I was extremely happy with the free in-home consultation. The employee in the store was very clear on what to expect when the in-home consultant showed up. And it was exactly what I expected. We did end up going a different route than what Best Buy had to offer, but did what was best for our space. Still bought our TV from them, but bought more suitable audio elsewhere. Would 100% recommend the free in-home consultation to anyone.

I never was able to hear the TV in the living room. Always had to set volume speakers on 100%. Even then hard to hear. Changed TV's twice. Even with 3rd TV in 4 years, decided needed sound system. The home expert really helped me in choosing the appropriate equipment needed.

Great service and communication from start to finish! From the first consultation to the final installation, the process was flawless and very pleased with the end result! Would recommend Jesse and the technicians that worked this project to anyone who is interested in purchasing a theatre/media room for their home!

I needed an upgrade on my big screen. Manny steered me to an 8k Samsung. I couldn’t be more delighted. He also arranged for the Sanus mount and the Geek squad appointment which he involved himself in . He was always available for questions and input. I ended up buying another big screen the following week.

I needed help for lighting and security camera in car port ,consultant suggested product and placement and ;installer which was carried out the following week . very happy with everything that was done

The original wiring connection is on the side of the door and therefore the Ring Doorbell Pro unit could not be mounted easily to face the outside in order to capture the image. The problem was discussed with my in-home advisor who suggested to mount it at an angle by using a special fixture for an additional fee. It was a great suggestion and the Ring Door bell Pro works fine and serves its purpose.

Mark is one of the BEST consultants at Best Buy!! He is knowledgeable, thoughtful, friendly, responsive, experienced and professional. He listened to my needs, gave options, and stayed in contact throughout the process. I’m very grateful for him and highly recommend for any home networking, TV and audio needs!!

Excellent knowledge of tech! Very friendly. His understanding of our home stereo system and audio integration helped us troubleshoot something that 3 others in store plus the manager could not figure out.

For several years we have made purchases with Best Buy…without a doubt Xavier C. Is always so helpful. He really knows the merchandise. He has helped us for several years now with many purchases.

We couldn’t get our Sonos speakers to synch with our TV. The two Geek Squad experts fixed the problem in minutes and answered many questions about operating our new system. They were terrific! Unfortunately, there wasn’t time to teach us how it was done, so we will need to call for help again if another problem occurs.

TOM GAGNON, is an excellent rep for Best Buy, he returns calls, comes out and measures areas when needed and recommends certain appliance. Explains things and Always a good experience.

We needed help due to an unusual install location. We were impressed at the ability to get what we needed immediately and how professional everyone was. We encountered a power problem due to our Home Generator but Best Buy was patient and worked around our issue.

Glen skillfully guided me through the process of selecting a refrigerator and dishwasher. When they arrived, they fit perfectly thanks to his accurate measurements. I very much appreciate his expertise.

Becki made it easy...Even when the delivery people messed up my order she made sure to take care of me and get it sorted....I never thought i needed the home consultation with an expert....I am so glad i took advantage of it...

First and foremost, Jeff is absolutely the BEST! He helped us navigate through the BEST BUY ordering and 3PL which is an absolute disaster for the consumer. you cannot even get ahold of the stores via phone which leaves one to go from person to person (some more incompetent than others) but we thankfully have Jeff!

Alise was great! She helped us pick a perfect TV and AVR for the family room. We went to the Best buy store and wanted to ask a bunch of questions about tvs. They were quite busy but recommended we schedule Alise to come to the house and help us pick the right products. It's an incredible free service.

Not being tech friendly we thought our purchase of new televisons/soundbar for our home was going to be difficult. Devon Cooper is our hero. She helped us every step of the way. With her knowledge and expertise she made the experience a pleasure. Her guidance was invaluable.

Home theater subwoofer installation and set up and home sound system: Outstanding job by James Blakeman and his team again.. Very knowledgeable , honest and competent… James and BestBuy team doesn’t give up until they get the best result!

I could not be more satisfied with the support provided by the Geek Squad. They provided information to me as the installation was happening and were able to answer my questions. When I could not remember all that was said, they were kind enough to revisit my issues by sending out another member of the squad to provide a remote tutorial.

My consultant and installer, I had work with before when in store so I was very comfortable with their advise and suggestions. When I needed help extending my signal to an outside she/shed for streaming and later adding Roku to older units, Apple Watch purchase, and upcoming large screen purchase. They helped me explore my best options cost wise and value wise. Great Job from the team.
