The consultation provided solutions to our needs. Our consultant was vey professional and accommodating. We were advised that we had 30 days to see if the products were what we expected. In summary, very good service.

We needed help with our TV sound system. Jeff as extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He came to the house and offered a few different options to improve our overal sound. we're still reviewing the options and plan to make an In Store visit to sample some of the equipment suggested.

We needed help with new wired bookshelf speakers that would be compatible with our older (1980's) Mcintosh receiver. Jesse patiently walked us through the options and allowed us to make up our minds. We are very satisfied with the results.

I decided to up grade my appliances with black stainless steel and needed measurements for everything... Best Buy sent Erica to help me and she was absolutely amazing! She did the measurements, reviewed what I wanted and provided the truth on what would fit in my kitchen. So far I have the fridge, microwave and dishwasher and it looks amazing! I can’t wait until I get the stove!!! The experience was wonderful and customer service was just outstanding!!!! Erica nailed it!!!

Jeffrey came out for my consultation to purchase a WiFi router and recommended a very good one at a great price. I’ve worked with him on my Ring security system purchase as well and he is top notch. Steve installed my eero mesh router system and did an amazing job. Very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I was set up and all my questions answered.

First and foremost, Jeff is absolutely the BEST! He helped us navigate through the BEST BUY ordering and 3PL which is an absolute disaster for the consumer. you cannot even get ahold of the stores via phone which leaves one to go from person to person (some more incompetent than others) but we thankfully have Jeff!

We couldn’t get our Sonos speakers to synch with our TV. The two Geek Squad experts fixed the problem in minutes and answered many questions about operating our new system. They were terrific! Unfortunately, there wasn’t time to teach us how it was done, so we will need to call for help again if another problem occurs.

The final install was outstanding and looks great. The techs were very friendly and clean and took professional car of my property. They were very attentive to cleaning up the debris when the job was complete. The also set up my controls and took the time to explain the process to me. Thank you.

Steve Beran was a pleasure to work with in helping me get my home audio figured out. He made several trips to my house to ensure we bought the best product. I really appreciate this level of service and advice from Best Buy.

Boomers! There's a new sheriff in town and it's Best Buy. We took advange of the tech consultation when our receiver blew up after 10 years. Good evolutionary move for dinosaurs. Our Surround Sound never sounded better and tech upgrade improved remote and wireless integration. Best part the installers trained us on access methods until we were comfortable with the new protocols.

Blake was professional, friendly and knowledgeable, both in-store and at our in-home consultation. We highly recommend!!

Tariq was very helpful in determining the correct product that worked for me and answering my many questions. He also had a very pleasant manner about him, making it easy to talk with him.

My consultant Bradley Johns was very helpful with my wanting to upgrade my stereo system and TVs. He provided a detailed proposal of the items I was interested in, and he was very helpful when I needed to break the proposal in half to make it more affordable for myself. I was delighted in completing the TV upgrade.

We were planing to do a full renovation of our kitchen. We worked with Derek the In-Home Advisor for Best Buy. Derek was amazing and went out of his way to make sure we got exactly what we needed and when we had a minor complication he was able to price match the product and make sure we got the exact set of refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. 10/10 and be sure to ask for Derek!

We were building a new house and I wanted the internet coverage, TV theater, and sound system to work well, look great and sound wonderful throughout the house. Mission accomplished! Cristian designed a system that exceeded my expectations and the Geek Squad did an incredible job with the install especially a large screen tv mounted on a stone faced wall.

It was time to get a new tv. We had best Buy come in our home for measurements. I went to the Salem store to check out varieties we decided on a tv, sound system and had them installed…great tv, great watching sports ! Best Buy was great, ver professional and we are very happy.
