Anthony is very responsive and extremely knowledgeable. He is great at listening to what is needed and helping deliver what is expected. He works closely with an experienced team of technicians that know how to set up, or diagnose any system. I would highly recommend this team.

My consultant, Justin has done an excellent job in helping me select and install a tv, washing machine and dryer. Due to his knowledge and attention to my needs and wants, I will also be purchasing a new range and microwave. Without Justin, I would not have purchased the above, he made the experience seamless. A total pleasure!

I am not at all good at purchasing electronics. I needed help with selecting a home theater system for my bedroom. I went to Best Buy to purchase one which was when I found out that BB has consultants who does home visits FREE of charge. The consultant also assists the customers with choosing the proper electronic that suits their need/want. My home consultation was great.

Tarek was an excellent consultant. Helped me pick a new television system and also encouraged me to use some of what I had that could still work well. He was patient and thorough. I've already referred him to 2 friends!

We have been looking at TVs for several months and although we knew which TV we wanted, due to the cost, we weren’t sure of it was our best choice. Our advisor sat down with us, answered all of our questions/concerns and provided us with the information we needed to make our decision. We never felt rushed or pushed in one direction or another. Chase was exceptional to work with and he will be our go to person for future purchases!

The new computer, monitor, wireless mouse and keyboard, speakers and HP printer recommended by Matt are great and we are really enjoying this long overdue upgrade to our home computer system.

The final install was outstanding and looks great. The techs were very friendly and clean and took professional car of my property. They were very attentive to cleaning up the debris when the job was complete. The also set up my controls and took the time to explain the process to me. Thank you.

I needed help selecting a large smart tv and the equipment to mount it on the wall with no wires showing. My consultation was over the phone. I sent the Best Buy rep pictures of my space and she spent an hour with me getting everything just perfect. She got my stuff ordered and set up and scheduled delivery and installation. Would highly recommend this process. It was so easy for me!

I cannot believe the exceptional service I received from Catherine at Best Buy in Roseville. She emailed me multiple times to ensure my measurements were correct, knew exactly what I needed when I came in for a "matching" appliance - the delivery and install was seamless. I would give this experience more than five stars if that were an option!

We were putting our TV over the fireplace and we had no idea what size or what TV fto get. Thank goodness Jessie was sent to us. He helped us on the size and placement and then helped with a sound bar! We were so happy with all his suggestion and we are now enjoying our new TV.

We needed help designing new wifi configuration and a new modem (to be able to get the best speeds and reliability for our system). Wesley Schmitz was our in-home consultant. He was totally helpful: knowledgable, patient, and understood our what would get us where we wanted to be.

We had many questions about advances in internet, wi-fi, in home audio as well as a plan for upcoming construction. Our consultant discussed our needs, devised a plan and offered a list of equipment that would work well with our plan. Since our construction plans were on hold, he offered to revisit when we were ready and upgrade his list at that time. It doesn't get much better than that, especially since it was a free service!

We were stumped -- our internet was DOA and we couldn't figure out what was wrong. The Charlottesville Best Buy in-house team was very sympathetic and were able to get a technician to our house the same day!! He was AMAZING!!! He thoroughly analyzed the issues and resolved the problems, walking us through each step so we could take care of things ourselves if there was a "next time".

Genesis M., an expert, was very helpful, friendly, and wonderful to work with. The initial time, she came to our home when we needed a stovetop. This second time, we needed a microwave and made the purchase with her. Everything went smoothly! Very happy with the help she gave us!

We needed help with our TV sound system. Jeff as extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He came to the house and offered a few different options to improve our overal sound. we're still reviewing the options and plan to make an In Store visit to sample some of the equipment suggested.

Matt was terrific listening to what we picked out and make great suggestions for us to consider and we did. I really like the person coming to the house especially during these times. He wore a mask and kept his distance. He called me after he left about when our order would be to us. We had to wait for overhead fan to be ordered. All in all it was a great experience. Try it, you'll like it.

you r techs are all very courtesy and seem knowledgeable. They leave here with the problem unsolved but with steps to take- took the steps and never heard from the follow-up Meantime we call spectrum and they couldn't seem to fit it either but by the next AM - all was well with a message from them asking if we still needed a tech from them -we said no

My two SONOS entertainment systems work great and the consultation by Cal was absolutely spot-on! His recommended configuration was perfect and the equipment was ideal for each room. We just love our new entertainment systems. Thanks Cal !
