The consultant was great. He measured all of the existing opening and got us the right appliances for the best price. He even went so far as to help us get some additional discount with the price match when Best Buy lowered it a few days later. I was very happy with the process and program overall. I would highly recommended using them and will use them the next time the opportunity presents itself.

I am so happy Best Buy suggested that we have an advisory come out before starting our remodel plans. The advisor was able to let us know if I was able to change out the type of oven and stove top, and that I should buy the appliances before the plans so the measurements and cuts are correct which was something I did not think about. Especially since I plan on cutting down the island some since it takes so much space now. Thank you very much for your help.

Anthony is very responsive and extremely knowledgeable. He is great at listening to what is needed and helping deliver what is expected. He works closely with an experienced team of technicians that know how to set up, or diagnose any system. I would highly recommend this team.

We needed help with an upgrade in our entertainment system. This was part of our plans to rearrange and add new furniture. Doug Draper was excellent in his guidance to relocate our computer system and upgrade our capabilities. The new larger TV is wonderful.

you r techs are all very courtesy and seem knowledgeable. They leave here with the problem unsolved but with steps to take- took the steps and never heard from the follow-up Meantime we call spectrum and they couldn't seem to fit it either but by the next AM - all was well with a message from them asking if we still needed a tech from them -we said no

I needed an upgrade on my big screen. Manny steered me to an 8k Samsung. I couldn’t be more delighted. He also arranged for the Sanus mount and the Geek squad appointment which he involved himself in . He was always available for questions and input. I ended up buying another big screen the following week.

Needed technical knowledge to discus purchasing new TV, speaker, brackets and installation. Individual was assigned, came to my home and worked with me on what I wantes. He then made recommendations and agreed.

We were putting our TV over the fireplace and we had no idea what size or what TV fto get. Thank goodness Jessie was sent to us. He helped us on the size and placement and then helped with a sound bar! We were so happy with all his suggestion and we are now enjoying our new TV.

Great service and communication from start to finish! From the first consultation to the final installation, the process was flawless and very pleased with the end result! Alise was great! She helped us pick a perfect TV and AVR for the family room. We went to the Best buy store and wanted to ask a bunch of questions about tvs. They were quite busy but recommended we schedule Alise to come to the house and help us pick the right products. It's an incredible free service.

At the store the sales person was knowledgeable and patiently helped me select a system. Most important was the free service to come to my home to make sure what I chose would be the best fit. The installers were on time, accommodating and cleaned up the area, Great experience all around.
