Noe Perez, our in home consultant, did a great job reviewing our current home AV set up and getting a upgraded Sony Bravia system quoted and in turn installed within two weeks. Rob Leiden did a great job working on our home theater. He recommended items after looking over the project and thoroughly discussing with us what we wanted to accomplish. We couldn't be happier with our new Samsung 75" 4K TV, Bose Smart Sound Bar, and Bose Base Module. We absolutely got a much better end result by utilizing "Home Expert" services.

All of her recommendations worked out perfectly and especially the X7 Remote Control is GREAT! Everything from start to finish went smooth and we are loving our new smart home theater and home.

We needed help due to an unusual install location. We were impressed at the ability to get what we needed immediately and how professional everyone was. We encountered a power problem due to our Home Generator but Best Buy was patient and worked around our issue.

We had a new 83 inch TV installed and needed in home help re the set-up and sound systems. We were really happy with the considerate and knowledgeable assistance we received.

I am completely remodeling my house. I needed all new TVs and audio. My advisor helped me figure out the perfect TVs for all my rooms. We picked the right size, picture, etc. Then we paired them with great audio. What would have taken me hours of research, took about 30 minutes. And I was completely confident in my choices. The added perk is I contacted my advisor for help with a garbage disposal and plan to use his help in the future.

We needed a new washing machine as the old one quit working after 12 years. Linsey was absolutely wonderful in helping us sort out the different options available on the new machines. My wife is legally blind and she needed something that would be easy to operate. Linsey helped us select the perfect machine. I highly recommend Linsey and Best Buy.

Walter was excellent! He spent time with us explaining everything and making sure he understood our needs. His product knowledge was excellent. He was responsive to emails and we received our order quickly and everything was correct. He ensured we had the connectivity in the house for the system to function optimally. I never was able to hear the TV in the living room. Always had to set volume speakers on 100%. Even then hard to hear. Changed TV's twice. Even with 3rd TV in 4 years, decided needed sound system. The home expert really helped me in choosing the appropriate equipment needed.

These guys were GREAT! They explained that The Sonos ceiling speakers would direct the sound straight down and I would need a separate amp. Instead they recommended the Sonos Arc, which has an integrated amp. Also they can hook it up to the TV. I bought my 2nd service plan last fall and it is so worth the money! For a nominal fee, they’ll install my tv in my new home. And they can fix anything.

Kyle was able to explain realistic pros and cons of different TV options helping us to better choose the best TV for our needs. He also demonstrated different TV wall mounts, sound options and other possible accessories. His humor, candor and professionalism helped us make a fairly expensive purchase, which he then scheduled for installation. He did not rush us, and listened to both of us equally.

The expert was very helpful and my family probably would not have had such a smooth experience without them. They remembered everything to include in the tv order, and went above and beyond. Their expertise was evident in their knowledge of the product and the requirements for the install.

Having a home consultation made shopping for needed kitchen appliances during a supply chain crisis easy. Consultant knew his product well and was able to help me zone in on what was available and what would fit in my small kitchen. I was confident that when the items came they would work. We recently scheduled a free home consultation relative to updating our entertainment system. Scott Hill was the consultant who came to our home to address our questions and to offer suggestions and recommendations. We were extremely impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and also how respectful he was. We made the purchases that same day!

He did a great job assigning a great installation team and his selection of products was top notch. Only issue was after the installation. I wanted a 5 year extended warranty however Elvis did not call me back after leaving several messages. I finally went to the store and bought the warranties there. The store was very helpful in getting it done.

Like so many other boomers, we had in our house a hodgepodge of old sound equipment, TV's, Amps, etc. The In Home Advisor, Eddie Rojas, came out and evaluated our current system and needs, told us what we could do, what we could still use, and how it would all work. No obligation but we did take all of his recommendations. The Geek Squad came and installed everything to perfection. I now control everything from my iphone (or android). Highly, highly recommend the service

Very convenient service. I was looking to cut the cable so I wanted to make sure my TV's were "smart" and ready for internet TV. They came out to my home and reviewed my current TV's and remotes. I met them back at the store the next day and went over their recommendations. I felt very comfortable that I was making a good decision because they had taken the time to review my current technology so there were no surprises when they came out to install my new TV and remotes.
