Paul was my home expert and he did a fabulous job in providing me suggestions on product offerings and took me through every step of the process from product review, purchasing and scheduling the delivery and installation. He under no pressure forced us to buy anything and even found us great deals. I plan to use the service again soon for added tech setups in the future.

My in home consultation with Santiago was not what I expected. He spent two hours explaining what size tv I needed and where to put it in my living room and bedroom. He also helped me relocate my WiFi so I could work in my office at home. Santiago, also help me shop on line for everything I needed for the installation. Santiago made a follow up call to msure everything went well. I recommend this service to everyone that is not sure what they want or need. Santiago keep up the great work!!!

Matt Hill did a fantastic job of advising on which speakers to purchase. He asked a lot of questions to assess which products would be best suited to deliver what I wanted, and he took his time to explain everything and answer my questions. Additionally, Matt was my go-to person throughout the entire transaction. I didn't have to deal with anyone else. I highly recommend this service, and Matt Hill.

Electronics is not my thing, this was always handled by my late husband. I decided to go into the store hoping to find someone to help me to replace/setup new televisions and sound systems in several rooms in my home. That was the best decision I made because I received amazing help and am very satisfied with the results.

Mia was very helpful selecting a new TV, soundbar, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher! She visited the home, took measurements, and worked with me on the best value option. I decided to stagger the purchases and she was extremely patient with me making my decisions over time.

I don’t think a lot of people realize they can get this sort of in home consultation, quickly and at no cost. For those of us who don’t have the time or inclination to constantly explore the latest technology, having an expert drop by the house is really useful.

Ryan Dodge is the best! His expertise around hi fidelity stereo equipment is second to none. Ryan was not only an amazing advisor on the amps, record players, and speakers, he also was diligent in ensuring I received everything I wanted and supported me with set up. He and the team at the Richfield Best Buy are simply great!

Best Buy is the first place I turn to for all my home needs and Christmas shopping.

Megan Schilling did a great job of educating us on our audio options and adding other products like Nest to our home. She also made sure the Best Buy team was able to find our location (not on Google or Apple maps yet) and that all of our remaining service calls were handled properly.

The team was very helpful with getting things set up, they placed all of the components into our space and rewired the speakers to the receiver so it would be clean sound. They set up all the menus and tested the different components and were very friendly and knowledgeable.

I love my appliances that the consultant, Noe, helped me choose. The fridge was delayed due to weather. The store and warehouse managers both worked to get the delivery to me asap, only 3 days later. Communication was excellent in the process and they exceeded expectations in making sure I was happy when it was taken care of. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I have made a number of purchases from Best Buy this year. Abdul has been exceedingly helpful throughout each process. I have recommended Best Buy and Abdul to friends and neighbors. Total Tech has been worth every penny. I plan to make more major purchases and will always make Best Buy and Abdul my first consideration.

Dave came to our new house while it was still under construction. He gave excellent recommendations for our new sound and video setup. It was exactly what I was looking for. The installation was smooth, and quick. The remotes and apps were demonstrated and everything worked immediately. This was a great service.

We were very satisfied with the expertise of our recent consultation with your Tech Expert, Carla Cervantes!! She is exceptionable in her field and very knowledgeable in answering all our questions !! We are an elderly couple and her help and kindness was beyond measure !!

David came to install new speakers in my bedroom. It turned out that the wiring installed by our home's prior owner was not functional. David had to install new wiring, which he did expertly. He also helped me with an issue with the speakers in our living room. He was great!

We had a new TV installed by Best Buy, had 3 other TV’s relocated, added Fire stick and antennas. Womack and the installers were professional, diligent and very personable. Their instructions on how to use the products were spot on.

The representative, Jonathan Macklin was courteous and extremely helpful in addressing our needs for developing a smart home. After our discussion of our needs Mr. Macklin was very timely in providing written details and costs for this venture. Mr. Macklin also put us in contact with the Best Buy disabilities program. That was very informative and enlightening. However, we were told we would receive a proposal of our needs which differed somewhat from Mr. Macklin's proposal due to our needs to address disability concerns. We have never received the second proposal as promised. That is why I did not rate you with 5 stars.
