I was having trouble getting an associate on the phone at my local store and after calling several times I decided to call Best Buys 800 number. The advisor that helped me was very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. He was able to assist me with making a selection, researching the best offer, and placing my order. I was delighted that the items I ordered would be delivered in time for a "stay home" birthday celebration.

Grace is an excellent communicator and she listened and has a solid grasp on what the customer needs. She is a thorough professional! Grace is friendly and approachable and she does an excellent job. She facilitated an easy delivery and installation. She is knowledgeable about the products and well informed. It was a pleasure to work with her.

Matt helped me pick out an expensive TV and sound system I plan on using for the next 10 years. I was nervous and didn’t have alot of experience with this tech. He walked me through from start to finish and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. I am very happy with the installation and my new theater room

My consultant seemed very knowledgeable and non-biased. He recommended 4 outdoor cameras which would cover the areas i'm interested in monitoring. Nest and Arlo Pro 2 seem like the best choices for me but both have downsides. Especially Nest which has a monthly monitoring fee which seems to go on forever, so you're locked in if you buy them. I will probably call my consultant and go over the options again. Other than the confusion over hardware options, I think it's a great service.

David came to install new speakers in my bedroom. It turned out that the wiring installed by our home's prior owner was not functional. David had to install new wiring, which he did expertly. He also helped me with an issue with the speakers in our living room. He was great!

Jorge was very helpful throughout the purchase process. I went to Best Buy several times and never felt pressured to buy anything. Instead, Jorge gave me expert consulting on appliances. The experience and information Jorge provided was the reason why I purchased the appliance.

The team was very helpful with getting things set up, they placed all of the components into our space and rewired the speakers to the receiver so it would be clean sound. They set up all the menus and tested the different components and were very friendly and knowledgeable.

The expert was very helpful and my family probably would not have had such a smooth experience without them. They remembered everything to include in the tv order, and went above and beyond. Their expertise was evident in their knowledge of the product and the requirements for the install.

The consultant showed up on time, very professional, very pleasant. Had a good conversation, listened to my needs, answered some questions and within 24 hours he emailed me an estimate. My beef is the upsell. I know that this is part of the job, I am in sales after all, but I really did not need n expensive soundbar for a small room when all I am trying to do is improve the sound quality over the TV speakers and direct that towards me so I can clearly hear it. Now if I am setting up a man cave then that's another story. All in all, I was satisfied with the consultation.

I am very pleased with my overall experience with Best Buy and the Geek Squad experts. I will continue to utilize Best Buy for my technology needs and recommend the services.

We were building a new house and I wanted the internet coverage, TV theater, and sound system to work well, look great and sound wonderful throughout the house. Mission accomplished! Cristian designed a system that exceeded my expectations and the Geek Squad did an incredible job with the install especially a large screen tv mounted on a stone faced wall.

I looked several times at different appliances and TVs that I wanted in my new home but I wasn’t sure what be the right look or fit in those particular spaces. So I decided to use the free in home consultation. Ryan, thank you! Ryan came over and listened to what I wanted. He took measurements and came up with options that would work in those areas. Consult arrived on time and gave his thoughts. Told me he would get back to me in a day but it took several. Told me the install for wired security system was not possible due to the height of my eaves. Tried selling me a $1,000 wireless system. I declined because I knew at that moment the install was possible but they did not want to do a job that required more work than a wireless. Bought wired system and installed by electrician. Works great.

We had a problem with our dishwasher so called Best Buy to make an appointment for service. It was a very nice experience. The technician was extremely polite and very thorough. He came back a week later with a new part and installed it.

Imagine our delight in finding out Best Buy offers in-home consultation. After years of renting a crappy router from our internet provider, Anthony helped us in choosing the router/gateway that fit not only our needs but budget as well. He was patient in answering all our questions, he didn't try to push or sell us something that we would regret, and really took the time to help us out. Kudos to Anthony!!!

I don’t think a lot of people realize they can get this sort of in home consultation, quickly and at no cost. For those of us who don’t have the time or inclination to constantly explore the latest technology, having an expert drop by the house is really useful.
