I need help with my network, ideas for a home theater and Nest information (doorbell and thermostat). Basically wanted someone to come in and tell me what I needed. Everything suggested was exactly what I wanted. Nothing was pushed to as an up sell. My budget was mentioned and not once did anything out of my budget come up. I walked away with a Nest thermostat, door bell and an Eeros mesh network. I highly recommend the in house consultation to anyone planning on upgrading the tech in your house.

Went in March 1st to purchase washer/dryer set. Bryan Roy consulted me on various brands. This guy was brilliant. Knew features and patient. He guided my purchase through sale and delivery.

Grant conducted my in-home consultation and was a true professional. His knowledge and advice is priceless. He took in my vision and ideas for my living room entertainment system and my basement home theater. Grant gave me several options within my budget to provide a first rate system and included some equipment I already owned. He made the entire process painless. Anyone wanting to install/upgrade an entertainment system should get an in-home consultation right away; it’s a win-win.

We needed help with our TV viewing issues. Steve was able to identify why our old TV was slow. He recommended a complete solution. Now that it is installed, we are very happy with the entire process and I would suggest everyone to utilize the consultation and installation service.

Great customer service. My appointment for my call was on Saturday and Benjamin helped me on Thursday. I was going to make a purchase well over the price I needed and he helped me narrow it down to a better option for my need. Thank you sir. This is why I will purchase everything I need through best buy. Employees like Benjamin is the only reason I shop a giant corporate stores. Thank you again.

So we are building a home and trying to figure out everything we need to have it wired properly during the build so we don’t have to go back later and cut everything open again. I told the consultant what I want and we figured what I can do during construction so all the infrastructure is there at finish. We even figured how to set it up so when new technology comes in the future it can easily be upgraded. Great brainstorming session!

Excellent service from Josh in magnolia. He went above and beyond to answer my questions and followed up. His real world experience provided me guidance on building my HT setup including advice on AVRs their calibration tech. I ended up purchasing a Denon AVR, and Martin Logan floor speakers.

We are beyond EXCITED about our new sound system purchased at Best Buy and installed by the Geek Squad. We experienced professionalism from start to finish. While we experienced a hiccup, Alex remedied the problem and delivered as promised!! The Garland household is IMPRESSED and ROCKING with our new sound system!!!

We had a problem with our dishwasher so called Best Buy to make an appointment for service. It was a very nice experience. The technician was extremely polite and very thorough. He came back a week later with a new part and installed it.

I was having difficulty with measurements for new appliances and wanted to be sure there would be no difficulties with selections. Also, the space for my refrigerator butts up against a wall. Needed assistance selecting a refrigerator that would work better than a side by side. Consultant very knowledgeable and helpful with selection of new appliances. Has also followed up on products that were damaged upon delivery.

We were looking to upgrade a 13 year old flat panel 37” TV. Was not sure of the correct size to go for to fit the room and one TV over another and the differences. To have someone from Best Buy come to our home, size up what we needed, offer suggestions and then do all the “paperwork” there and then for a new TV was great. All of it from setting up appointment, consult and install came off without a hitch.

i needed a change of location for my tv and chose a wall mount. The Geek Squad reps were professional and advised me I didn't need a couple of items that were pre-ordered. All went well.

Taylor was very knowledgeable on what it would require to have a good home theatre system and provided various ideas which would go with my setup in a very cost effective way.

Tom got to our home a few minutes after I returned from BB. He reviewed what we needed to do for our new TV installation as well as the relocation of 2 other TVs. He's very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He also showed us how to save $$$ w/ his suggestions. Deb & I were very pleased & appreciative of this in-home service.
