Rob Leiden did a great job working on our home theater. He recommended items after looking over the project and thoroughly discussing with us what we wanted to accomplish. We couldn't be happier with our new Samsung 75" 4K TV, Bose Smart Sound Bar, and Bose Base Module. We absolutely got a much better end result by utilizing "Home Expert" services.

We wanted to upgrade our over the air TV recording system and improve the WiFi range. Austin, by phone suggested a package of devices to accomplish that. He quickly understood our needs and responded.

The consultant was great. He measured all of the existing opening and got us the right appliances for the best price. He even went so far as to help us get some additional discount with the price match when Best Buy lowered it a few days later. I was very happy with the process and program overall. I would highly recommended using them and will use them the next time the opportunity presents itself.

Callagan listened to our objective carefully and "got it". He found the product that meets our needs, didn't try to "over sell" and when we checked out he found all of the benefits and bonuses that we were entitled to. Good work and a pleasant experience.

We needed help with our TV viewing issues. Steve was able to identify why our old TV was slow. He recommended a complete solution. Now that it is installed, we are very happy with the entire process and I would suggest everyone to utilize the consultation and installation service.

We needed a new washing machine as the old one quit working after 12 years. Linsey was absolutely wonderful in helping us sort out the different options available on the new machines. My wife is legally blind and she needed something that would be easy to operate. Linsey helped us select the perfect machine. I highly recommend Linsey and Best Buy.

Ryan Dodge is the best! His expertise around hi fidelity stereo equipment is second to none. Ryan was not only an amazing advisor on the amps, record players, and speakers, he also was diligent in ensuring I received everything I wanted and supported me with set up. He and the team at the Richfield Best Buy are simply great!

Electronics is not my thing, this was always handled by my late husband. I decided to go into the store hoping to find someone to help me to replace/setup new televisions and sound systems in several rooms in my home. That was the best decision I made because I received amazing help and am very satisfied with the results.

Having a home consultation made shopping for needed kitchen appliances during a supply chain crisis easy. Consultant knew his product well and was able to help me zone in on what was available and what would fit in my small kitchen. I was confident that when the items came they would work. He was also helpful in keeping track of the changing ETA's

We recently scheduled a free home consultation relative to updating our entertainment system. Scott Hill was the consultant who came to our home to address our questions and to offer suggestions and recommendations. We were extremely impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and also how respectful he was. We made the purchases that same day!

He did a great job assigning a great installation team and his selection of products was top notch. Only issue was after the installation. I wanted a 5 year extended warranty however Elvis did not call me back after leaving several messages. I finally went to the store and bought the warranties there. The store was very helpful in getting it done.

I have made a number of purchases from Best Buy this year. Abdul has been exceedingly helpful throughout each process. I have recommended Best Buy and Abdul to friends and neighbors. Total Tech has been worth every penny. I plan to make more major purchases and will always make Best Buy and Abdul my first consideration.

John is has fantastic expertise and explains things very clearly. He has excellent follow-up on questions. I would recommend him to anyone. He made the purchasing experience smooth and quick.

Cameron was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented. He helped identify produces that were perfect for my family’s household and life style - being mindful of product excellence that would be within our budget. It was a great experience.

The team there was responsive too all of our needs coming to our condo to do a review of the current state of our system and making recommendations from there. While it was a bit more expensive than we thought it would be, the quality of service and complete integration of all our sources made that well worth while! Highly recommend Cassius and his colleagues.

I wanted to purchase and mount 2 Tv’s in my new house! Never had a Tv mounted before… My in home advisor was very helpful, and knowledgeable about all the service and products Best Buy has to offer. He was also very professional and understanding. He helped make this a very smooth process! I’d most definitely recommend a Best Buy in home advisor too all of my family and friends.

Dave came to our new house while it was still under construction. He gave excellent recommendations for our new sound and video setup. It was exactly what I was looking for. The installation was smooth, and quick. The remotes and apps were demonstrated and everything worked immediately. This was a great service.

The guys that came to our house were so professional and friendly. They made sure everything was set up correctly and that we felt comfortable with using our new TV's and sound system!!
