great consultation meeting. Representative offered suggestions on control 4 smart home options and points to follow up on. Representative was to follow up and provide geek squad support in researching and recommending a home private Cloud and mirror backup such as the Apollo duo. No follow up what so ever from the Best Buy Representative I left a number of messages asking for geek squad contacts and cloud options to incorporate into our smart home. Great idea for this service however my take is thT it’s not quite ready for prime time yet. I purchased my back up and cloud drives from Apple and received exceptional recommendations and support.

Not being tech friendly we thought our purchase of new televisons/soundbar for our home was going to be difficult. Devon Cooper is our hero. She helped us every step of the way. With her knowledge and expertise she made the experience a pleasure. Her guidance was invaluable.

The program allows for a consultant to come to your home free of charge and the rep will evaluate what you have and precisely indicate what you need. This program by Best Buy is a step above every other vendor who doesn't offer this. The only drawback, the rep doesn't return phone calls which is extremely disappointing, considering he was very courteous and helpful at the time of in-home consultation. I had to travel into the Best Buy store to get answers.

The team there was responsive too all of our needs coming to our condo to do a review of the current state of our system and making recommendations from there. While it was a bit more expensive than we thought it would be, the quality of service and complete integration of all our sources made that well worth while! Highly recommend Cassius and his colleagues.

Matt helped me pick out an expensive TV and sound system I plan on using for the next 10 years. I was nervous and didn’t have alot of experience with this tech. We needed to help in selecting the correct refrigerator for the unique space that we have in our home. Adam and a team did an excellent job in sourcing of new refrigerator and scheduling the installation. Everything went very smooth.

Aaron expertly listened and filtered thru my requirements to provide the answer that lead to my purchase. He did this systematically and patiently. I never felt rushed to make a decision and subsequently felt a connection my interests were in good hands. Best Buy should be proud to have Aaron as an employee.

Our advisor was very friendly, helpful, and courteous. He gave our home throughout the consideration of where a large tv would fit. He recommended all of the equipment we ended up purchasing and even came the day the technician arrived to install everything. He came back later, after everything was installed and led us through a step by step set of instructions as to how to get the best service from our new purchase. We are thrilled with everything!!

Our in home consultant, Sergio, was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to reset our original universal remote instead of installing the new one I had purchased (saving us $400)! He also solved our streaming issue by recommending and installing an Amazon fire cube. Sergio explained everything very well and helped me understand how everything works.

I’ve bought many items from Best Buy over the years, with not all interactions being that encouraging, this one however, has made me a loyal customer for any needs moving forward.

We needed assistance in replacing a smart tv in our master bedroom, upgrading a 15 year old sound system, and purchasing a Ring doorbell and security system. Our Consultant, William Mouat was very knowledgeable and helped us to purchase the best products for our home. William was professional and not at all high pressure!
