We needed help with TV selection, mounting, home theater, and media accessibility. Randall Davis from the Memphis store was excellent and would recommend him to anyone. However, Nakia Lewis and the Jackson store did not show up for the appointment and waited over six weeks for them to call me and reschedule after calling and texting on multiple attempts. They never called. Thank goodness Best Buy has Randall or they would have received one star.

We took advantage of the Best us consulting services and couldn’t be happier. We were going to add a 75” tv and mount two others. The in-home consultant went through all of our options to include advising us on the new 75” tv and the mounting of a 65 inch and a 55 inch. We ordered ever needed through the consultant and a week later the Geek Squad came to the house to install. Couldn’t be happier with the process and the end results. Love our new Samsung and having all 3 TVs mounted on the wall!

We needed help planning, scoping and executing on an outdoor entertaining space that included a TV and sound system. Kurt helped to guide us through all of the options for our space and budget, and was extremely helpful as we had to make adjustments on the fly.

Tarek was an excellent consultant. Helped me pick a new television system and also encouraged me to use some of what I had that could still work well. He was patient and thorough. I've already referred him to 2 friends!

I was looking for a fridge. Cristhian was very helpful and guided me through a few options to select the best fit. At the time my best fridge wasn't available in store, so he quickly made sure that we would get the one with reasonable timeframe. Very professional and responsive

Our Home Expert is exceptional. He is highly knowledgeable about Best Buy products and always helps us choose the products that best meet our needs. He routinely stays in touch with us during the decision and the purchase process, he makes all arrangements for delivery and installation, and then he follows up again after the installation just to make sure we are 100% pleased with our purchase.

Kyle did an excellent job at managing my kitchen project. There were quite a few bumps along the way but he always did his best to solve the issue and treat me fairly and professionally. He responded quickly to all my requests and inquiries and was knowledgeable about the products.

We needed help with a home theater, TV, and sound system install, Kurt was great. We went through a few recommendations for equipment, and I am very happy with the final product.

Ashley is the best. I have used her for serval projects around the house she is so knowledgeable of products and listens to my needs to find the right product. She went above and beyond on this trip and met me at the store that afternoon to make sure we liked the products selected.

Needed help in selecting the right home security system. The Best Buy team knew the features of the various options. The installation team was very professional and worked with us to pick the best locations. Easy process all around.

Chuck Beck did an excellent job!!!...I wanted a home surround sound system and he set me up with the perfect system to meet my needs. He offered me the different options and clearly explained the differences between the systems. He had me come in to the store to hear the system I was interested in. I am very pleased with my experience. I have referred neighbors to Chuck due to my very satisfied experience.

Went in looking for an electric stove and microwave and Myra was excellent at helping me pick the right one and for a great deal she was very professional and was able to answer all my questions.

Jon was very helpful and patient with us explaining what we needed to fix our Denon setup. We’ve been really frustrated on not getting our system to work and Jon gave us tips and showed us what we need to do. He never tried to sell us anything we didn’t need. Jon is great at what he does and I would recommend him to anyone

The consultation was good, but the Geek Squad tech was great. He was prompt, thorough and honest with me. Unfortunately, he couldn't tell me what I wanted to hear, but he told me the facts. The fact is a component in my Home Theater set-up needs replacing. He set-up and made sure everything was integrated correctly. He explained his theory as to why the component wasn't working properly in a logic and concise manner. I appreciate his professionalism and level of expertise. I will definitely use the Geek Squad in the future.

My tv is going out, it is hard for me to get to the store. I got a hold of Steven Lim and he took care of everything for me on the phone, including helping me purchase a TV, installation, and instruction on how to use the TV remote. Only problem is that I accepted his proposal and have already paid for it and Steve set up the delivery day. Now, today I get an email asking me to review the prosposal and pay for it so the project can go through. ????????????????

Overall, I thought the in home consultation was pretty helpful. The suggestions that were made were good ones. In fact, some issues were pointed out that I hadn't even thought of. The only suggestion that I'd give anyone would be to expect some "up-selling" to more expensive solutions. I accepted the ones that made the most sense to me and declined the others. There was no push back or pressure, which I appreciated. Would I do an in home consult again? Yes.

I can't speak highly enough about Molly Remirez, Mario, and Michael Laymon. I was in the middle of caring for my dying father and needed home security set up immediately. The kindness, knowledge and swiftness that each of these people showed me was unparalleled. Mario and Michael had to be in my father's home during a very dire part of his life. They showed compassion, respect and professionalism that you rarely find these days. These people should be applauded by Best Buy management.

James D, our Advisor, was of immense help when we decided to update to a SmartTV. He arranged everything and handled all the last minute change ups as well. The install team was polite and thorough as they de-installed that prior mounting system and put in the new one. I had to use online consulting because of COVID restrictions, however I am happy that I did and would definitely use James D. as our Advisor again.
