteous, punctual, and most importantly, knowledgeable. We laid out a plan and budget, and he set everything into motion. Everything happened as he said it would...on time! Installers were absolutely phenomenal. I was so pleased, I've already asked Brad to help with some of our other properties.

We needed help in our theater room and a tv for a bedroom downstairs. Tyler’s consultative visit was extremely helpful and the two service techs from the Geek Squad were really exceptional in somehow miraculously solving some rather complex problems with sound in the theater room. I would not hesitate to use the again.
