Our refrigerator was not properly installed. We had it replaced and it was then working except for no water and ice. A crew came back out and fixed the problem which was a kinked water line. This was replaced. The last crew did the job. We bought four kitchen appliances in all. Three of them were either dented, cracked or scratched. I think this was due to handling.

Our Consultant was prompt, prepped and knowledgeable about all that is tech and in home appliances. He was able to recognize pros/cons to a variety of options and listened to our concerns. This is the best thing we have done for upgrading to a SMART home and buying new kitchen appliances with ease and confidence. HIGHLY recommend!

What a great experience. I contact Best Buy. The salesman showed up on time and gave me a timely quote. The install was scheduled and they showed up in time. The Geek Squad was professional and experienced. They even vacuumed!!!!!! The whole experience was excellent. In todays world of lack of customer service this was great! Thanks

I was looking to cut the cable cord and needed information on the best router and wifi options for my home. I was very pleased to learn that a Best Buy home consultant would come to my home and answer my questions without costing me anything. Tim D. was very knowledgeable and made product-specific recommendations. I have followed through with those recommendations and am very pleased with my new router and wifi products.

Jorge measured the space available for the appliances I wanted and provided a quote quickly. The price was below what I found on the internet and below what I expected to pay. Jorge made it clear what to expect from the delivery. The in-home service was much better than what I could accomplish in-store because measurements were made on-site. Advice was given based on actual observations.

we had gotten to headache level on trying to figure out the right size microwave that also had an accompanying kit. Other stores just told us anything would work ( not true). At Best Buy they immediately offered the in home consultation. The consultant came out and listened to what we needed, measured and within a few days we had a list of good solutions to our problems. We made our choice, had a great installer come out that fussed to make everything fit and are so pleased with our microwave!

Chris Yee was so great to work with when i did an initial installation at my house, that i reached out to him 4 years later when it was time for an upgrade. After that, when i needed additional work, i reached out to him immediately. He is responsive, and cares not only about the equipment choices, but how the work is accomplished. He has high standards and does a great job.

These guys were sensitive to COVID safety protocols. One remembered being here before, the work done and our learning style. They explained things so well and were very efficient. They worked well as a team and anticipated what I might want to know about, but didn't know to ask. I can't say enough about these two and am so glad to have the chance to brag them up. Others in the company need to know how good these two guys are.

Ryan measured the area of the range and dishwasher. It is a rather tight arrangement with the dishwasher door having to clear the range's handle. In fact, he measured it a second time to make certain he was accurate. He knew which range I wanted and the second runner up. He felt quite sure the range I wanted would work but he wanted to check its measurements with the store display. Turns out my 1st choice would work. He handled the purchase via the phone.

They came and installed my TV and when I told them that their colleagues were coming out the next day to install my ring doorbell. they asked if i had received the doorbell and when i responded yes, they installed it for me and gave me some advice abour another ring product for my back porch and saved another group of staff to come out. Great teamwork and customer service!

We recently downsized from a large house to an apartment and were looking for a way to add light to our space. Evvon was able to view our space and help us plan smart home lighting fixtures that could be purchased all at once or individually to spread out the cost. The in home consultation was definitely the way to go. We are thrilled with the suggestions and overall plan that Evvon presented in his proposal—can’t wait to start implementing our smart home lighting!

Garson is very good at what he does and helped determine exactly what needed and it turned out great. I would highly recommend him. His expertise is very valuable Thanks Again.

Ben spent a great deal of time checking prior installation by a third party that was contracted for my installation and setting up corrective action and explaining everything required to set my system up correctly. He set up a very fast action plan with the polished geek squad experts to correct and complete every detail of the work required and followed up with multiple call backs to ensure customer satisfaction. I could not have asked for better help and advice.

Home consultation was excellent! Rob did a great job combining my goals for the room with the room itself and his knowledge of the products Best Buy offers to recommend a package I couldn’t be happier with!

I needed to replace 2 old speakers, a failing printer, and a weak Wi-fi in the house. Justin is a terrific person to work with and I appreciate his demeanor and knowledge. In a short amount of time, my new 'replacement items' were ordered, delivered within a few days and the Geek Squad put it all together a few days after that. I'm a happy camper!

Francesco has designed and set up installation for 3 home theatre systems for me at 2 different homes. All three systems were custom to the room size and use. Francesco did the final tuning and came back as needed to get the systems where I wanted them to be. I was more than satisfied with everything.

WE wanted to see what could be done with a camera system for the outside of our house. WE contacted the in house consultant and set up an appointment. He was on time and helped immensely with selecting the equipment needed to meet my needs.

Anthony reviewed purchases already made at Best Buy, suggested several changes. When he left, we had made smart home decisions and equipment decisions. It took three more trips to our local best buy to get the equipment right and we're still figuring out how to use it, but we're on the right path. Anthony stopped by to check on installation and was available by phone for some consultation. He also went out of his way to deliver a piece of equipment from a distant store that we didn't have time to pick up,
